Al Munir Journal of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting is open access and peer review of journals published by the Communication and Islamic Broadcasting Study Program of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, Imam Bonjol Padang State Islamic University (UIN). This journal covers actual issues in Islamic communication studies, including the development of contemporary da'wah by utilizing media, Islamic information systems, rhetoric, literature, and government policies regarding broadcasting and information regulation. The purpose of this journal is to promote sharing of knowledge and understanding of communication issues. Then receive contributions from experts, researchers, practitioners and policy makers throughout the world. This journal is published periodically twice a year, precisely in January - June and July - December.

Abstract

Al-Imam (1906-1908) and Al-Munir (1911-1915) are the two magazines into the funnel of Young called the idea of Islamic reform in the archipelago. Relations between the two magazines can be traced through several ways, including through the characters involved in it, a similar form, contents and intellectual discourse.

Abstract

Transcendental Communications is the communication that goes on within ourselves and something outside the self and its existence was recognized by the individual. From this definition can be understood that the communication transendeltal means of communication within and outside the self that is intrapersonal. But who is outside of yourself that? Does God, jinns, angels, demons or all four? In the Islamic view of God, jinns, angels, and demons are supernatural. All Muslims must believe-Him because of the supernatural exists. “Allah swt” is the supernatural, angels, jinns and evil magic. The Most Invisible is a supernatural creator that is God Almighty

Abstract

The education system should also foster a patriotic spirit, strengthen love for the fatherland, enhance the spirit of nationalism and social fiendship, and ready to appreciate the services of pre hero and willing to go forward. Teaching and learning climate that can foster self-confidence and learning culture in the society continue to be developed in order to grow the attitudes and behaviors kreative, innovative and oriented towards the future. More assertive in the Act on National Education System No.20 of 2003 regulates the education in Unit, Educational Level, Educational Path, type of education. Implementation Model Index Card Match Pembelajran in learning Citizenship Education has been able to increase the activity and student learning outcomes. In the first cycle in the process learning have seen increased activity following the students' learning readiness of students who bring textbook, students who took notes, and students who bring stationery. Likewise, students in the learning activity that copied of learning goals, students are asking questions, students who gave feedback/ answers to questions, students who actively discuss, students who make the task, and students who make the conclusion there was an increase.

Abstract

Communication skill of leadership is influence followers and involves the use of power by the leader and follower acceptance. Permissibility affect follower connect hooks to satisfy follower satisfaction. Now the leaders should not be branded again as a leader who is good or not good, but we can only say a leader is impressive in one-one situations, but not memorable in other situations. Impressiveness leadership communication may also reserved dipertingkatkan in the same way there is with modifying factors in order to become more stable situation.

Abstract

Research using this model of agenda setting, generally assess the elections and political issues. Since McComb and Shaw (1972) examined the general election in 1968 with a focus on the effects of media agenda setting. They were interested to see whether the opinions of voters on issues that are considered very important it is formed by the news about these issues. McComb and Shaw in researching elections, said that the impact of mass media in the cause of cognitive change among individuals has been dubbed the agenda setting function of mass communication. Here lies the most important effects of mass communication, namely the ability of structuring the world's media for us.

Abstract

The implementation of budgetary policies (fiscal decentralization), the days of local autonomy and communicative accountable on public authorities always show the relationship or interaction with the established policy goals. Hence, the implementation of communicative akuntabiliutas on a Board/ Department/ Office will provide a positive impact on the performance of that agency. Based on the analysis conducted, we believe that with the communicative accountability to ensure the successful achievement of organizational goals. Managerial accountability communicative emphasis on efficiency and pengehematan use of funds, property, human resources, and other power sources. Then establish a continuous process such as planning and budgeting, enabling them to provide the best public services. Efficiency of resource management that the authority of a government agency is a key feature of communicative managerial accountability.

Abstract

Although the title of this article have the word fiqh, but its position is not the same as others jurisprudence, like jurisprudence, prayer, zakat fiqh, fiqh hajj and others. In the systematic chapters of fiqh in general can not find a special section on propaganda. Grouping fiqh chapters which are found include: fiqh of worship, “fikih mu'amalah”, “fikih munakahat”, “fikih jinayah”, “fikih siyasah“, “fikih mawarits” and “fiqh murafa'ah”. Even if the books of fiqh discusses the mission, only a special glimpse of “al-amr bi al-ma'ruf wa al-nahy 'an al-munkar” in the chapter of “al-nizam al-Islam fi hukm” namely in the chapter Imamate, the discussion about the obligation of Muslims to support the authorities and the discussion of al-Hisbah Region. In the article the author tries to discuss about the issue: First, what is meant by proselytizing jurisprudence. Second, the mission in perspective Jurisprudence Jurisprudence and third missionary interpreters.

Abstract

"Balimau" as a cultural heritage of the past is associated with fasting Ramadan. "Balimau" welcomes the month of Ramadan is a tradition for the people of Padang, West Sumatra. "Balimau" / toiletries contain a unique coming value. "Balimau", itself is a shower using water mixed with lime or orange. Aside from being an overflow of excitement, self-cleaning also comes. The purpose of "Balimau" is to purify oneself before entering the month of Ramadan, this form of self-purification by bathing in rivers and lakes, washing with oranges and fragrant potpourri. After "Balimau" then forgive because it will enter the month of Ramadan, evening prayer tarawih and the next day fasting. In addition there is also "Balimau" which is done in the bathroom by applying spices and fragrances to a container filled with water and then shampooing the fragrance. However, the "Balimau" tradition has shifted values from positive to come, not even in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion, for example, purifying oneself was polluted with the practice of bathing together without the veil between men and women in public baths. Therefore the Majlis Ulama of West Sumatra issued a fatwa that "Balimau" welcoming the holy month of Ramadan is forbidden in Islam
