Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of organizational communication on the performance of employees through organizational culture at the Department of Agriculture of East Kutai Regency.Analysis tool that used in this study was multiple linear regression to know the correlation the influence of organizational communication (X) as Exogen variable, employee performance as Endogen variable (Y2) and organizational culture as Variable Mediation (Y1). The research instruments used are questionnaires, observations and interviews.The result of the research showed that organizational communication has a significant effect on employee performance, whereas organizational communication also has an effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has significant effect on employee performance, but organization communication has no significant effect on employee performance through organizational culture.

Abstract

ABSTRCAK The purpose of the research is whether the style is leadership, motivation and workplace influence the performance of the state civil apparatus thr / on the community empowerment and round kabaputen berau. Methods used in research is quantitative methods Judging from the results of the Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of Test F that is Fcount with a value of 10.750> from Ftable with a value of 3.26 there is an influence between the Independent X variable on the Dependent variable Y. From the results of the t test it is known that there is an influence between each independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the Leadership Style variable, the value of tcount is 2,291> from the value of t table 2,02534, it can be seen that there is an influence between Variable X1 to Variable Y, then for Motivation variable with tcount 2,313> from the value of t table 2,02534 it can be seen that there is an influence between variable X2 to variable Y, then the Work Environment variable with tcount 2.447> from the value of t table 2.02534, it can be seen that there is an influence between variables X3 to variable Y. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal Rinso inventory at PT. Sinar Kalimantan at Tanjung Redeb. The average inventory method was used to analyze the data in this study.Based on the analysis and forecasting calculation, the inventory for one year (2015) for Rinso powder size 900 gr was 1,170 dos and Rinso powder size 450 gr was 1.018 dos every 3 times orders of both types Rinso powder was 8.754 x 3 times order = 26.262 dos,it was not optimal whereas based on calculation EOQ Rinso powder size 900 gr is 6,104 dos and Rinso powder size 450 gr was equal to 5,03 dos in one order of both type Rinso powder is 11.107 x 3 order = 32.985 dos it was an optimal supply because accordancing with the actual inventory and residual inventory can be used as the stock for the company.From result calculation by using EOQ tool obtain the optimal inventory result and earlier hypothesis is not accepted because contrary to research result (opposite)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know clearly about the influence of supervision on the discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of the District of Berau. This writing using analysis tools are: Product Moment correlation coefficient, simple linear regression equation and hypothesis testing with Test t.           Based on the results of the research can be seen that the simple linear regression equation on the influence of supervision on the discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Berau District is Y = 7.05 + 0.76X. The value of product moment correlation coefficient is 0,9101, so r> 0 (0,9101> 0) hence there is positive linear correlation between supervisory variable and work discipline variable. In this case the close relationship between the two variables can be interpreted as very high correlation (in the scale of 0.800-1000). The value of t arithmetic is 14.90 while the value of t table is 2.0129. So that the value of t arithmetic greater than t table (14,90> 2.0129), then the hypothesis proposed in this study accepted or proved that the supervision has a significant effect on the discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of the District of Berau.
