The aim of this research is to determine how the strategy planning and the implementation in drinking water management by PT Aetra to deal with the universal access and based on Permen PU no. 18/PRT/M/2007. Analysis used descriptive qualitative with comparative approach between strategic planning and theory of strategic planning and management. As a commitment in the drinking water service excellence, strategic planning and management set out in the annual work meeting and resulted in business strategies implemented next year. Strategy planning which is formulated in the policies and regulations form in order to achieve the vision, mission and values. Strategic planning has not been considered environmental factors such as seasonal changes which are very influential in the water management of drinking water. The total of the precipitation influence in water management by Aetra especially in the quality of raw water instead of the quantity of raw water. In managing water, the concept of sustainable development has been applied and continues to be improving needed for a balance between profit, environmental and social.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of gender differences on pro environmental behavior among employees of Directorate General Binapenta and PKK, Ministry of Manpower. Samples of 126 respondents were taken by taking a simple random sampling technique from the employees. This research used non test instruments, measuring pro environmental behavior. The research results show that there were diffences of pro environmental behavior which affected by the gender.. Based on the result, the pro environmental behaviors of female employees are better than male employees. Therefore, in order to improve pro environmental behavior of employees, gender of the employees should be considered as influential factors.

This research aims to know the Comparative strategic management and implementation of green office among the development and empowerment of human resources for health (BPPSDMK) and the Secretariat-General (GENERAL SECRETARY) of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Indonesia in the Green Office Guideline Standards and Healthy. The research method used was multiple case study approach to comparative analysis. Research conducted in November 2016 s/d in March 2017.The research results of the implementation of strategic management BPPSDMK better than the SECRETARY-GENERAL in meeting the guidelines of the Office of the Green and healthy, it is also corroborated by scoring a total of strategic management BPPSDMK 15 (75%) while the total performance of the SECRETARY-GENERAL of 9 (45%) total performance.

Needless to say that environmental deterioration is brought about by the people intervention toward a nature. It has been assumed that people personality and intelligent influence the ecosystem. That is why the objective of this study is to find out relationship between knowledge about issues (KAI) and Locus of Control (LOC) with citizenship behavior (CB). In order meet with this objective, a survey method has been applied by involving 110 students as sample. There are three instruments, measuring knowledge about climate change issues, LOC, and studentsâ€™ citizenship behavior (CB) and those have been validated. Regression and correlational analysis used to verify it relationship. Research results reveal that there is positive and significant correlation between knowledge about issues and CB, LOC and CB, finally between knowledge about issues and LOC with CB. These findings are still consistent even though first order correlation can be used to predict studentâ€™s citizenship behavior in term of how student live with nature harmoniously based on knowledge about issues and LOC. It could be concluded that in improving citizenship behavior, knowledge about issues and LOC cannot be neglected.

The objective of this research was to understand comprehensively about the childâ€™s perception towards parentsâ€™ parenting and self-concept with responsibility environmental behavior on college students of academy of management and secretary of BSI in Central Jakarta. It was a quantitative research conducted in a private educational academy in Central Jakarta. The data were collected through participant observation using questionnaire. The data searched by the researcher use correlational approach with survey technique. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1)the correlation between childâ€™s perception towards parentâ€™s parenting and responsibility environment behavior on college students are positive and significant with the result of correlation is 0,327.(2) the correlation between self-concept and responsibility environment behavior on college students are positive and significant with the result of correlation is 0,360. Some efforts which have to be done by parents dealing with childâ€™s perception towards parenting are keep communicating with children as many as possible frequently, put trust well on them doing their lives, keep controlling by distance so that parents still understand what they are doing outside, etc. Regarding to self-concept there are many ways to be given to students such as giving training, counselling, put confidence on them, giving them skills well, etc.
