Abstract

The Implementation of Podcast in Teaching Listening at the First Semester Students of IKIP PGRI Madiun. This research is aimed at describing the process, the problems and solusions of the implementation of Podcast in teaching listening at the first semester students of IKIP PGRI Madiun. The type of research applied is a descriptive qualitative research. The reseach is conducted in English teaching Department of IKIP PGRI Madiun. The sample is class 1A chosen by purposive sampling technique. The collecting of the data is done by observation and interview method. To analyze the data, first reduce data, second classify the data to answer the statement of the problem, and third, interpret and conclude the data. The result of this research points out that the implementation of Podcast consists of three steps, namely, pre activity, whilst activity and post activity. Meanwhile, the problems arisen in teaching listening by using podcast are the lecturer says that the preparation has some difficulties in downloading the material from internet and the problem concerns with the crowded teaching situation. The solutions used to face the problem arisen are the lecturer should be more creative to find the material in podcast that is completely appropriate with the teaching objectives and to solve the problem of crowded teaching situation, the lecturer frequently asks the students to keep focusing on the stages of learning process while observing.Key words: Metode Demonstrasi (dengan IT), dan Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

The Use of Flashcards in Teaching Vocabulary at Fourth Grade Students of SDN Sukosari 02 Dagangan Madiun. In this reserach, the researcher formulates three problems. Those are “What are the procedures of flashcards and what are strengths and weaknesses of flashcards in teaching vocabulary for fourth grade students of SDN Sukosari 02 Dagangan Madiun?”. In this research, the researcher uses descriptive research. The sample of the research is the fourth grade students of SDN Sukosari 02 which consists of 26 students. To collect the data, the researcher uses observation and test. Then, to analyze the data the researcher uses reduction, display and conclusion. The results of the research in application of flashcards in teaching vocabulary for students of fourth grade are the students’ average score after the implementation of flashcards is 8.15 and the students’ average score before the implementation of flashcards is 7.40. So, it is analytically concluded that the implementation of flashcards in teaching vocabulary of fourth grade of SDN Sukosari 02 Dagangan is effective. The strengths of flashcards in teaching vocabulary are flashcards gives some contribution for the students’ competence and achievement, there is almost without weaknesses within the use of flashcards in teaching vocabulary for elementary school students.Key words: Teaching Vocabulary, Flashcard.

Abstract

Keefektifan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif dengan Menggunakan Media Pohon Matematika pada Materi Pecahan di Kelas V SD Negeri Pejagan 5 Bangkalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan menggunakan media pohon matematika pada materi pecahan di kelas V SD Negeri Pejagan 5 Bangkalan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Pejagan 5 Bangkalan. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk melihat kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa dan ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif dengan menggunakan media pohon matematika efektif untuk mengajarkan materi pecahan. Kesimpulan ini didasarkan pada beberapa hal, yaitu (1) kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran efektif, (2) aktivitas siswa efektif, dan (3) ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal tercapai.Key words: Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Media Pohon Matematika.

Abstract

Formulasi Strategi Bisnis dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Daya Saing Industri Batik “Mliwis Putih” di Desa Sobontoro, Balen, Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi oleh industri Batik "Mliwis Putih" serta memberikan saran strategi bisnis bagi industri batik “Mliwis Putih” agar memiliki daya saing untuk memenangkan persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif, IFE, EFE, I-E, dan QSP Matrix. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kondisi internal dan eksternal Industri Batik "Mliwis Putih" menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik. (2) strategi penetrasi pasar adalah strategi alternatif yang terbaik untuk dilaksanakan oleh Industri Batik "Mliwis Putih" untuk mencapai daya saing, karena memiliki nilai tertinggi 5,59 di STAS di QSP Matrix.Key words: Formulasi Strategi, Daya Saing, Industri Batik

Abstract

Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan Menggunakan Metode Multiple Intelligences: Studi Kasus di Sekolah Internasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode kecerdasan majemuk (Multiple Intelligences) dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah internasional yang fokus pada strategi pembelajaran dan aktifitas belajarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus untuk mengungkap tentang strategi pembelajaran dan aktifitas belajar bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan Multiple Intelligenges di sekolah internasional. Data diperoleh dengan pengamatan dan wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang digunakan di sekolah internasional mengacu pada pengembangan Multiple Intelligences yang didukung dengan kurikulum, materi pembelajaran, sumber daya manusia dan proses pembelajaran yang telah disesuaikan tanpa meninggalkan kurikulum Nasional dan dikombinasi dengan kurikulum internasional. Aktifitas belajar bahasa Inggris di sekolah internasional dirancang untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan majemuk siswa dan kemampuan berbahasa (berbicara, menulis, mendengar, membaca) secara bersama-sama dengan kegiatan yang sangat bervariasi, menyenangkan dan kreatif.Key words: Strategi pembelajaran, aktifitas belajar, bahasa Inggris, Multiple Intelligences.

Abstract

Pengaruh dukungan keluarga, kecerdasan adversitas, dan efikasi diri terhadap intense berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan keluarga, kecerdasan adversitas, dan efikasi diri pada intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan proportionate stratified random sampling, jumlah sampel 194 siswa. Hasil uji hipotisis secara parsial diperoleh dukungan keluarga, kecerdasan adversitas, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan pada intensi berwirausaha pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Hasil Uji hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh dukungan keluarga, kecerdasan adversitas, dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan pada intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro.Key words: Dukungan keluarga, kecerdasan adversitas, efikasi diri, intensi berwirausaha.
