Abstract

This research applied information system by using Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the pharmaceutical warehouse in Mamasa Regency. The scope of the research was maximized on pharmaceutical warehouse operations and drug distribution to clinics. This research did not focus on cost, profit, lead time, and procurement costs. This system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. System development process used waterfall method. It consisted of requirement analysis, system analysis, design, development, and testing. The test system used the xampp 6.2 servers with a black box testing method that involved the pharmaceutical warehouse staff as the end user. The results demonstrate technologies that can be used by physicians to submit drug requests faster and report on real-time drug use (LPLPO). For pharmaceutical warehouses, this system is useful for drug availability, drug management, and response information. This technology can help the health department to perform its role as a supervisory or controlling function (internal controls) of the drugs. This research also gives a recommendation for the pharmaceutical warehouse management in providing benefits for the institutions/companies involved. This research has an insight for the management to realize the importance of Information Technology (IT) to support daily operational activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to conserve the history of Nusantara kingdoms with the interesting way for the students. The researchers proposed a method by combining the history of ancient kingdoms in Nusantara with the game. It was done by using gamification with the user-centered design approach. The data collection used questionnaires and literature review. Moreover, the researchers identified the resources by applying the gamification element, developing the game based on user requirement, and evaluating the usability testing. The result shows that the implemented gamification in learning Nusantara can attract the students to learn about history. Based on the result of usability testing that has already been tested using the prototype, it proves that the user interest to learn the history of the ancient kingdom in Nusantara is increased. The results also imply that gamification indeed is one of a suitable method to be used as a medium for students to learn about history, especially the ancient kingdoms in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research examined factors that influenced lender’s trust towards the borrower. The peerto-peer lending platform facilitated lending mechanism between lender and borrower. However, the loan was often considered as an unsecured loan, since there was a lack of traditional financial data. Using literature review, this research analyzed the determinant factor to establish trust between borrower and lender. Based on Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM), the result of this research proposes a model for trust building between lender and borrower. The model categorizes information to establish trust into hard information, soft information, and social capital.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the needs and wants of production and management team to improve the machine and performance maintenance. Voice of the Customer (VOC) method was used to capture the needs and wants of production and management team. Meanwhile, the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was used to translate the needs and wants of production and management to the technical requirement that should be done to improve machine and performance maintenance. Moreover, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) was a part of technical requirement. From the result, it is known that long breakdown machine, huge inventory of spare part, and high cost of maintenance become the first of priority of maintenance team to achieve customer satisfaction. To develop the performance maintenance, the company should standardize the procedure, identify the critical spare part, reduce the time to purchase critical spare part, and increase lifetime of spare part.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze factors that affected the acceptance of e-billing system of Surakarta tax office with Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The survey was done on electronic billing (e-billing) system users in Surakarta. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLSSEM) was used to analyze the users’ intention in adopting e-billing system. The result indicates that two UTAUT variables (performance expectancy and social influence) affect the system usage significantly. Meanwhile, the other variables like effort expectancy and facilitating conditions do not affect e-billing system adoption in Indonesia.
