Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on the developmental characteristics of children aged 5-6 years in the cognitive aspect through block games at PAUD Al-Mardiyah Mekar Jaya, Pinang District, Tangerang City. PAUD Al-Mardiyah Mekar Jaya is located in the district of Pinang, Tangerang City, Banten Province. Established in 2010 and developing the "Playing Blocks" learning method. The implementation of playing blocks at PAUD Al-Mardiyah Mekar Jaya is generally carried out with various activities that are individual and group. The activities carried out are direct practical activities that focus on the ability of cognitive values in children, besides that they have implemented 10 steps and principles of play for early childhood.

Abstract

Education for early childhood is being discussed because many opinions reveal that the management of early childhood education institutions is in a bad state. This attracted the attention of researchers to find out directly whether the statement was true or not, and decided to conduct research in RA Ar Rohman Batu City. This study aims to determine the management of education in RA Ar Rohman Batu City. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that RA Ar Rohman had implemented well the management of education in schools based on what was stipulated in the National Standard.

Abstract

The Nussa and Rara films are films that have high moral and educational values in each episode, especially those of Islamic religious values, one of which is the values of sincere morals. The documentary study was carried out on three episodes of the Nussa and Rara films which contain values of sincere morals, namely the episodes of Belajar Ikhlas, Tak Bisa Balas and Nussa Bisa. The research method used is a documentary study with the following stages: the first stage, pre-research by identifying the episodes in season 1 and 2 that contain sincere moral values and describing the storyline of the selected episodes. Stage two, the research design by compiling the lattice instruments, film curation instruments and expert judgment instruments. Stage three, conducting research by curating films by 4 curators, after which the results of the curation were coded to get a method of instilling sincere moral values in the Nussa and Rara films.The results of this documentary study research are that there are three methods of cultivating sincere morals in the Nussa and Rara films, namely the Habitual Method, the Tabyin Method, and the Exemplary Method.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini dalam menggunakan aplikasi Seesaw. Seesaw adalah sebuah media digital pembelajaran yang memungkinkan setiap anak mampu mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa mereka. Menurut UU No, 20 Tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan nasional bahwa anak usia dini adalah anak yang berumur 0 sampai 6 tahun. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah keterlambatan dalam pengumpulan tugas dan pemahaman anak terhadap kegiatan belajar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus di kelas TK A PAUD YPJ Kuala Kencana. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah anak dapat mengembangkan kemampuan bahasanya dalam menggunakan keterampilan berkomunikasi, bernyanyi, menceritakan kembali, mengenal bunyi huruf, suku kata dan menyusun kalimat secara sederhana.Kata Kunci; aplikasi seesaw, kemampuan bahasa, anak usia dini Abstract This study aims to determine the development of early childhood language skills using the seesaw application. Seesaw is a digital learning media that allows every child to develop their language skills. According to Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system, early childhood is a child aged 0 to 6 years. The problems are delays in collecting assignments and children’s understanding of learning activities. This research uses qualitative research with case studies in the TKA PAUD YPJ Kuala Kencana class. The research technique used is interviews and observations using case study research methods. This study concludes that children can develop their language skills by using communication skills, singing, retelling, recognizing letter sounds and syllables, and compiling simple sentences. Abstract

The pandemic period has had a considerable impact on the lives of Indonesian people, one of which is the aspect of education. The government issued a policy regarding the implementation of learning to be carried out remotely or online, during the pandemic. This study aims to describe how the implementation of online distance learning during the pandemic in class B TKIT Insan Mulia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with interactive data analysis which includes 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, 4) conclusion drawing. The data collection techniques in this study used the techniques of 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation with data sources from teachers, students, parents, the implementation of distance learning during the pandemic in class B TKIT Insan Mulia took place online, using the WhatsApp application and zoom. The teacher carries out the learning process with the stages of planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation and the role of parents. The results of the study indicate that the process of implementing distance learning is online and uses existing media in the environment around the house. However, there are obstacles in its implementation, namely an unstable internet network.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of “Describe the disciplined behavior of children aged 5-6 years in online learning activities at home during the pandemic at Pertiwi Abhilasa Kindergarten School, Jl. Daksinapati Timur Raya No.10, RT.7/RW.14, Rawamangun, Kec. Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 13220” using qualitative descriptive research methods. The subjects of this study were all students in TK B class at TK Pertiwi Abhilasa, Jl. Daksinapati Timur Raya No.10, RT.7/RW.14, Rawamangun, Kec. Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 13220. The number of students in TK B Pertiwi Abhilasa class in the 2020/2021 school year is 15 children, consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation with the guarantor of the validity of the data carried out using triangulation techniques. The results obtained are the disciplined behavior of children aged 5-6 years in online learning activities at home during the pandemic through three indicators, namely: the presence of children, children's participation in online learning activities, and the ethics and manners of children in participating in online learning activities, already seen in the children of TK B Pertiwi Abhilasa class.
