Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved in this study were to improve the learning outcomes of  Cultural Arts in Fine Arts material for students of class VIII B SMP 1 Bukittinggi with the  application of peer tutoring learning methods. This research is classroom action research and  observation. Data usage techniques used are tests and observations. Based on the coefficients table, the value of t count of the cycle I -0.885 is smaller than t table and t count of cycle II -2.145 is greater than t table which is 0.040 then the hypothesis is rejected. So it can be concluded that the use of the Peer Tutor Learning method has a significant effect on the learning outcomes in Art Culture lessons in Art material at SMP 1 Bukittinggi. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.  Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the use of peer tutoring learning methods to improve student learning outcomes in learning arts and culture at SMP 1 Bukittinggi .Keywords: peer tutoring, learning outcomes

Abstract

The creation of this final work aims to visualize body piercing as a concept of graphic artwork. Visualization of the work displays the negative effects of body piercing. The method and process of the works used in the creation of works, through several stages: (1) preparation, (2) Elaboration, (3) Synthesis, (4) Realization of concepts, (5) finising. The results of the discussion are a visualization of the negative effects of body piercing. As for the works produced, consisting of ten graphic art works with translucent printing techniques with the titles: Penyesalan, Direnggut, Future, Menarik ?, Mati Rasa, Masokis, Beban, Tak Lazim, Dikucilkan, Terlena.Kata Kunci: Body Piercing, karya, seni grafis,cetak tembus

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes in learning class VIII art in SMP Negeri 31 Padang. This study is a correlational study with product moment correlation analysis techniques. Research data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. The correlation test results of the study sample as many as 61 students were r-count 0.300 with sig. (2-tailed) 0.019 while the r-table was 0.248. The value of r-count> r-table (0.300> 0.248) and the value of sig. (2-tailed)> sig-alpha (0.019 <0.05) at the 5% significance level. so the variables of learning motivation and learning outcomes have a significant relationship to the learning of class VIII art at SMP Negeri 31 Padang.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes, Fine Arts

Abstract

This final work visualizes the prayer recommendations in congregation in order to shape social behavior in the lives of oneself and society, through graphic print design (serigraphy). The method and process of the works used in the creation of works, through several stages: (1) preparation, (2) elaboration, (3) synthesis, (4) realization of concepts (5) finising. The result of the discussion is a visualization of prayer in congregation. The works produced are: Middle, Bowing, Obedient, First Syaf, Adhan, 27 degrees, Mastered by Shaytan, Other Groups, Comparison, and Consistent. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in art subjects through the use of the PAIKEM Approach in class VII-5 of SMP Negeri 35 Padang with learning materials on decorative materials in textile materials.The type of research that researchers use is Class Action Research (CAR). PTK is a form of research that is relational in nature by carrying out certain actions in order to improve and improve classroom practice so that teachers can be more confident in developing their own knowledge and skills.This research was conducted in two cycles. The data collection tool uses teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, teacher activity sheets, student activity sheets, student activity assessment formats and student learning outcomes assessment formats.Reflections on the results of the study will be used as guidelines to determine whether or not the next cycle is needed. Data processed based on percentage formula. From the results of the study there are results of data processing which shows that there is an increase in student learning outcomes.The results of the action in Cycle I were 71.43%. While in Cycle II it increased to 82.81%. These findings illustrate the existence of an increase in student learning outcomes by 11.37%. So, this proves that using the PAIKEM Approach can improve the learning outcomes of Fine Arts.Keywords: PTK, Learning, PAIKEM Approach, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This research have a purpose to develop the work creativity of “ Seni Rupa” with use contextual  approach to student grade VII4 and VII8. The result of this research show that the value average  which use contextual apporoach is about 81.33 and the one which use conventional method have  value average about 72.90. This is show up that the creativity differences in works in the fine art. Independent influence to dependent variable that show that value t count = 4.077 and t table =  2.048 > 0.05 take positive effect to the significant off work in the fine art sector.Keyword : development, creativity, contextual approach

Abstract

The research carried out in SMP Negeri 1 Padang, especially class VII 2018/2019 on the subject of art and culture, aims to reveal the relationship: 1) Learning style with learning outcomes of fine art in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 padang, 2) Learning interest with learning outcomes of fine art in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Padang, and 3) Learning style and learning interest of fine art in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Padang. This research is a type of ex-post facto research with a correlational approach. The simple used was taken using the simple random sampling technique. Learning style and learning interest data are taken from questionnaire answers, then tested using product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results of this study show that: 1) There is a significant relationship learning style with learning outcomes of fine art in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Padang.Key Words: Learning Style, Learning Interest, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to 1) increase student creativity and by using design media in class XI IPA 3 of Adabiah Padang High School. 2) Improve student learning outcomes by using design media in class XI IPA 3 of Adabiah Padang High School. The research method used is classroom action research. The research instrument were tests of student learning outcomes, students creativity questionnaires, observation sheets of student activities,observation sheets for teacher teaching activities, and data analysis. the results of this study state that. 1) the use of design media can increase the creativity of students in learning art in class XI IPA 3 Adabiah High School Padang. 2) the use of design media can improve student learning outcomes in learning art in class XI IPA 3 Adabiah High School Padang.Keywords: media design and learning outcomes are significant

Abstract

This research aims to see the difference between visual art learning outcomes between the learning cycle model and the conventional model in class VII SMP Negeri 35 Padang. The research conducted is quantitative, quasi-experimental form (quasi-experiment), with a population of 159 students divided into 5 classes. The sampling technique used was random sampling to obtain classes VII.2 and VII.5. The results showed t count 2,548 and t table 1,999. From the above values, the calculated t value> t table value (2,548> 1,999). It can be concluded that the learning cycle model has an effect on student learning outcomes in the field of art in class VII SMP Negeri 35 Padang.Keywords: Cultural Arts, Fine Arts, Learning Cycle Model, Learning Outcomes
