Abstract

Vaccination in Cirapuhan Village, Selaawi District, Garut Regency is still not evenly distributed so it can hinder the realization of herd immunity in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with secondary and primary data sources. The results showed the implementation of the Garut Regent's Decree No. 443.2/KEP.1103.DINKES/202 The village task force always coordinated through the group social media, socialized, and mobilized the community of the Cirapuhan Village Covid-19 task force. However, the implementation of Garut Regent Decree No. 443.2/KEP.1103.DINKES/202 to achieve herd immunity has not been realized optimally because some people refuse to be vaccinated for fear of side effects and there is an assumption that people do not need vaccination. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Garut Regent's Decree Number 443.2/KEP.1103.DINKES/202 in Cirapuhan Village is still not optimal for the realization of Herd Immunity because the vaccination target in Cirapuhan Village is still many people who refuse to be vaccinated.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a non-natural disaster that has attacked various sectors, including the economic sector. Economic problems caused a massive recession and impacted the stability of household life. Domestic conflicts arise due to the non-fulfillment of the family's basic needs, leading to divorce. In the end, people flocked to the Religious Courts to register their divorce proceedings. When someone wants to file a divorce trial, they will be met with a service officer. Based on this case, researchers are interested in researching the quality of public services at the Garut Regency Religious Court during the Covid-19 pandemic era. The research method used is a quantitative method with a SERVQUAL approach. The sample used was 100 respondents and was taken using the Bernoulli calculation technique. Next, the researcher uses tabulation techniques to present the data. Then, the research shows that most respondents agree on all the SERVQUAL attributes on the questionnaire sheet. Respondents stated that the service quality of the Garut District Religious Court was good regarding the SERVQUAL dimension. Another conclusion is that most parties filing for divorce are the wives. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the crucial health problems in Indonesia, so the government continues to strive to handle it, especially by vaccination. Vaccine administration is one of the preventive policies to minimize the spread of the virus. In Indonesia, the party in charge of holding the vaccination program is the Health Office. This makes the Health Office interact with the community. In exchange, of course, a relationship will be established. In this case, the community is the recipient, while the Health Office is the service provider. When someone receives a service, there will be satisfaction or even disappointment. Therefore, the researcher aims to review public satisfaction with the assistance of the Garut Regency Health Office when providing vaccinations. Then, researchers immediately made a study through quantitative methods by distributing a survey of 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method. This research questionnaire was distributed to vaccine service recipients at the Garut Regency Hall. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple regression with the help of SPSS 23 data processing tools. The results showed that three of the five service quality indicators affected community satisfaction. Indicators that affect public satisfaction include vaccine availability, vaccine information, and vaccination center infrastructure. Meanwhile, indicators for vaccinators and doctor behavior did not affect public satisfaction. Vaccine availability indicators are the most impactful part. Meanwhile, the behavior of doctors has the most negligible influence on community satisfaction. Keywords: Covid-19 pandemic; Quality of Service; Community Satisfaction
