Roses are ornamental plantswith stems that have thorns. Many planted in the garden and most sold in the flower shop as cut flowers or sow flowers. This flower is valuable because of its beauty and aroma, as well as useful and has manybenefits. Roses can almost be found in all countries around the world, so dubbed as the “Queen of all flowers”. The beauty of the rose is expressive make the author interestedto visualize it in the form of wall decoration. The metod of creating this work is made through three stages through lace, embroidery and embroidery techniques. Sketches made manually with roses as the main object, the material used is black and red velvet fabric, yarn used are lace thread, embroidery thread, and embroidery thread, with various colors. Roses are made with lace techniques, leaves with embroidery techniques, while the background embroidered with a drag technique. The seven works produced are titled respectively ie Gentleness, Complement, Joy, Hope, Passion, Tranquility and Purity.Keywords: Roses, lace, hand embroidered, embroidery.

Bangka Belitung community, 2) materials and tools used in the process of making songkok resam, 3) to know anyone who use the songkok resam at traditional ceremony of Bangka Belitung, 4) Knowing the function and meaning of songkok Resam on customs clothing Bangka Belitung. The data sources of this research is primary data source and secondary data source. Primary data source is data collected directly from result of observation to informant through interview process. While the secondary data comes from data obtained through documentation study, personal documentation and reference books and internet. The research found that is songkok resam is one of Bangka typical craft made from resam material. Materials and tools used to make the songkok resam namely: resam, bubut, honey candle, needle, mold, getah samek. The function of songkok resam is as the head cover for men when performing worship, attending parties, traditional events, religious events and so forth. The meaning of songkok resam is as a symbol of Bangka community identity and customs / customs of Bangka community.

The purpose of making this final work is for creating seven potraits Indonesian’s heroes of dashing tapestry techiques. With reason because of sacrifices, stuggles, and actions that giving meaning and benefits for society. Other reason, today the younger generations are less appreciative of the heroes and their sense of nationalism is fading away. Therefore, the author takes a theme about as a subject in this work. The method of creation processnof work : first, preparation bay way doing observatio. The second, elaboration, third, syinthesis stage, fourth, concept realization that making sketches, process of work, and finishing. Fifth, the completion is done exhibition and making the catalog and the report.The work’s result, the portrais of indonesian’s heroes are Raden Ajeng Kartini, Cut Nyak Meutia, Sultan Hasanudin, General Sudirman, Imam Bonjol, Ir. Soekarno, and Teuku Umar. It is hoped that the final work will be beneficial for art’s students, as a material of appreciation and to be comparasion for creating tapestry’s better in the future.Keywords : Heroes’s portraits, tapestry 1

Dragonflies are one of the insects that have uniqueness and beauty in terms of body anatomy, color, nature and activity of dragonfly in his life. When viewed from the meaning of beauty to be a unique and beautiful dragonfly, this insect passes through a series of life cycles. In addition, the characteristics of the dragonfly is something interesting to be an inspiration in creating works of art that is tapestry techniques.The creation of this work aims to visualize the beauty of a dragonfly in its life activities. This tapestry works using soumak techniques, giordes, klim, and combined with the material stockings on the wings of dragonfly.After performing a series of long creation process, there are 7 pieces of tapestry, such as: 1) Dragonflies, 2) Snatching, 3) Marriage, 4) Laying eggs, 5) Dragonfly, 6) Interacting, 7) Pairing. Through tapestry works with the theme of the life of dragonflies is expected to arouse the spirit in the work of art, and used as a reference and reference to create a better work tepestri future.Keywords: Dragonflies, Tapestries, Embroidery

The creation aims to visualize the teenager's life is highly dependent on gadgets in doing any activity. The technique used in making this final work is serigraphy technique which is one of the techniques used in the manufacture of graphic arts. After performing a series of processes of creation are long, it creates 10 pieces of graphic art, including: 1) Negligent, 2) Introverts, 3) Cyberbully, 4) Friends, 5) Cyber Crime, 6) Played, 7) Past and Present, 8 ) Games, 9) Brainwash, 10) Dependency. The final work entitled “ butterflies in tapestry “ this is an expression of pleasure, admiration, and concern the author of the butterfly. The form of blend of colors, motifs, gestures, and the process of life is amazing, while the enviroment is worrying, the longer the extinct. These two reasons serve as the basis for making works. The purpose of the creation of this final work is to visualize the expression of the mother through the expression of expressionist painting. Mother figure of a remarkable woman for 9 months 10 days, struggling to risk his life for the salvation of the baby. The method of creation of artwork using five stages of preparation stage, elaboration stage, synthesis stage, stage of concept realization and completion stage and the last exhibition Painting .. Ten masterpiece was visualized The mother's struggle for her child was not fully reciprocated. Evidently there are some children who are not filial to parents, especially mothers. In running a life it is not appropriate for a child to sue, scold and say harshly to his mother. Purpose of his research is to increase the result of student’s study in class X MIPA 5 SMA N 1 Padang in learning visual art through of cooperative learning with JIGSAW strategy. Method of the research that chose by the researcher is classroom action research. Technique of collecting the data is using observation and test. Result of 32 student’s study pre cycle about 45 raise become 80.28 in the first cycle and the second cycle 87.52. In pre cycle, students finished their study about 4 students. In first cycle, students that can finished their study about 18 students.
