Abstract

The use of social media used in learning Pancasila Education courses for the development of the millennial generation is very much needed and needed. Learning Pancasila Education which is generally static, critical, boring and tends to be more rote which actually makes many students less interested and even not interested at all in studying and deepening the knowledge of Pancasila Education. As young people, students must be given a touch of interesting and not boring Pancasila Education learning by utilizing social media such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and vlogs. To make learning Pancasila Education fun and interactive, the lecturer can give the task of making a creative and innovative work based on social media. The use of social media will make the millennial generation learn Pancasila Education in the form of theory and reality, will bring creativity in learning. It is hoped that the Pancasila Education learning using social media can create interactive, fun, relevant learning to everyday life and able to adapt to the character of the millennial generation that is connected to technological developments and advances. Pancasila Education Learning finally runs in an atmosphere that is not boring with material that includes a study of several existing theories and realities so that they are able to adapt to the times.

Abstract

Pancasila has grown and developed as the nation's ideology since the beginning of independence. And become a noble value for Indonesia as well as a unifying basis for the nation. It contains divine, humanitarian, unifying and democratic values that build social welfare. These fundamentals have built Indonesia to its present day. The millennial generation as the nation's next generation must be able to preserve and maintain the integrity of the values contained in Pancasila, lest the values of Pancasila just disappear without a trace. Various challenges must be able to be resisted, must be able to be conquered. The millennial generation must be able to prove that they are a generation that can be proud and can be trusted to carry a heavy burden towards a better Indonesia. In the current era, the value of Pancasila has begun to be forgotten by the millennial generation, they are more influenced by foreign cultures because they think that foreign cultures are more relevant to today's life. In this era, the development of science and technology and foreign culture is very easy to spread through online media for the consumption of the millennial generation, including the influence of radicalism and intolerance. Thus it is easy and poisons the soul of Pancasila. This is where we are tested how to continue to uphold Pancasila as an up-to-date ideology of the times, how to practice Pancasila in the modern era. In order for the millennial generation to continue to have a Pancasila foundation, an understanding of Pancasila ideology is needed, this can be obtained through formal, informal education and in everyday life.

Abstract

Terrorism is an extraordinary crime that is a challenge for the Indonesian people to abolish it. Terrorism usually starts from radical views or understandings by a particular person or group to threaten the government and make anxious Indonesian people. Because terrorism is very detrimental to the nation and state of Indonesia psychologically and materially, it is appropriate for the Indonesian people to fight the spread of understanding that can trigger acts of terrorism. One way is to strengthen the values of Pancasila to all the people of Indonesia. The purpose of this paper is for the Indonesian people to know the bitter history of acts of terrorism that have occurred in Indonesia almost every year. And also so that the Indonesian people can prevent the spread of radical thinking and always uphold the four pillars of Indonesian nationality. The thought that must be owned by the successor of the Indonesian nation is tolerance, this is due to the condition that Indonesia is a country that has many differences in many ways.

Abstract

Pancasila as the basis of the country of Indonesia was the foundation and guidelines for the nation’s social life in Indonesia, a nation and a country to achive the goal and his ideals. Pancasila was also made as a Foundation is at once the source of law in Indonesia. As a source of law in Indonesia, Pancasila was footing informing all rules that exist. This means that the current regulations include the values of the godhead, humanitarian and development in accordance with the Pancasila. Indonesia society that continuously change from time to time make laws which now continues to undergo changes in accordance with the times and the dynamics of the community. Therefore, the Pancasila will be standard of every change and development of the society especially in the process of formation of the militate invitation in Indonesia because of Pancasila as the legal in law order in Indonesia’s most high position.

Abstract

Globalization can be interpreted as a global process and everything becomes more modern, easy, sophisticated, and faster without the limitations of distance, space and time. Globalization is supported by a variety of technological innovations that help human life a lot. Inevitably, globalization creates various phenomena in various aspects of life. One example is the lifestyle of hedonism among the younger generation. Hedonism itself is a view of life that is manifested in the form of a lifestyle that makes worldly pleasure the purpose of life. Many people mistakenly apply this lifestyle of hedonism, perhaps unknowingly this has become a social disease. This hedonism attacks many millennials, where millennials are the next generation of young people who should be far from the nature of hedonism. The lifestyle of hedonism itself is difficult to avoid, there needs to be an awareness of each person. Indonesia has a very strong ancestral heritage to help young people free from the hedonism lifestyle that has become a disease, namely the five principles of Pancasila. The young generation needs to inculcate the strong personality contained in Pancasila and always implement it in daily life. The values and meanings of Pancasila are the guiding principles of the nation, the personality of the nation, and the ideology of the nation that is most in line with the noble soul and personality of the Indonesian Nation.
