Abstract

This Research Is A Descriptive Qualitative Research Using Library Studies Or Literature Review Methods. Literature Studies Can Be Obtained By The Author Using Primary Data Sources In The Form Of Al-Qur'an And Hadith. In addition, the author uses secondary data such as books, journals and articles. After conducting a study on entrepreneurial management in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith, several results were found, namely the first, that in entrepreneurship we need good management in interacting and socializing between two parties in a certain form in order to gain benefits to minimize the possibility of risks that will arise . Second, entrepreneurship in the perspective of the Koran is explained in Surat Al-Jumuah verse 10 Allah SWT orders Muslims not to be lazy after carrying out worship, but to spread out on the face of the earth and carry out activities to seek the grace of Allah SWT. Third, in the perspective of hadith, it is noted that the Prophet's success in running his entrepreneurship in various regions was inseparable from his inherent traits, namely being honest (shiddiq), highly trusted (amanah), transparent (tabligh), and creative, innovative/smart (fathanah). These qualities led him to become a professional businessman. Even so, this article can still be developed by further researchers on the aspects and values ​​of entrepreneurship in the perspective of the Koran and hadith. Abstract

Lembaga Keuangan Mikro memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Dari perkembangan itu LKM Mengalami peningkatan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala dan belum sesuai dengan harapan.Salah satu LKMS adalah Bank Wakaf Mikro Alpen Barokah Mandiri yang memberikan pembiayaan berdasarkan prinsip syariah.Pada tahun 2018 - 2022 dana kumulatif yang disalurkan sebesar Rp. 2.2120.000.000 kepada 1.157 nasabah.Jumlah nasabah outstanding sebanyak 207 nasabah dengan total pembiayaan outstanding Rp. 133.900.000 yang belum dibayar oleh nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas solusi qard} al-h}asan pada BWM Alpen Barokah Mandiri di Pragaan Sumenep.Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu efektivitas penerapan qard} al- h}asan di BWM Alpen Barokah Mandiri dengan pendekatan teori Campbel sudah efektif. Penyaluran qard} al- h} asan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan usaha nasabah meskipun dana yang disalurkan hanya sebesar Rp. 1.000.000 - Rp. 3.000.0000.

Abstract

Several sectors, including the financial industry, have widely used today's technology. This is marked by the emergence of financial technology (fitech). One of Fitech in banking is self-service technology. This study aimed to determine the effect of banking digitization through self-service technology on customer satisfaction and loyalty who use Islamic banking digital services at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. This research is quantitative research with a correlational research type. The sample in this study was 100 internet banking users at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sharia Bank, who were taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The researchers analyzed the data quantitatively with the help of SPSS. The study results show a positive effect of banking digitization through self-service technology on customer satisfaction using Islamic bank digital services at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. The influence of banking digitization through self-service technology on customer satisfaction using Islamic bank digital services at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar is 64.7%.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Analyze The Soundness Of Bank Aceh Syariah During The 2018-2022 Period Using Qualitative Methods And Quantitative Descriptive Approaches And RGEC Methods (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, And Capital). This Research Method Uses Qualitative And Quantitative Research Types. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely the 2018-2022 financial statements. This data was obtained by direct download from the Bank Aceh Syariah website. The analysis was carried out with reference to BI Regulation No.13/1/PBI/2011 and BI Circular Letter No.13/24/DPNP/2011 concerning the Assessment of the Soundness Level of Commercial Banks. As well as OJK Regulation No.8/POJK.03/2014 and OJK Circular Letter No.10/SEOJK.03/2014 Concerning Assessment of Soundness Level of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. The research results show that overall, Bank Aceh Syariah in the 2018-2022 period is in good health. This can be seen from the evaluation of the Risk Profile (NPF, FDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings (ROA, BOPO), and Capital (CAR). In 2018 this bank earned a composite rating of 3 (fairly healthy), while in 2019-2022 this bank earned a composite rating of 2 (healthy). Abstract

ABSTRACT The Islamic finance industry continues to grow in Indonesia and venture capital financing is the main focus in the development of the Islamic finance industry. Business capital financing is a form of financing that can assist entrepreneurs in obtaining capital to develop their business. In this contract, the Islamic bank acts as a representative to buy goods from third parties and sell them to customers with previously promised profits. The customer will pay the price of the goods plus profit within a certain mutually agreed period of time, and the customer pays in installments. This study uses qualitative methods and collects primary data with open and closed data collection techniques. The aim is to analyze the mechanism of implementing murabahah contract financing. The data used in this study came from direct interviews with employees and employees from the Marketing Department in the field of Account Officer PT. Puduarta Insani. In this case the research that has been produced and has obtained a lot of information from Islamic banks, it is said that PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani in theory has been fully implemented in accordance with DSN - MUI No. 4 of 2000, but seen from practice it is not fully appropriate. PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani implements murabahah contracts carefully and prudently in providing business capital financing to its customers, by upholding sharia principles. The process starts from the customer submitting a financing application to an assessment, survey, and financing committee stage to determine whether the application is approved or not. If approved, it is followed by making a contract/agreement between the customer and the bank. In conclusion, PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani applies murabahah contracts carefully and objectively in providing business capital financing in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

A good company must have a stable or ideal cash flow. The ideal cash flow condition is when the incoming and outgoing cash flows are balanced. However, there are three problems that can cause non-ideal cash flow, namely cash flow deficit problems, cash flow problems, and cash flow surplus problems. If cash inflows are less than cash outflows, the company will face an unprofitable cash deficit problem. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of cash flow statements to assess financial performance at Bank BCA Syariah. the discovery procedure was carried out without using statistical or quantitative methods. The results of the study show that the financial performance of PT Bank BCA Syariah from 2019 to 2022 both in terms of cash ratios, ROE, ROA and ROI is quite good and reliable. The company's ability to manage cash, equity, total assets and investments also looks good. However, it is necessary to watch out for profit turnover and total asset turnover which need further attention. Keywords: Cash Flow, Financial Performance

Abstract

The Objective Of This Study Is To Empirically Investigate And Demonstrate The Differences In Financial Performance Between Bank BTPN Syariah And Bank BUKOPIN Syariah During The Period 2018-2022. The Research Employs A Comparative Descriptive Method And Collects Secondary Data In The Form Of Financial Statements From Bank BTPN Syariah And Bank BUKOPIN Syariah, Obtained From The Financial Reports Published By Bank Indonesia Through The Respective Banks' Official Websites. Data Analysis Is Conducted Using Financial Ratios Such As CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity), FDR (Loan To Deposit Ratio), And NPF (Non-Performing Financing). The Analysis Method Employed Compares The Financial Performance Of Bank BTPN Syariah And Bank BUKOPIN Syariah. The Analysis Results Indicate That Overall, Bank BTPN Syariah Exhibits Better Financial Performance Compared To Bank BUKOPIN Syariah In Terms Of Capital, Profitability, Efficiency, Liquidity, And Quality Of Non-Performing Financing. This Study Provides Insights Into The Differences In Financial Performance Between Bank BTPN Syariah And Bank BUKOPIN Syariah During The Period 2018-2022. Abstract

ABSTRAK BWM (Bank Wakaf Mikro) memberi alternatif bagi masyarakat khususnya di pondok pesantren dalam memberikan solusi bagi pengusaha UMKM, namun perbedannya BWM memberikan pembiayaan kepada masyarakat tanpa biaya administrasi. Namun dalam prakteknya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan operasional BWM melakukan penarikan dana operasional nasabah. Fokus penelitain ini adalah mengetahui mekanisme operasional pembiayaan dan kendala yang dialami operasional pembiayaan di BWM Alpen Barokah. Metode penelitian (field research), dengan metode Studi kasus, sumber teknik pengumpulan data, wawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme operasional pembiayaan yang dilakukan oleh BWM Alpen Barokah Mandiri, yaitu sumber dana yang diperoleh pembiayan yaitu dari LAZNAS, BWM melakukan dana yang didepositokan di BSI dengan menggunakan akad mudharabah. Dana operasional kedua didapatkan dari akad ija>rah multijasa sebagai pendampingan usaha. Adapun kendala operasional pembiayaan ialah BWM hanya mengandalkan hasil nisbah yang ada di BSI, Meskipun BWM Alpen Barokah Mandiri tidak memiliki Opini Dewan Pengawas Syariah Dan SOP mengenai akad ija>rah multijasa. Hal ini menandakan tidak optimalnya tata tertib kerja DPS dalam penerapan akad ija>rah dan kepatuhan syariah BWM Alpen Barokah Mandiri sesuai dengan prosedur ketentuan dalam akad ija>rah multijasa yang dilaksanakan sebagai operasional pembiayaan. Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di PT.BPRS Sindanglaya Kotanopan adalah salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk tetap dapat bersaing di pasar perbankan. Customer service adalah bagian dari bank yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan nasabahnya. Tugas customer service adalah memberikan layanan dan membangun hubungan pelanggan yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran customer service dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan calon nasabah BPRS Sindanglaya Kotanopan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kegiatan pelayanan terhadap calon nasabah masih terdapat kendala. Kendala tersebut disebabkan oleh calon nasabah itu sendiri yaitu ketidaklengkapan berkas saat pembukaan rekening dan kurangnya pemahaman nasabah terhadap penjelasan customer service BPRS Sindanglaya Kotanopan. Abstract

Penduduk Indonesia didominasi oleh generasi Z. Namun, generasi ini sering dikaitkan dengan gaya hidup hedonisme dikarenakan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan internal locus of control terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada generasi Z. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan lima indikator yaitu pengendalian pengeluaran, perencanaan rencana keuangan masa depan, ketepatan pembayaran tagihan, penyimpanan uang, dan ketersediaan atau likuiditas uang yang disebarkan ke seluruh masyarakat dalam kategori generasi Z. Total sampel yang diperoleh sejumlah 389 reponden yang diuji menggunakan software Smart PLS (Smart Partial Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen (pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan internal locus of control) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel dependen (perilaku manajemen keuangan). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka direkomendasikan kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan terkait keuangan dan memiliki rencana dan tujuan yang jelas kedepannya saat mengelola keuangan.
