Abstract

Along with the changing times towards progress, in the era of increasingly free competition like today, educational institutions are required to be able to provide quality education that bemutu because educational institutions that lack of quality over time will be abandoned by society and eliminated by itself. The form of efforts to improve the quality of education undertaken by the government is to establish a policy of quality management based on madrasah by delegating authority from the center to the madrasah (madrasah), where the madrassas are given the flexibility and authority to organize and implement up to evaluate the education carried outTitle of actualization of quality improvement management based on madrasah. Abstract

The existence of Islamic education today, facing various problems ranging from the foundational and operational, and can not be resolved properly. This condition certainly draws a lot of attention among practitioners and managers of Islamic education to be neatly disentangled and can be found the tip of the base. The various problems, in the background by the government's policy on the higher education system by applying at least every course of study, must have six lecturers in accordance with their area of expertise, coupled with the urge to immediately transfer status. This condition on the one hand will have a positive and negative impact. Therefore, this paper briefly aims to parse the problem, through the approach of human resource management for Islamic higher education in improving the quality of human resources. Due to the quality of human resources, it can significantly impact the institutional management system and graduate quality especially for PTKI. Management of human resources is the most important aspect in the management system, therefore the function of MSDM must be optimally implemented in accordance with the needs and objectives of the organization to give birth to the quality of Islamic higher education. In addition, the management of human resources is expected to pay attention to the recruitment process recruitment and open competition, through planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating, so as to give birth to the quality of PTKI ready to compete in the midst of globalization era. Abstract

Aswaja and NU's Education taught in Nahdlatul Ulama educational institutions, especially for junior high school / MTs are directed to maintain, preserve, develop and practice Ahlu al-Sunnah Wal Jama'ah Islam teachings and conduct activities aimed at to create the benefit of society, the progress of the nation and the height of human dignity and dignity that can be understood very in tune with the values of multicultural education. The values of multicultural education include: (1) the value of democracy, equity and justice; (2) the value of humanity, togetherness, and peace; and (3) social attitudes, namely: recognition, acceptance and appreciation to others is very appropriate and all of which are covered in Aswaja and NU's educational content for junior high school / MTs, ie al-ta'awun, al-tawasuth, al-i'tidal, al-tasamuh, al-tawazun, and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, and ukhuwah baikukhuwah nahdliyah, islamiyah, wathaniyah, basyariyah and then embodied in the form of mabadi 'khaira ummat which originated from al-shidqu norm, al -aahah wa al-wafa bi al-'ahdi, al-'adalah, al-ta'awun and al-istiqamah.Hal affirms that the practice of Aswaja and NU's education is taught in educational institutions within the organization Nahdlatul Ulama very inclusive. Internally, education in Nahdlatul Ulama 'organization has been proven to have introduced multicultural values to its students both in terms of doctrine of the teachings, as well as in terms of the daily life experiences of the students. Externally, these multicultural values are also socialized and made into principles in establishing social relationships with communities and other groups outside Nahdlatul Ulama's educational institutions'. Abstract

The Effect of Islamic Education Curriculum Development on the Achievement of Learning Subject of Islamic Religious Education High School Student Tunas Luhur Paiton Probolinggo, This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach and simple regression analysis to 20 randomly selected sample people. Curriculum development data obtained from the accumulation of some test scores held by TPQ SMATL.Pengembangankurikulum Islamic education and learning achievement subjects PAI SMATL students have a strong or significant relationship with the value of r calculated results (0.681) larger than rtabel (0.444 ) at a significance level of 5%. Result of regression analysis obtained conclusion that curriculum development give positive influence to learning achievement of PAI, marked by slope value (slope) positive regression line equal to 0,690. The regression equation obtained (Y = 35,558 + 0,690X) can also explain the diversity of student achievement score significantly based on the result of further analysis with F-value test (15,548) bigger than Ftabel (4,41) at significance level 5 % and with the test of coefficient of determination (r2) value of 0.463. Overall, thus, the proposed hypothesis is accepted, ie that there is a significant (positive) influence of the development of Islamic education curriculum on the achievement of learning subjects PAI high school students Tunas Luhur Paiton Probolinggo. Abstract

Horizontal conflicts are unrelenting in the community. The trigger is the weakness of the diversity foundations of the community so that they tend to have a monocultural or uniform mindset. In this case religion plays an important role because religion is always used as a source of truth doctrine to legalize certain actions that sometimes break through the limits of human values.Indonesia which in fact is a country with millions of tribes facing serious problems if its young generation has no understanding of diversity. Therefore, multicultural education is needed to strengthen the foundation of nationality in the present and the future. In this case education is expected to have a solution to prepare a generation that has an understanding of multicultural understanding of addition to upholding one's own culture must also respect the culture of others, in addition to having confidence that should always be glorified he must also respect the beliefs of others different.Religion as one of the references in human life always provide solutions for the realization of happiness in human life. Without exception the diversity of religion in human life, all have been explained. One of them is explained in the 62nd verse of Q.S.al-Baqarah which explains that as long as the followers of those religions believe God as their Lord, they have the equality in the promise of Allah in the last day. Abstract

Education has always sought to provide guidance to students to establish and develop science and personality intact. The importance of improving the quality of education for students, and based on the term that education is as one program that can prepare and predict the development of students in the future, then, some efforts should be made by the Islamic educational institutions. In this case, MTs Probolinggo is one that should be oriented to achieve the quality of personality to development and prepare future generations who are ready to face the globalization era. In achieving this goal, the Islamic religious education in particular must have the correct strategy and precise in its development.Based on the reality happened in MTs Probolinggo, the learning of Islamic religious education in schools had been running in precise. But Islamic religious education especially MTs Probolinggo this should be taken to ensure that students not only can learn by heart religious lessons, but also able to be affective and behavioral. It is evident that in the previous year students MTs Probolinggo one has a moral decline that is one of the students exposed to cases of liquor. But it can be solved by getting serious handlers by the school so that the good name of MTs Probolinggo back brilliantly.From the background of the above problems, the researcher is motivated to conduct the research on the strategy of Islamic religious education in improving students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo. The focal points of this study are: (1) how is the steps of learning Islamic religious education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo?; (2) how is the implementation of learning Islamic religious education in students personality development in MTs Probolinggo?.The objectives in this study are: (1) to describe the steps of learning Islamic religious education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo; (2) to describe the implementation of learning Islamic education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo.Based on the data obtained and the result of this research, it can be can be summarized as follows: The first steps of learning Islamic education in improving the quality of students' personalities in the MTs Probolinggo can be quite good. Teachers of Islamic religious education in MTs Probolinggo has taken steps learning through teacher's council of Islamic religious education lessons, ranging from the preparation of the appropriate standard of syllabus content, standard competence and guide the preparation curriculum KTSP; make analysis today effective; effective last analysis; annual program; term program and lesson plan. Abstract

Quran Education Park (TPQ) is a growing phenomenon in the world of social society, as a form of educational park for early childhood. The phenomenon emerged as an alternative solution to kyai leadership in TPQ and as one important factor in achieving the goal to overcome the difficulties of children, especially in learning the Qur'an. This is very urgent because TPQ is an institution of Islamic Education which grows and is recognized by the community. Based on the above thoughts, the authors are interested to conduct research related to the leadership of kyai in an effort to develop Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan. This study discusses the leadership of kyai in an effort to develop Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan with the formulation of the problem as follows: 1) How is the Kyai leadership type in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan? 2) What efforts did the kyai make in developing Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan? The purpose of this research is 1) Describe the type of leadership of Kyai in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan. 2) Identify kyai's efforts in developing Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan. From the results of this study shows that TPQ in carrying out its function as a supporting unit of education in the community and in realizing the vision, its mission using the type of leadership kharismatik (authority kyai), authoritarian (punishment on santri) and democratic (cooperation with program supporters), it was seen on existing programs in TPQ. Types of leadership are run because of limited human resources (HR), especially in terms of acceptance of new students and skills improvement. While kyai business in developing Islamic education in TPQ As-sholihi Pajarakan is to maximize the program of increasing the competence of santri as well as improving the quality and quantity of worship. Both programs are directly directed by the TPQ leader as the person in charge who is the interpreter of TPQ's vision and mission. Keywords: kyai, leadership, Islamic education

Abstract

Islamic education today, faced with increasingly crucial challenges, the view, not separated from the atmosphere of modernization and globalization. Therefore, the presence of Islamic education is required to play its role dynamically and is expected to provide social change in the midst of pluralistic society life. Thus to build Islamic education in Indonesia that can bring the vision of universal Islam, it is necessary paradigm of Islamic education based rahmatan lilalamin, by promoting several principles, among others; maintaining harmony, peace, mutual respect, liberation, not the contrary as domestication and social domestication. In that context, the educational portrait referred to, is seen as a socio-cultural enlightment. Therefore, the effort to build the paradigm of Islamic education in question is a necessity, this can be done by restoring the social values of Islamic education universally (kaffah), in addition to being dynamic (inclusive), through several stages, namely (a) build awareness inclusive by transmitting the whole system of religious social values such as ketauhidan, tolerance and fairness into the structure of the curriculum as culture domination and control. (b) reconstructing the Islamic educational paradigm from the perspective of indoctrination to participatory, (c) changing the ideological paradigm to being scientific by allowing the human mind to study and develop knowledge through his guidance.
