Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's observations regarding the production of ATCC and ATSC. This study aims to determine the production process and the amount of ATCC and ATSC production at PT. Inti Nusa Raya Indonesia in Bombana Regency. This research was conducted at PT. Inti Nusa Raya Indonesia in Bombana Regency from October to December 2021. The data analysis used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The population in this study is PT. Inti Nusa Raya Indonesia until this research was carried out. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique by directly appointing respondents to be interviewed. The informants in this study are the production manager of PT. The core of Nusa Raya Indonesia. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. This study's results indicate the production process of ATSC and ATSC at PT. Inti Nusa Raya Indonesia is carried out mechanically and carried out in several stages, namely the process of receiving raw materials, weighing, sorting, sifting, soaking, draining, washing, drying, cutting, chip cleaning, mixing, packaging, labeling, final storage and final loading of the product. . The results showed that in the production process of ATSC and ATSC, the raw material of seaweed used was 45 days of harvest to get the appropriate quality of carrageenan and good gel strength. While the concentration of KOH and NaOH used was 7-8% with a temperature of 70-80 c and cooked for 3 hours, drying time was 3-4 days when the weather was sunny and 7-10 days when the weather was cloudy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the technical feasibility of oil palm farming in Epeesi Village, Basala District. Knowing the financial feasibility of oil palm farming in Epeesi Village, Basala District. The implementation of this research will start from October 2021 to December 2021. The research variables are the respondent farmers' identity and the farming actors' characteristics. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The data in this study were analyzed using the costs used for production, production revenue and net income, technical feasibility analysis and financial feasibility analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the processing of oil palm plantations in Epeesi Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency, in terms of technical aspects, was feasible in the category of land suitability, growing conditions, production processes, the technology used for transportation of oil palm and oil palm production capacity. Palm oil farming is financially feasible to operate with an NPV value of IDR747.570.637,- > one feasible and IRR to produce an interest rate of 70.58%, which is a higher than the amount of interest that has been set with a value of 8.58%. A Net Benefit Cost Ratio of 12.04 > 1 is categorized as feasible, and the PP is three years and six mounts. The price decrease that occurred in the sensitivity analysis with a value of 10% and 30%, as well as an increase in production costs by 10% and 30%, so that the investment return period is below the economic time of farming, which is eight years, so based on the financial feasibility criteria, oil farming palm worth working on.

Abstract

Financing is very important for farmers to manage their farming because capital is very important in lowland rice farming. This study aims to determine the financing pattern of lowland rice farming in the Loea District, East Kolaka Regency. This study aims to identify the financing pattern of lowland rice farming in the Loea District, East Kolaka Regency. This research was conducted from July 2021 to February 2022 in Loea District, East Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The population of this study was 241 people. Using simple random sampling where obtained 36 members of the rice farmers who carried out the financing pattern as the research sample was obtained. The variables in this study are the respondent's identity, including age, education, number of family dependents, and farming experience; Financing patterns, including self-financing and partner financing. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the financing pattern for lowland rice farming in Loea District, East Kolaka Regency, was a self-financing pattern using capital and costs derived from the farming actors themselves and partner financing patterns using capital and other costs borrowed through formal and non-formal institutions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the economic behavior of clove farmer households in Ponggiha Village, Lasusua District, North Kolaka Regency. The household economy includes a discussion of the economic behavior of clove farmer households in terms of production, working time, and income. This research was conducted from September – November 2021. The population in this study were clove farmer households in Ponggiha Village. The research sample comprised 76 respondents from farmer households selected using the Slovin formula. The variables of this study were the characteristics of the respondents consisting of age, education, family dependents, and farmer status, as well as the characteristics of household economic behavior, which included the amount of production, working time, and income. The data analysis applied is the econometric model of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the level of clove farming production is influenced by land area with a contribution of 21.6%, production costs and working time of clove farming. The working time of non-clove farming significantly affects the working time of clove farming with a contribution of 49.5%. For the contribution of clove, farming household income is influenced by the amount of clove production with a contribution of 22%, and clove farming income is higher than non-clove farming income.

Abstract

Ornamental plants in Kendari City need an agribusiness institution that regulates ornamental plant business management to improve quality and traders' access to technology, markets and capital. Furthermore, technology is gradually increasing, increasing resources, helping ease access to facilities provided by the government (credit, facilities and infrastructure), and supporting every agribusiness subsystem and government policies. This research was conducted at the Promotion and Sales Location of Agricultural Products in Kendari City, on Jalan Ahmad Yani, Bende Village, Kadia District, Kendari City, from June to November 2021. This study aimed to determine the types and roles of ornamental plant agribusiness institutions in Kendari City. This study has 15 populations, where sampling uses the census method, which means that researchers take the location of promotion and sale of agricultural products in Kendari City. The variables observed in this study are the roles and working mechanisms of agribusiness institutions using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the role of ornamental plant agribusiness institutions in Kendari City was divided into four agribusiness subsystems: production facilities institutions, farming/cultivation institutions, marketing institutions and supporting service institutions.
