The background of this research is based on the lack of students motivation in learning. The lack of student motivation can influenced many factor, one of them is social environment of pesantren. The social environment of pesantren is a real relationship between humans, interaction between learners and educators with other people who are involved in the interaction of education in schools. The social environment can affect students' learning motivation in the pesantren. The aim of this study is to describe the social environment of pesantren, describing the students' learning motivation and the relationship between the social environments to motivate students to learn in pesantren. This research is quantitative correlation type with 28 research subjects students are studying in pesantren Madinatul Ilmi Islamiyah. The results of this study can showing that there is a significant relationship between social environment of pesantren with student’s learning motivation.

The reality, premarital sexual behavior almost increased every year in adolescents. The adolescents assumed that do activity of sex with homosexual or heterosexual likes daily activity, thereby they will feel degradation in social norm of adolescent itself. In this case, role of parents are very important to give strong social control through of education, protection, controling, and reinforcement the social norm in order that adolescents were avoided from premarital sexual behavior. Therefore, this research purposed to reveal how the relationship between social control of parents with premarital sex behavior in adolescents. This research used a quantitative of metode with kind the correlational of description. The result in this research was can get a not significant relationship between social control of parents with premarital sexual behavior in adolescents, it means that social control parents was not always influence premarital sexual behavior of adolescents. So that the parents must found the other factor to influence of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents to protected the adolescents from premarital sexual behavior.

Art’s Creativity of children in early childhood Aisyiyah Lansano still relatively low, it can be seen from the initial conditions, there are still many children who have not been able to make a simple drawing, creating simple images and simple image redesign. The method used is less precise teacher, not according to the needs and development of children and the media that teachers use less attractive to be one cause of this condition. This research aims to improve child art creativity in making a simple drawing, creating simple images and simple image redesign activities in early childhood scored Aisyiyah Lansano Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is a classroom action research, which is the subject of this research is early childhood education students Aisyiyah Lansano totaling 20 people. The data in this study were obtained through observation, then the data is processed and analyzed with techniques percentage. The study was conducted during two cycles, the results obtained show that through printing with natural ingredients to increase creativity of art in early childhood children Aisyiyah Lansano. Before the researt, art skills of child are still low, but after going through the learning cycle I and II, seen an increase in child art creativity, therefore it is recommended to teachers to be more creative use of media and the schools are expected to set up infrastructure to stimulate the development of children through print activities with other natural materials

The writing of this article aims to describe the application of an interactive approach by tutors in the Binuang Sakti in package C Group SKB Region I of Padang on aspects: (1) formulation of objectives, (2) the presentation of the material, (3) methods, and (4) evaluation of learning. Type of research is descriptive quantitative study involving 30 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to each respondent according to their content of each other's opinions. Once the data is analyzed by the authors view using the percentage formula. The study findings suggest that interactive approaches undertaken in Group C tutor package Binuang Sakti in SKB Region I of Padang has been good. This is evidenced by the percentage of respondents who chose either the ability of tutors to apply an interactive approach is very high. It can be concluded almost all respondents said that tutors have been able to apply an interactive approach in formulation objectives, the presentation of the material, methods has used, and evaluation of learning are good.
