This study aims to: (1) To determine the influence of media use powerpoint on the activity studied art student SMP N 4 Padang. (2) To determine the influence of media use powerpoint on learning outcomes art students of SMP N 4 Padang. This type of research is a quasi experimental quantitative research (quasi experimental) with pretest - posttest control group design. Classes are chosen as samples are a class VII-3 as the experimental class and class VII-4 as the control class. Data collected through achievement test instruments and test questionnaire learning activities. Data analysis is done processing stage descriptive and inductive analysis processing stage. The results showed that there are significant media use power point to the activity and the results studied art student at SMPN 4 Padang. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is done that the value of a hypothesis test on learning outcomes t = 15.546 and t table = 2.045 at the level of alpha = 0.05, it indicates that thitung> t table, it can be concluded Ha accepted. While testing the hypothesis on learning activities and rtabel rhitung = 4.762 = 0.334 at the level of alpha = 0.05, it indicates that rhitung> rtabel, it can be concluded Ha accepted, meaning that the average (mean) value of the experimental class and control class is not identical or different. It can be concluded that the use of media power point positive effect on activity and learning outcomes art students of SMPN 4 Padang.Keywords: Influence, Power Point Media, Activities, Learning Outcomes

This study aims to determine the effect of using video media on the results of student learning SMA Negeri I Dua Koto Pasaman district. The subjects were students of class XI IPA at SMAN I Dua Koto Pasaman district. This study uses a quantitative method using quasi-experimental research model. The instrument used was a written test in objective form, carried out with test pre-test and post-test. The results showed that the average value of the results of the experimental class learning using video media is higher than the control class without using video media. Based on hypothesis testing using SPSS version 20.0 was obtained t = 4.458 and the value table = 2.034 with significance level (α = 0.05) showed that there are significant differences between these two classes.Keywords: Use of Media Video, and Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this study was to identify the shape, function and meaning Tabuik Pariaman and Tabot Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data in this study is tabuik and tabot (primary data) and informants, and literature (secondary data). Data collection procedures done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of the research are: 1) Form tabuik Pariaman as many as 11 and as many as 10. The shape of Bengkulu tabot 2) Function tabuik Pariaman and tabot Bengkulu. 3) The meaning tabuik Pariaman and tabot Bengkulu.Kata kunci: bentuk, fungsi, makna, tabuik Pariaman, tabot Bengkulu

The purpose of this through to understand that there is an influence of using prezi visual media to the result of art at grade Junior High School 30 Padang. The kind of through that used is experiment interpretation score of pretest and posttest and then by technique interpretation encode for processing Random Sampling. This encode for processing collected by the test in the result of lesson. Finding in this through showing that : the result of studentâ€™s in the lesson by using prezi visual media is better, just than with students who teached without using a conventional media. Thatâ€™s mean using prezi visual media needed to all of students for improving the result of students in the lesson specially for art in art at Junior High School 30 Padang.Keywords: Visual Media Prezi

The goal is to create or visualize objects craft textiles with a tiger through the work rugmaking with giordes techniques and lace. This thesis was made through five stages, namely preparation phase (exploration), phase penetepan ideas (elaboration), the synthesis, the realization of the concept and stages of completion. The work achieved by the title of neglect, loneliness, lying, excellence, just us, compassion, and entangled. The title is taken from a tiger very poor condition due to poaching. This work is made manually, producing work that is unique and has artistic value that can be used to beautify the room. Hopefully these ideas and techniques can be developed by writers or other writers in the future.Kata kunci: Harimau, Seni Kriya, Kriya tekstil, Rugmaking, teknik giordes dan renda.

This research was conducted in the village of Nareh, Pariaman. Aim to get information form motifs and embroidery techniques pasumandan shirt. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data in this study are primary data is embroidered shirt pasumandan and the craftsmen and secondary data from books and the internet. Research Conclusion: a source of ideas in a dress embroidered pasumandan of flora and geometric shapes. The names of the motifs form Shirt pasumandan bungo roses, jasmine Bungo, Bungo corals, leaf siriah, sidingin leaves, leaves, dankaluak pack, in Sabik, monks and wide swath. Techniques used in embroidery clothes pasumandan them with mechanical engineering manual (skewers straight and zigzag), manually or with a hand such as embroidered in gold thread with stab eel, embroidered sequins (puncture baste, OFF trail and both) and embroidery (straight, zigzag). Pasumandan clothes are clothes worn every woman who became the wife of the oneman.Keyword: form motifs, embroidery techniques, pasumandan shirt.

Embroidery Indonesia each area has its own characteristics. One of them in West Sumatra. Coastal varied embroidery such as Pesisir embroidery, Pariaman, and Bukittinggi. Embroidery in District Ampek Angkek, Agam, West Sumatra, also has a distinctive type of embroidery called masin itam embroidery. The focus of the study (1) Variations motif; (2) The technique of making; (3) The types of masin itam embroidery products. Through qualitative research results obtained: naturalist motifs form and decorative; the technique of making are suji cair and Kerancang; The resulting products are disposable items: mukena, baju kebaya, baju kuruang, koko, veil or scarf, bed linen, bed-sets of the bride, and pedestal table.Kata Kunci : Variasi Bentuk Motif, Teknik Pembuatan, dan Jenis Produk

This final project aims to show a good result and a bad tree for humans with the natural surroundings, and shows the importance of the role of trees for humans and depict visually in the style of post-impressionism. Humans can not live well if it failed to establish harmony in the environment and interact with nature where he lives. That man is a microcosm and the macrocosm of the universe is. How important the mutually supportive relationship between activity and human consciousness with the natural environment. The purpose of this final project is to realize the phenomenon of mothers in the form of metaphors herbs and natural objects in the works of surrealist art. The author presents the concept of the creation of works relating to the method of creating the work through the stages of exploration, the incubation phase, experimentation, improvisation, stage of elaboration, the embodiment of the idea and the realization of the concept, that is the beginning of the cultivation phase, the process of finishing, and the presentation of the work. Ten patterned surrealist painting that describes the phenomenon of the mother. The tenth of the work include: 1). The Keeper, 2). Staring future, 3). The Pelita, 4). Super Mom, 5). Mother, 6).
