Abstract

Since 2016, the Hospital ‘X’ has been operating an Electric Medical Record (EMR) and it is integrated with all units, including pharmacy, and it intends to increase its efficiency. 50% of hospital’s income comes from the pharmacy and there is no evaluation related to the using of EMR towards quality of drugs planning. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between technology factors (system quality, information quality, service quality) of EMR and quality of drugs management at the pharmacy of the Hospital ‘X’. This research uses quantitative research method with cross-sectional approach, and it involves 53 respondents with questionnaire as the data collection technique. The data itself analyzed by SEM PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square). The research results show that the information quality of EMR gave significant correlation with the quality of drugs planning, whereas the system quality and EMR service quality were not influenced. The correlation between the information quality and the perception of drugs management quality was significant with T-statistics 7,9508>1.96 and the sample original value was 0.6551. The system quality was not significant with T-statistics 1.6159 < 1.96 and the sample original value was positive, 0.1702. The service quality was not significant with T-statistics 0.6297 < 1.96, with the sample original value was negative, -0.0591. This research shows that the simplicity aspect in understanding the information influences towards the utilization of drugs management, but it needs to increase the system and service quality from the devices, connectivity, network, and upgrading the staff capability aspects.

The obesity is a condition of excessive fat in the body that can have a significant effect on health. The excess consumption of fast food can cause excess fat in the body. The high amount of the allowance makes the adolescents easier to consume the fast food which is reachable. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effect of allowance on obesity through consumption of fast food. This research is a quantitative study with a case control study approach. A sample of 100 respondents consisting of 20 case samples and 80 control samples were obtained by using fixed disease sampling technique. Data analysis used chi square test and multivariate analysis. The results obtained were that pocket money had a direct effect on the incidence of obesity (b = 1.4; 95% CI = 0.54 to 2.25; p = 0.001). This allowance has an indirect and significant effect on the incidence of obesity through consumption of fast food (b = 1.3; 95% CI = 0.17 to2.43; p = 0.024). The consumption of fast food has a direct effect on obesity with values (b = 1.55; 95% CI = 0.38 to 2.71; p = 0.009). The conclusion of this study is allowance has a direct and indirect effect on adolescent obesity. The results of this study are expected to become a reference for related parties in improving nutritional problems (obesity), particularly in controlling the allowance and consumption of fast food among adolescents.

Magelang is the region with the highest pulmonary TB cases in Central Java Province for 3 consecutive years. In addition, the discovery of new cases of BTA (+) CNR also occupied the highest place for 3 consecutive years in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Even though in 2017 the number of new case finds of BTA (+) decreased drastically from the previous year, which was 284 per year. 100,000 population, but still ranked 1st CNR new cases of BTA (+).The purpose of this study was to analyze physical environmental factors that influence the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Magelang City. This study used a case control research design. The population consisted of all people who had been tested for pulmonary tuberculosis at the puskesmas. The sample consisted of 100 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 100 non-pulmonary TB patients taken using purposive sampling technique. The instrument uses a questionnaire sheet, checklist, observation, room thermometer, hygrometer, and meter. Data analysis used Chi-square test and logistic regression test. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between lighting (p-value 0.043), humidity (p-value 0.045), room temperature (p-value 0.021) with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Multivariate analysis showed that room temperature was not ideal, with an OR of 0.321 which had the most influence on the incidence of pulmonary TB.The most dominant physical environmental factor is room temperature which is not ideal. From several related physical environmental factors, it is necessary to provide detailed information regarding pulmonary tuberculosis so as to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Abstract

Service waiting time in an outpatient is an indicator of minimum hospital quality service standards. The amount of waiting time at the X hospital's polyclinic in 2018 was 84.75 minutes, exceeding the hospital quality service standard in 2009 at 60 minutes. The preliminary research shows that the waiting time for medical services by part-time medical specialists was 60.75 minutes. This study aims to identify factors that affect part-time medical specialists' tardiness at X Hospital's polyclinic. This study performed an analytical survey using a cross-sectional approach from May to June 2020. It collected data from 67 part-time medical specialists who conduct medical practices at the polyclinic. Univariate, bivariate Spearman correlation and multivariate multiple linear regression tests with the Backward method were performed to analyze data. The bivariate analysis shows a significant effect of biographical characteristics factor where practice hours are less the standard time of 60 minutes ( p=0.01) and extrinsic factor of the work environment (p= 0.019) on the tardiness of part-time medical specialists. Work environment was the most affecting factor in late medical practices (p=0.016, Exp B/OR -0.433). This study could be a reference for the hospital to manage the human resources in terms of proper practice hours and a supportive work environment for patient medical services.
