Abstract

The title of this research are: Effects of internal conflicts and consistency of leadership toemployee performance at Kopertis X of West Sumatra, Riau, Jambi and Riau Islands.Authors interested in researching this because in daily activities within an organization isinevitable conflicts between superiors and subordinates with between subordinates andsubordinates. This conflict may affect the performance of staff because with this conflictcan also cause people to be out of focus in the work, so as to cause a decline in theperformance of employees working at the institution. Besides, the performance can also beinfluenced by the attitude of a leader in the act because the attitude of a leader that is notconsistent with what he has set or vacillating leaders made subordinate difficult to carryout their work. Leaders are not consistent with the establishment will be able to makeemployee performance will be impaired and these leaders are not appreciated by hissubordinates. For that prompted the leader must be consistent with what has been decidedthat the subordinate can follow, so that the work can proceed smoothly. One of the agencywhich has the above problems is Kopertis X in which allegedly involved frequent internalconflicts among subordinates with superiors and subordinates fellow subordinates even -until employees laid off as a result of the conflict that there is no solution it will be onemployee performance overall. Likewise with leaders allegedly inconsistent with thedecisions and policies that have been taken, so that the performance of employees in theregion Kopertis X is less good. This has been felt by professors who are dealing todaywords like this tomorrow again unlike this exchange, so that lecturers who deal becamepuzzled. Variables used in this research is the internal conflict as the first independentvariable (X1) and Consistency of leadership as the second independent variable (X2) andemployee performance as the dependent variable (Y). Both of these independent variableswill be tested one by one (partial) on the dependent variable how big influence onemployee performance Kopertis region X. This measure is used for quantitative researchmodel using regression analysis multiple as data analysis. In multiple regression analysiswill be able to see how much internal conflict variables affect employee performancesignificantly Kopertis X region as well as the variable consistency of leadership can affectemployee performance Kopertis X region significantly. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efisiensi produksi dan produktivitas tenagakerja pada industri kecil di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskreptif,sedangkan data yang digunakan data nilai output dan nilai pengeluaran tenaga kerja padaindustri kecil. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan denganmenggunakan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwaefisiensi produksi tahun 2015 lebih tinggi dari tahun 2014, sedangkan produktivitas tenagakerja tahun 2014 lebih tinggi dibanding tahun 2015.Key Word: Nilai tambah, efisiensi produksi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-oil commodity exports to the economicgrowth of West Sumatra province in 2011 - 2015. The research data in the form of timeseries data collected from Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. Theaverage economic growth of West Sumatra province for 5 years at 5.986% and theaverage value of non-oil commodity exports $ 2,032,112.8, the average volume of exportsof non-oil commodities 2,902,897.4 tons. Having performed classical assumption turnsout all research data is normal with JB test test for 3,814 < 27.587 at a significance levelof 5%, with a value not autocorrelation Durbin Watson heterokedastisitas 1,326 and doesnot occur with Gljser test for significant value 0.872 > 0.05. Simple linear regressionequation obtained Y = -5.609 + 2,341X + e where exports of non-oil commodities positiveeffect on the economic growth of West Sumatra province in 2011 - 2015. Based on thepartial test for significance level of 5% were non-oil commodity exports no significanteffect on growth West Sumatra provincial economy in 2011 - 2015. It can also be shownby R square value of 0.067 means that the economic growth of West Sumatra province in2011-2015 only affected by the non-oil commodity exports by 6.7% while the remaining93.3% is influenced by other factors which is not included in the research model.Keywords: non-oil commodity exports, economic growth

Abstract

Pembiayaan gadai emas adalah pembiayaan yang diberikan oleh Bank Syariah MandiriCabang Padang kepada nasabah dengan jaminan emas, bisa emas lantakan dan emasperhiasan, dengan taksiran 90% untuk emas lantakan, dan 80% untuk emas perhiasan.Persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh nasabah untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan iniadalah nasabah datang ke Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Padang, dengan membawa fotocopy identitas diri, dan emas yang akan dijadikan jaminan dan nasabah. Bagian taksasiakan menaksir nilai emas nasabah, dan setelah itu nasabah menunggu proses pencairandana paling lama 4 hari kerja. Pembiayaan ini sangat diminati oleh nasabah, karenapersyaratannya yang mudah, dan proses pencairannya cepat. Pembiayaan ini memberikontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah keuangannya dalam jangka waktu pendek(lama pembiayaan ini paling lama 4 bulan dan bisa diperpanjang setelah jatuh tempo),dimana pembiayaan ini dipergunakan oleh nasabah untuk biaya pengobatan, biayapendidikan anak, untuk hajatan dan untuk kebutuhan lainnya. Pembiayaan ini jugamembantu perekonomian, menghindari nasabah dari motif rentenir, dan juga membantunasabah utuk bisa melakukan pembiayaan berdasarkan perinsip syariah.Keywords : gadai emas, taksasi, emas lantakan, emas perhiasan

Abstract

This study , entitled the effect of promotion and interpersonal relationships to employeeperformance PT Kereta Api West Sumatra Regional Division II. This study was toexamine the effect of interpersonal danhubungan promotion to employee performance PTKereta Api Indonesia. (Persero) Division II of West Sumatera. This study is a survey withquantitative approach, which aims to determine the effect of promotion and interpersonalrelationships on employee job satisfaction PT. Kereta Api. The data used are primary dataobtained by field survey. Hypothesis testing is done by means of multiple regressionanalysis The study population was all all employees at PT Kereta Api numbering 87 peopleand all of them were sampled by taking total sampling technique. Data collectiontechniques in this study conducted by survey method. Using two instrument consists ofthree devices questionnaire for the study variables with the results of the study are positiveand significant influence between promotion jabata to the performance on PT. Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatera with a regression coefficient of 0.478 witha significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a significant relationship between interpersonalrelationship to the performance on PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II WestSumatera with a regression coefficient of 0.374 with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05Keywords: Promotions, interpersonal relations and promotions

Abstract

This research aims to identify influence of the job environment (X1) and the individualcharacteristics (X2) influence the level of employees performances (Y). This research wasconducted at employees at Regional Development Bank Bukittinggi Branch with 40 samples. Thetechnique to determine samples was total sampling. It means populations to be samples. Analysis ofthe data used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression, whereas for hypothesistesting using partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (f-test), reliability test, validity test and thecoefficient of determination test (R2).From this results of this study is to show that influence of thejob environment and the individual characteristics has the ability to affect performances felt byemployees of Regional Development Bank Bukittinggi Branch of 0,12%. The coefficient determinedtest (R2) explained that influence of the job environment and individual characteristics had affect of21,4% to employees performances, while the rest, which is 78,6% was described by other variablesfrom this study.Key word: Influence of the job environment, the individual characteristics and employeesperformances.

Abstract

The focus of this study to determine the development of UMKM products inencountering the West Sumatran market in 2016. Asia Economic Community studiedaspect is product quality and product branding UMKM in UMKM developmentfunctions of Bank Indonesia. The studies carried out November 2015 - February 2016..With qualitative research methods. The results showed that the function of BankIndonesia UMKM development program has been implemented in accordance with thedevelopment of UMKM products. In 2014, 18 out of 20 UMKM (90%) target BankIndonesia has been able to improve product quality, increase profitability, opening newmarkets as well as more innovation, but if in view of the quantitative that UMKM WestSumatra 501. 410 BPS data, the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Sumatra west(2015) shows the facilitation of 1.5% (7548) has not been optimal, temporary assistancefrom Bank Indonesia, 0.004% Sumaterra west has not been represented, so manyproducts can not increase the ability of UMKM to improve product quality, branding,capital and markets. Based on the research results suggested the Bank Indonesia theirbodies / organizations standardize UMKM products, as well as provide coachingkonfrehensif making UMKM more competitive on the Asian market economiccommunity.Keywords : Product Quality, Branding Quality, UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of customer value (customer value) consisting ofproduct value, service value, and value pricing on customer loyalty savings Sikoci atBranch Bank Nagari Padang Panjang. The population in this study is the savingscustomers Sikoci at Branch Bank Nagari Padang Panjang. Samples taken as many as 100respondents using the technique of Non-Probability Sampling is sampling based on certaintargets. Based on the research results, obtained the following regression equation: Y =3,357 - 0,009X1 + 0,327X2 + 0,172X3. The sequence individually on each of the mostinfluential variable is the variable value of the service with a regression coefficient of0.327, then the variable value pricing with a regression coefficient of 0.172, followed bythe variable value of the product with negative regression coefficient of -0.009. Sedangkais keseluruhukan affect customer value 29.8% based on testing Adjusted R Square. Thismeans that 70.2% of customer loyalty is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Customer Value (Value Product, Service Value, Value Price) CustomerLoyalty.
