Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of patient satisfaction with drug services and the handling of inpatient care at the Dunda Hospital in Gorontalo District. The study sample was inpatients who used BPJS in Gorontalo District Dunda Hospital which were randomly taken as many as 30 people. The level of patient satisfaction was valued using a validated questionnaire. Patients who were used as respondents were part of patients who used inpatient services in hospitals. Gorontalo District Delegation and accepted and eligible to be used as respondents based on respondents' eligibility indicators. The method used in this study was an observational analytic method using a cross sectional design and data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction with drug service and inpatient care consisted of three categories of satisfaction, quite satisfied and dissatisfied. The results of the study showed that the facts of the patients were not related to the level of patient satisfaction with drug services and hospitalization at Dunda Hospital.

Abstract

BBLR merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang memerlukan perhatian di berbagai negara terutama pada negara berkembang atau negara dengan sosial ekonomi rendah. WHO (World Health Organization) mendefinisikan BBLR sebagai bayi yang lahir dengan berat ≤ 2500 gr. WHO mengelompokkan BBLR menjadi 3 macam, yaitu BBLR (1500–2499 gram), BBLSR (1000-1499 gram), BBLER (< 1000 gram.Tujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara umur ibu dan paritas dengan kejadian (BBLR) Di RSUD Batara Siang Kab.Pangkep Tahun 2018, dengan populasi seluruh ibu yang melahirkan bayi normal dan bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR) dengan jumlah 2.107 akan tetapi dengan menggunakan Rumus Besar Sampel maka populasi yang di dapatkan 336 dan jumlah sampel 178. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan uji-square yakni nilai Hubungan umur ibu dengan (BBLR) kemaknaan p value = 0,02 (a <0,005), sedangkan Hubungan pariitas dengan (BBLR) kemaknaan p value = 0,976 (a >0,005). Maka ada hubungan umur ibu, dan tidak ada hubungan paritas ibu dengan kejadian bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR).

Abstract

Self-care behavior in diabetes mellitus patients consists of diet, exercise, drug therapy, foot care, and blood sugar monitoring. This study aims to determine the relationship between economic status and self-care behavior of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at Puskesmas Tamamaung Makassar City. The research design used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional study approach. The sample determination was carried out by purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 41 respondents. The relationship test was performed using the Fisher Exact Test statistical test with a significance level of α <0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between economic status and self-care behavior of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at Puskesmas Tamamaung Makassar City (ρ = 0.219).

Abstract

Hyperemesis is a very frequent nausea and vomiting during the first half of pregnancy. Usually nausea and vomiting begins between the late first and second periods and continues for about 14 weeks. Nausea and vomiting are usually more severe in the morning, but may continue throughout the day. This study aims to determine the relationship between hyperemesis and the occurrence of stress in pregnant women in the first trimester in the work area of ​​the parigi health center, Takkalalla sub-district, Wajo district. This study used a quantitative study using the Accidental Sampling research method, the population in this study was 101 pregnant women. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data collection was obtained using a questionnaire. Analysis of the relationship using the chi square test. The results of this study indicate that there were 7 respondents (46.7%) who had experienced hyperemesis, while 6 respondents (40.0%) had experienced stress. The results of statistical tests showed that hyperemesis (p = 0.001) so it was concluded that there was a relationship between hyperemesis and stress in pregnant women in the first trimester in the work area of ​​the Parigi Public Health Center, Takkallalla District, Wajo District. Thus pregnant women who experience hyperemesis and stress during pregnancy are expected to continue to control their health .
