Abstract

There is a lot of business competition in this case credit sales, where credit sales are made using the gradual payment method with requirements that must be agreed upon by the credit provider and credit recipient. In this XYZ company there are problems that often occur including when officers select and determine credit recipients (debtors) in accordance with the requirements given by the company, this company also still uses traditional methods in promotion and there is no decision-making system to be able to assist in determining the prospective debtor In addition, creditors (creditors) find it difficult to receive debtor data reports. In determining the debtor to get credit sales, in this study we will use the SPK K-Nearest Neighbor method where this method is to calculate the closeness between old cases and new cases in order to facilitate officers in determining prospective borrowers with a decision support system using the K-Nearest method Neighbor. In addition to facilitating and helping creditors to be able to find out the debtor data report in more detail and to increase sales. The results of this study, get results from calculating the closeness between new cases with old cases using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. And from some calculations with that method, the greatest value will be used to predict the next cases.

Abstract

Ninetynine store is a trading business engaged in women's fashion that sells a wide range of teenage to adult women's clothing that has been established since 2014 until now and is located in Ramayana City of Serang. Currently the sales media used at Ninetynine stores are with social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp or come directly to the store. This is still considered lacking in increasing the high mobility available to customers. Existing sales transactions are still recorded manually, starting processing report data such as reports on transaction results and recording of goods to be sold which are only copied on the book because there is no media interface / interface in the form of a website as a place to sell the products in the store. Therefore it is possible to make a web-based women's clothing sales application. This application was built using the prototype method, using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as a database. This website-based application aims to help shop managers make reports on women's clothing sales transactions and women's clothing data reports and is expected to provide convenience when purchasing women's clothing for the public.

Abstract

PT X is a manufacturing company that produces high-precision components, using 13 units of CNC machines as production tools. The target of achieving technical availability for each machine unit is at least 85% in one year. One of the machine units, namely the CNC vertical turning lathe machine in this company, was only able to reach 64% of the technical availability value due to the impact of the damage. This study aims to determine the causes of component failure in machine units that have low technical availability, namely the CNC vertical turning lathe, using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method. The results showed that during one year, the CNC vertical turning lathe was damaged 19 times, on 7 different machine components. With the results of data processing using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method, it is known that of the 7 components that were damaged, the component that had the highest risk priority number value was the electronic component with an RPN value of 405.

Abstract

Asset management is an asset management in a certain period of time that provides assurance about the value of an asset in currency units and also regulates the minimum amount of expenditure. Because the asset itself contains value and means to the agency, it must be properly managed. PT. Krakatau IT has several divisions, one of which is the Infrastructure division where there are several parts, one of which is the EUD (End User Device) unit which is in charge of maintaining, installing, repairing and changing assets. Activities carried out by the EUD unit of PT. In managing these assets, Krakatau IT still uses conventional methods, namely the process of first making the asset handover form and stored in a filing cabinet so that asset data can be lost or damaged. Asset data processing with conventional methods can make it difficult to produce reports so that the process of searching and recapitulating data takes a long time which results in ineffective and efficient presentation of a report. On this occasion the authors propose to make an information system design application to manage assets in order to be able to present information more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has been now, widely used as security system room device, checking goods, noralthough as media for daily attendance in office areas. With this RFID system, it is expected that someone can carry out various activities more quickly, effectively and safely. The design of the Parking Gate Prototype aims to design a microcontroller tool,that is Parking Gate can be inform the motorist. In this design has several common parts that are used, namely ultrasonic sensors, Arduino, PC / laptop. While, for the entrance and exit areas of the parking area using a servo device, and Arduino UNO as the operation of the parking gate. Banten Jaya University is a campus located in Serang City, Banten Province and a provider of educational services of Informatics, Teacher Training and Engineering. The control and security of the parking area at Banten Jaya University is currently not optimal, because there is no information about the parking area and the maximum checking when leaving the parking area. So that, there is a risk of loss of vehicles and disorganized of it in parking vehicles. This study aims to create a parking gate system that utilizes RFID through a Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) as a media to access the parking area. In this research, a parking gate system using RFID as the main media is produced to identify users who will enter or exit the parking area. The system development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method by analyzing existing weaknesses in the current system, which was obtained from interviews with the infrastructure facilities of Banten Jaya University.

Abstract

In this paper, the design and development of a multiple sensor-based fire extinguisher robot is proposed and its implementation is demonstrated by a brief discussion of construction and operation. The fire extinguisher robot developed can be operated in various modes using DTMF and Bluetooth remote control as well as GSM and GPS technology. Basically, three different sensors of flame sensor, temperature sensor, and smoke sensor have been used to ensure proper fire detection. The robot can be controlled using the DTMF remote control and an Android smartphone and can be operated in three different modes. The first mode allows fully autonomous operation of the robot which can be activated by the user or by the robot itself based on the situation. The second mode is the line following mode where the robot follows a black line drawn to detect the fire and the third mode is complete manual operation using the remote control.

Abstract

Traffic accidents or road accidents are problems that often occur that are of particular concern, in order to minimize the number of accidents many find it difficult to report accidents and report accident-prone areas so that the community cannot know which areas have frequent accidents and which are accident-prone areas. Then the accident-prone areas were mapped with the Geographics Information System approach used in this research, namely in order to visually map the location of the accident location and the traffic accident-prone areas so that people can know directly the location point. In designing the system used in this study, namely by using the Waterfall Method, which has several stages including: Requirements analysis, system design, coding or writing program code, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. To model the system used is the Unified Modeling Language in this software engineering to describe the architecture and visualize a system to be built. So that this research can produce a software that can be accessed anywhere by the wider community to be able to report accidents and accident-prone areas where this case study was conducted in the Pandeglang Regency area.

Abstract

This study presents the use of radio identification system with integrated active antenna technology on student attendance system. We describe RFID technology as a clever way to transmit data via radio and by using the function of Active Integrated Antennas (AIA) RFID as a way of receiving and sending. RFID technology can be used as a replacement or improvement of technology the item code (barcode) without visibility. Students are terpeting component in education, to manage and control the students is a must to make the institution as a place of discipline Hammersmith. By making information systems student attendance will help other systems such kuangan systems, assessment systems and other systems. Research on the use of RFID technology the student attendance system using the method of analysis, design and literature. Results that will be achieved is how merancangang a student attendance system automatically using RFID technology, merancangan a student attendance application that can overcome the problems encountered and prove the accuracy of the technologies of RFID.

Abstract

This study aims to enrich the literature on ERP systems and in this study we want to know how much influence the implementation of the ERP system in the company has on company performance. The model used in this study was adopted from the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). In this study, a sample of 132 respondents was taken from 3 companies that have implemented the ERP system. Data were collected using questionnaires while data analysis used partial correlation, multiple, simple linear regression & multiple linear regression. Data were collected using google form media and analysis using Excel. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the quality of information and system quality has 76% influence on company performance and 24% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

In the activities of document interception has an important role in the processing of document archiving in an agency or company and is used in supporting administrative processes or other activities. If the archiving of documents owned is not well managed can lead to difficulty finding the information that has been stored and ultimately can hinder the next stage of the work process. In the practice of paper-based records management, many problems are faced, thus giving space to electronic media as an alternative in archiving management. In archival terminology, electronic media is grouped as a new media archive, one form of storage of new media archives is digital media. Digital media usually requires tools in the form of computers, because it cannot be read directly, can be processed in computer programs and stored in digital data storage media. In This research discussed how to design, implement the system and maintenance and security of documents so as to avoid damage. This Software Engineering was created with MVC approach by using Framwork Codeigniter with the aim of archiving this digital document done to help and prevent a very long process in the storage and search of a document needed in a fast, precise and detailed time
