Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfactionof employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. To determine the effect of workmotivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. Todetermine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction of PT TripatraEngineering Yogyakarta. To determine the effect of transformational leadership style, workmotivation and work environment simultaneously on job satisfaction of employees of PTTripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. The variables of this study are transformational leadershipstyle, work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction. The population in this studywere 50 employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, and at the same time as a sample.Because the entire population is used as a sample, this study uses the census method. Themethod of data collection uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linearregression with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study obtained a regressionequation Y = 0.239X1 + 0.384X2 + 0.299X3. There is a positive and significant influencebetween transformational leadership on job satisfaction of employees of PT TripatraEngineering Yogyakarta, with a significant level of 0.05. There is a positive and significantinfluence between work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT TripatraEngineering Yogyakarta, with a significant level of 0.05. There is a positive and significantinfluence between the work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT TripatraEngineering Yogyakarta, with a significant level of 0.05. There is a simultaneous influence oftransformational leadership, work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction witha significant level of 0.05. Job satisfaction is influenced by transformational leadershipvariables, work motivation and work environment by 50.5%, while the remaining 45.5% isinfluenced by other factors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of influence leadership style democratic ,organizational culture and compensation on employee motivation Meteorological stationclass II Ahmad Yani. This research is a quantitative research. Variable democratic leadershipstyle, organizational culture, compensation and motivation. The population in this study areClass II Meteorological Station Ahmad Yani represented by one person, namely the Head ofTu as respondents. The data collection is done directly by using a questionnaire containing35 questions. Using data analysis tools and multiple regression. In this study, the number ofsamples (n) = 40 and the amount can be calculated 40-2 df = 38 to df = 38 and alpha = 0.05table obtained r = 0.320, results showed that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = -0,059X1 X2 + 1.068 - 0.039 X3, and alpha = 0.05, thus the democratic leadership style andnot significant negative effect of employee Meteorologo stations class II Ahmad Yanimotivation, Because the value of b1 = -0.059 and sig> 0.05 (0.325 > 0.05), OrganizationalCulture and significant positive effect of employee Meteorologo stations class II Ahmad Yanimotivation, Because the value of b1 = 1.068 and sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), and theCompensation negative and not significant of employee Meteorologo stations class II AhmadYani motivation, Because the value of b1 = -0.039 and sig> 0.05 (0.299> 0.05).Simultaneously, the Democratic leadership style, organizational culture and compensationeffect on motivation, because the test results amounted to 765.926 with significant F 0,000.R2 as well as from the results of the Democratic leadership styles, organizational cultureaffects motivation and compensation of 98.3%, this implies that there are other variables thataffect motivation at 1.7%

Abstract

This study aim to examine the effect of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), Net Income andOperating Cash Flow simultaneously, partial and dominant to Dividend Policy proxied by theDividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia StockExchange. Based on the analysis of data with the results of simultaneous test (Test F),Investment Opportunity Set, Net Income and Operating Cash Flow influence on the policy.The result of partial test (t test), Investment Opportunity Set a positive but not significanteffect on dividend policy. Variable Net Income positive but not significant effect on dividendpolicy. Variable Operating Cash Flow positive and significant effect on dividend policy.Stepwise test results showed that the only variable operating cash flow is the most dominantinfluence on dividend policy

Abstract

This study attempts to test influence modernization tax administration systems, and sanctions against compliance taxation taxpayers individual. The research was conducted in the taxoffice pratama magelang. The data used the research is primary data obtained by thequestionnaire, and in the sample used in research has reached 83. A method of the sample usingaccidental sampling and analysis techniques the data used was analysis techniques multipleregression. The result of this research showed that modernization tax administration in partial have hada positive impact and significant impact on compliance taxpayers.Sanctions taxation in partial havehad a positive impact and significant impact on compliance taxpayers.Simultaneouslymodernization tax administration systems, and sanctions taxation have had a positive impact andsignificant impact on compliance taxpayer with value adjusted r square of 42,8 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of remuneration, non-financial compensation, the democratic leadership style towards employee work motivation at PT Taspen (Persero), Branch of Yogyakarta. This study began with collecting data through questionnaire method by taking a sample of the entire population of 35. Data analysis which was used including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test), simple linear regression test, and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that.there was a positive effect of remuneration, non-financial compensation, and the democratic leadership style simultaneously towards employee work motivation shown by Fcount >Ftable (19,513>2,91) in signification value of 5% and regression coefficients in positive value of 0,809 (sig. 0,000>0,05). Employee work motivation were influenced by remuneration, non-financial compensation, the democratic leadership style of 62% and the rest 38% were influenced by other variable which was not researched.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui job satisfaction (JOB) dan Affective Commitment (AC) memediasi pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan ID Photo Book yang berjumlah 80 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling, sehingga didapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi dengan metode causal dan sobel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Perceived Organizational Support (POS) berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction (JOB) dan Affective Commitment (AC) karena memiliki nilai Signifikan < 0,05. Sedangkan job stratification (JOB) dan Affective Commitment (AC) tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karena memiliki nilai Signifikan > 0,05. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji sobel variabel job satisfaction (JOB) dan Affective Commitment (AC) tidak memediasi pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the decision-making process by consumers to use Transjogja buses from the aspect of service quality and accessibility of stops. This research is a type of quantitative research. The subjects in this study were people in Jetis village, Yogyakarta who used Transjogja buses.The method in this study is through questionnaires distributed to consumers who use Transjogja buses The results of this study indicate that the influence of service quality and accessibility of shelters on consumer decision making to use Transjogja buses is very good. So that the good quality of service will increase consumers to use Transjogja buses and the services currently received will have a continuing impact in the future, so that in this case the quality service has a great influence on trust. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, budaya organisasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian 55 karyawan pada Kafe BasaBasi Yogyakarta. Sampel dari penelitian adalah semua karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 55 orang. Metode pengambilan data dengan kuesioner dengan alat analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai signifikan p<0,05. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan p<0,05. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikan p<0,05. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan niali signifikan p<0,05. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, budaya organisasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 34.683 dengan probabilitas 0,000 dimana angka tersebut signifikan karena (p<0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi serta motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi pengrajin kulit yang ada dalam wilayah sentra industri kulit di Manding Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 155, sampel yang di ambil menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 31 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikan 0,043 < 0,05, Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikan 0,008 < 0,05, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikan 0,040 < 0,05, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikan 0,025 < 0,05. Variabel lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai F 22,732 dengan signifikan 0,000 karena nilai signifikansi < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of easy to use, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents using accidental sampling method. Analysis method is with data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 1-5 point scale to measure 10 question indicators. Data analysis used validity and reliability test, classic assumption test. Only after that is done a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate the easy to use variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Easy to Use, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction.
