Abstract

Lack of debriefing to young adolescents about the dangers of socialism and communism, thus facilitating the entry of misleading doctrines. This briefing provides insight to teenage mosques to know in detail the dangers of communist socialism that can threaten anyone who crossed them. The methods used for this service are lectures and discussions, and to evaluate the results of these activities successfully or not made a pre-test or post-test questionnaire and indicators of success of the activities. Abstract

Education is a concept in building skilled and knowledgeable human resources and noble character. Teachers as the most decisive success of the educational process need to get motivation or passion in work. Work conditions that are not in accordance with the expected make the teacher decreased motivation, it is necessary to maintain the motivation in work. This research uses point system in order to maintain teacher work motivation. Using school action research methods with teachers as research objects and also through treatment per cycle and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the assessment of teacher points system by announcing the results of the assessment and giving awards to the teacher can improve the motivation of teachers in teaching in school. Abstract

Social discourse is indeed a school managerial problem which, with the difference between the honorary teacher and the state teacher, makes the treatment especially welfare or income treatment. Honorary teachers earn relatively smaller incomes when compared to state teachers. This condition becomes an issue and even the state teacher gets a certification allowance while the honorary teacher does not get it. Through this method of togetherness of this research done and expected with the implementation of the method of togetherness will make the social gap decreases. The type of research is action research and based on the results of research known that implementation method of togetherness can overcome the problem of social inequality with co-workers. The data obtained shows that after held measure the level of social interaction of teachers through harmonious method of togetherness then obtained togetherness can overcome the problem of social inequality with co-workers. Abstract

Communities in the prosperous village of the tapung sub-district, Riau kampar district, have the main income from the oil palm plantation. At present the age of planting of oil palm they have reached 25 years, that means the oil palm will be felled and planted with new trees, Society will lose its main source of income.Thus, other sources of income are needed to become an additional source of income for them. The problem that arises especially for youth and mother in pengajian in the area is the absence of their skills in producing a product that has economic value.This dedication will provide skill training in making various products from acrylic materials especially for members of the female youth group and mother group of mothers who are members of the study so that they have the ability to produce products of acrylic materialThe plan of activities to be undertaken is first to provide knowledge about various forms of acrylic including the designation of the material, then the training of making products from such materials such as key chains, flowers and bags made from acrylic. Abstract

Learning science in junior high school students becomes a challenge for teachers themselves in order to provide understanding to students. The teacher provides examples and practices in real circumstances in generating a good understanding of the student. In the circulatory system lessons, students are still not optimally understand well. During this learning method used is the lecture method. The learning of the circulatory system when brought to the learning system together with discussion will be better results. Classroom methods were used in this study by applying class VIII students of SMP N 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir and the data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the acquisition of learning outcomes through learning together with Cycles I, II and III continue to increase understanding of describing the circulatory system and its relation to health. Attitudes and behaviors that are expected by the learning and application of methods of learning together more clearly achieved. Keywords: Co-learning method, circulatory system

Abstract

Schools that are away from the crowds make a lot of trouble, including lack of enthusiasm teachers present every day to school. The absence of teachers coming to school makes the school learning atmosphere uncertain and even student learning outcomes become very problematic. There is a need to motivate teachers such as by applying rewards and punishment to teachers. Through school action research methods applied in schools with three cycles and research results show that discipline in teaching attendance increases with the application of reward and punishment methods. Abstract

Teachers need motivation in teaching, teachers who have high motivation in teaching can be seen from the spirit in giving lessons to learners. This will affect the quality of educational outcomes received by learners. Various problems to build teacher motivation include the attention in paying attention to various problems faced by teachers in work. As principal, there needs to be an effort to pay attention to teacher issues. This research is a school action research by applying problem solving method and analyzed by qualitative technique. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Simpang Baru, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru. Para peserta terdiri dari mahasiwa-mahasiswa yang berada di Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 25 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan: 1). Tentang tata rias 2). Mengembangkan kewirausahaan dengan peluang merias wisuda bagi mahasiswa dan oleh mahasiswa. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi: pengetahuan tentang konsep dasar merias wajah, praktek merias wajah dengan baik dan benar, pemilihan warna dan alat yang benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah: ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi, latihan/praktek. Hasil yang didapat dari kuesioner yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan dapat menyerap ilmu tata rias wajah dengan baik. Dapat dilihat dari Dapat dilihat bahwa dari 17 orang peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan, sebelumnya tidak mengetahui cara merias wajah yang benar juga alat-alat yang digunakan dalam tata rias yaitu sebesar 56%. Sesudah dilakukan pelatihan, persentase peserta yang memahami cara merias wajah dengan baik juga pengetahuan tentang alat-alat make up meningkat menjadi 83,33%. Kata Kunci: Tata Rias, Merias Wisuda

Abstract

Teachers in providing learning materials to students need a variety of learning methods. Learning methods are implemented in order to achieve the learning objectives that have become targets in the lesson plans are prepared. As the subject of Biology for the students of grade XI SMA N 1 Tapung on the material of the human regulation system, the teacher feels that it is still not optimal in giving the material, it is presumably because the old system with the lecture method is still not effective. Discussion methods are attempted to replace previous methods. Using action research method that is classroom action research and also use student of class XI as research object and appraisal system which done by qualitative hence obtained research result of acquisition of learning result through discussion of research cycle I, II and III about result of biology study material of human regulation system and its implementation, through the discussion learning model obtained data for mastery 75 continue to experience improvement in learning outcomes. Abstract

Thinking how to improve students' understanding of learning about human relationships with the atmospheric environment becomes a challenge in itself to answer it. Various ways and methods of learning have been applied, but the results of the final evaluation semester conducted on the students of grade X SMA N 1 Tapung still not reached KKM which has been determined. The use of talking stick method is expected to increase students' understanding in learning. Using classroom action research on grade X high school students N 1 Tapung and data collected qualitatively and quantitatively it obtained the results of research There is a change in achievement results of student scores that continue above the KKM of 75 with more completeness indicates a fundamental change in student achievement in following the method talking stick on three existing cycle that is from cycle I until cycle III experience of increase.
