The backgrround of this research is by SKB success in carrying out the activities. This is presumably because the performen of pamong SKB. The purpose of this research is to describe the performance of work discipilin of pamong, work ability of pamong and work responsibilities of pamong. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research. Population in this research were all of Pamong SKB Kabupaten Lima Puluh kota. With a population of 15 people. From the results can be seen that the description of the performence of pamong SKB terms of (1) work disciplin of Pamong can be said is good, (2) the ability of the pamong can be said is good.(3) work responsibilities of pamongS can be said is good.Keywords: Disciplin,Ability, And Responsible.

This research was background by the success of PKBM As-Salam inimplementing learning activities of sewing course, this can be seen fromthe alumni who have opened their own businesses The aims of thisresearch to describe the Sewing Lessons in PKBM As-Salam at Districtof Tanah Datar Salimpaung, seen from the aspect of learning objectives,learning materials, learning methods, learning resources and learningevaluation. This research includes a quantitative descriptive research.The research use census method. Based on the results of research anddiscussion above, the learning implementation sewing activities runningsmoothly. The results of data processing shown that the implementationof learning in all aspects of sewing course covers the objectives,materials, methods, resources and evaluation of learning categorizedeither. It is suggested from the results of this study to the learningresources in order to further enhance the quality and quantity in theimplementation of learning.

The background of this research is the lack of children‟s ability to perform about the fine motor skills activities. This research was purposing in illustrate the increasing of the fine motor skills of children in the movement of finger flexibility, about hands and eye coordination, also about the speed of movement of the hand fingers. The subject of this research is a class action research based on group B Mawaddah early childhood students which held on fifteen kids. The data collection technique that used in this research is the data analysis technique by using percentage. And the results showed that the elastic band on peg board games can improve fine motor skills in the finger movements spasticity of the fingers, hand and eye coordination, the speed of fingers movements, both in the first siclus and the second siclus. The suggestions of the research are to expected the parents and teachers to be able to use rubber bands peg board games, and the next researchers can conduct the research subject on other aspects progression by using different methods in order to improve fine motor skills of a child.

This research was background be the success of the trainers after follow the automotive skill education and training to get the job. The aims this research to describe automotive skill learning that related for (1) learning material, (2) learning method, (3) learning sources, (4) learning of means and infrastructure, and (5) learning evaluation of Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Padang. This research in form of quantitative descriptive. The population are about 32 peoples. This research sample is automotive skill training participants of BLKI Padang counted 20 peoples. Sampling in this study conducted by cluster random sampling technique. Technique data collecting is enquette. Technique analyse research data is descriptive analysis. From the result of the research found that: (1) automotive skill learning material categorized excellent, (2) the use of learning methods automotive skills categorized excellent, (3) implementation of automotive skills learning in terms of learning resources, categorized as very good, (4) learning of means and infrastructure categorized excellent, (5) learning evaluation have be very good category. The fifth both of the research are very influence for the BLKI Padang participants to get a job in the other profession.

This research is conducted based on the low condition of the student’s discipline in Al-Qur’an Education Center Baitul Hasanah. It is presumed because of less the student to the family harmonism. This research is aimed to observe how is the image of perception to family harmonism, condition of the students’ discipline in Al-Qur’an Education Center Baitul Hasanah, and also to see the relationship between to the family harmonism and the student’s discipline in the Al-Qur’an Education Center Baitul Hasanah. This research is co relational- quantiative research which the subject of this research is taken from the student of Al-Qur’an Education Center Baitul Hasanah. The number of the subject is 20 students. The result of the research is showed that there is a significant relationship between the family harmonism and student’s discipline in Al-Qur’an Education Center Baitul Hasanah.

This research is based on the success of the learners cosmetology training on empowerment group and family welfare in Nagari Ganggo Hilia, Pasaman, it seens that more than half of learners have work. Researcher suspect the cause of success learning because learning method used by instructor. This research aims to describe the use of lecture method, demonstration method and drill method. The kind of this research is quantitative descriptive with population learners cosmetology training totaling 16 people, as respondents. Technique of data collection was a questionnaire. Data collected tool was a quetionaire sheet (quetioner), and analyzed with a percentage formula. The result showed that the instructor used the lecture method very good, instructor used demonstration method very good, and instructor used method drill good
