Abstract

The teaching and learning model developed by Robert Slavin is the Teams Games Tournament, which is a learning method by combining study groups with team competitions, cant also be use improve learning various concept for skills (Silberman, 2006). Learning with this method will stimulate students' activeness, because in Teams Games Tournament all students are required to actively voice their opinions, both lower group students and upper group student are requiire at works togeether solving problems given in learning.The purpose of the implementation or application of the TGT method is none other than to increase student activity in absorbing and mastering the material presented in the teacheres on process teaching and learn activiti in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Al Masruroh Puger Vocational School, so that students do not experience boredom or boredom in receiving material using only the lecture method, the teams games tournament method is very appropriate and appropriate in overcoming students who are less active and are experiencing boredom for the teacher and learner progres.The author conducted research with a qualitatife aproach and a field study research methodology which directly observed, interviewed students, and in the observations the researchers found several changes in students, the first students were more active, the second students felt happy because they could learn while playing, the third students can collaborate with friends in solving problems, so that the time in the teaching and learning process feels less and not boring because all students are involved in all activities of providing material in class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) learning model on im proving Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes in class XI science. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total of 49 respondents, using sample data. Collecting data using pre-test and post-test questions. The collected data were analyzed by validity test, normality test, correlation test, and significance test. Based on the results of data calculations through the SPSS 23.0 for windows program. In testing the hypothesis, the researcher used the product moment correlation test, there was a positive effect using the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) learning model on improving student learning outcomes, with r_xy=0.6228 rounded up to 0.623. Based on the results of the significance test above, it was obtained that tcount = 5.459 and ttable with 49 respondents at the average significant level of = 0.05 and dk = n-2 was obtained at 1.678. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) learning model on improving Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes in class XI IPA at MA Muhammadiyah 02 Pondok Modern Paciran.

Abstract

Every Muslim is required to believe that Islam is the true religion. Even though, the prohibition against demeaning other religions has to be carried out. Moreover, it hurts the adherents of other religions outside Islam. The humiliate attitude towards other religions and faith actually shows that Islam is not a noble religion. Whereas the command of Allah SWT in the Qur’an and the spirit brought by the prophet Muhammad SAW is rahmatan lil ‘alamin (the mercy for the whole world).Muslims make the prophet Muhammad SAW as the role model in social life especially in religion. He was the role model of a leader who had charismatic character and able to made peaceful and pleasant feelings for people he led even though they had different faith. This shows that there is no compulsion in having religion. People are free to choose their religion and faith which means that there is no arrogance in theology.In theology, many groups emerged, and each of them brought their own arguments. However the clear concept in Islam’s view is the theology which is based on the genuineness of teachings brought by the Prophets. So, no wonder if all emerged groups claimed that their opinion was the most correct arguments, that is the Ahlu Sunnah Waljama’ah.

Abstract

Being a teacher is a really noble job. He is responsible not only to make human children smart in the field of science, but also to have good morals in this life. A human child who at first does not understand anything, in front of a teacher is educated to understand life better and know the world. On his shoulders are the duties and responsibilities for the future sustainability of a generation that is smarter and more civilized. So noble is the job of a teacher as well as how heavy the task and responsibility of being a teacher is. This is why not everyone can be a successful teacher. Only certain people who have a love for children or students and are highly dedicated to the world of education are able to become teachers. This is the personality of a teacher who successfully teaches and educates in front of his students, the figure of a favorite teacher who is loved by his students. Abstract

PKBM as non-formal education provider in the form of equality education and life skills cannot stand alone to carry out its duties and roles. Therefore PKBM builds partnership networks with other parties so that roles and functions can be achieved, given the limited resources owned by PKBM units. The purpose of this study is to describe how the understanding of PKBM unit managers in building partnership networks. To answer the research objectives in general, the researcher explores information regarding the meaning of partnership networks for PKBM unit managers, characteristics of partnership networks, and factors that become obstacles in building partnership networks.This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, involving 15 PKBM unit managers from several districts in Jambi Province, namely Batanghari, Merangin and Muaro Bungo. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documents were analyzed by following the steps of data analysis in qualitative research. The data that has been analyzed is tested for its validity in theory, field sources, and other sources.This study found that the understanding of building a partnership network for PKBM unit managers was limited to a practical understanding so that the available service programs could run according to plan with the limited resources of the PKBM unit. Therefore, this needs to be addressed by providing direct experience to PKBM unit managers through visits to other PKBM units that serve as references and providing training regarding PKBM management. The results of this study can be used for the development of community-based educational organizations.

Abstract

Clinical supervision as peer professional assistance is given to teachers who experience problems in learning so that the teacher concerned can overcome the problem by taking systematic steps including the planning stage, the stage of observing the behavior of the teaching teacher, as well as the stage of behavior analysis and follow-up. The research design to be carried out is to use School Action Research (PTS). The method of collecting data is through observation, field notes and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions. The results of the research are: the principal's efforts through clinical supervision are carried out on teachers, it can improve teacher performance as evidenced by increasing teacher performance from the beginning before the action by 58.2%, after the first cycle of action it becomes 70.1%, and after the second cycle of action it increases again to 83.7%. The results of research on clinical supervision of high-grade teachers have been shown to provide an increase in teacher performance which in turn has an impact on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The head of the madrasa must be able to carry out supervision activities to improve teacher performance. Supervision will help identify deficiencies in the teacher's learning process so far. Then look for joint solutions to improve learning activities in the classroom. This study reveals the performance of Darul Ulum Private MTS Madrasah teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are: 1) Supervision is carried out in several stages, namely: planning, implementing and tracking. Supervision is carried out by the head of the madrasa and assisted by the teacher council. Matters that are subject to supervision include: administrative and academic supervision. Administrative supervision is carried out before the implementation of distance learning. Academic supervision is carried out by means of tutors taking virtual classes or online classes; 2) Obstacles in the implementation of supervision, namely the schedule of solid activities, computer literacy is still low, madrasa facilities supporting online learning are not enough, 3) Follow-up for some teachers who are not proficient in teaching methods is through the Zenius application to make it easier for teachers to take part in online training. In addition, madrasas also provide the facilities needed for these teachers to carry out distance learning in the form of providing adequate computers and equipment

Abstract

: The application of media in the learning process is one way that can be used to realize achievement and learning outcomes. Because learning media is one thing that absolutely exists in the learning process. Interactive multimedia-based learning is one source of learning based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of flash player-based multimedia learning media on learning outcomes. Students in the fifth grade on Fiqh subject at MI Muhammadiyah 15 Banjarwati Paciran.The research design used is One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design with saturated sample sampling technique. The number of samples is 22.The results showed that the average prettest score (before being given the media) was (60.23) while the posttest average was (69.55). According to the t-test calculation, it was obtained tcount (5.52) > ttable (2,086), so it can be said that the flash player-based multimedia learning method is effective and significant on student learning outcomes in the subject matter of Hajj in the fifth grade at MI Muhammadiyah 15 banjarwati paciran for the academic year 2020/2021.This proves that there is difference between learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects on the subject matter of Hajj before and before using multimedia-based learning media using Adobe Flash.

Abstract

This research has purpose to produces learning materials that proper theoritically and empirically feasible digital learning media in the form of a website (wordwal) supported by increased learning outcomes and student responses to learning with the object of student research in MTs. This study uses a 4D development model (four D models) define, design, develop and disseminate but do not disseminate with a trial design using a one group pretest posttest design implementation. Collecting data using validation methods, questionnaires, tests and observations while data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study are: Variables related to the validity of the website (wordwal) in terms of feasibility in the theoretical and empirical fields, respectively 82.5% and 91.3 and very positive student responses 80.3%; assessment of student learning outcomes increased from N-Gain 0.86 with the high category. The media developed is suitable for use in learning and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The current state of life in the millennial era is full of challenges and competition. This has an impact, among others, on a high level of depression in addition to the availability of opportunities for those who have life competencies, and have multiliteracy that strengthens students' physical, mental, and intellectual capacities. For that we need a way how to shape the religious character of students, especially PAI students at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik through digital literacy?. There needs to be a method in reviewing the research in revealing the existing problems, namely by using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, focusing on the study of the formation of religious character of PAI UMG students. The results of the study reveal that various forms of collaboration and cooperation between communities and educational units outside the campus are indispensable in strengthening religious character education. There are various forms of collaboration that can be done in the context of developing character education for PAI UMG students in facing the millennial era, namely with Islamic digital literacy activists. Such as good attitudes and intentions, namely getting used to literacy through cellphone media (HP): speaking and writing in Short Message Service (SMS) or WhatsApp (WA) that is polite when communicating, behaves well, protects the environment, and looks after the environment. order.
