Abstract

This Research aims to determine how much it costs, revenue and income of farmers through an integration system of rice-breeding cattle crops in the farmers group “Tani Membangun” in Jaro village Jaro District Tabalong Regency.   The method used is observation method, data collection was conducted from March until June 2015.   The data analysis used is quantitative analysis.  Quantitative data includes the revenue and expenses incurred farmers in the integration system of rice-breeding cattle crops such as variable costs and fixed costs.   Element of total revenue and total cost of measurement is based on the measurement indicators.   Descriptive statistical analysis is the analysis of the data used in this research to calculate the average income.   The results of this research shows that the total costs is Rp.37.527.195,-/year, total revenue in the amount Rp.90.025.454,-/year and the income earned Rp.56.170.067,-/year with an average area of land owned 0,8 ha and 2,6 livestock ownership and production of livestock waste (fases) in the form organicfertilizer 711,6 kg/year.

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate effect of nutrient contained chlorophyll-a and the influence of physical, chemical water quality of the chlorophyll-a. Because the dynamics of nutrients that affect primary productivity, which can cause changes in the conditions these waters.Research was conducted  at the Kahayan River and back water is called Lake Tehang, connecting channel between Lake Tehang and Lake Batu, Lake Tehang nearby port, Lake Tehang at the middle part, Lake Bunter, Kahayan River of Kota Palangka Raya from Oktober 2015-Desember 2015 rainy seasonal and Juli 2015-September 2015 dry seasonal by measuring monthly some water quality parameters such as water level or depth (WL), water temperature (WT), Total Suspendid Solid (TSS), electrical conductivity (EC), pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), nitrat (NO3), nitrit (NO2), fosfat (PO4), total nitrogen (TN), silikat (SIO2), ammonia (NH3), total fosfat (TP), chlorophyll-a. Those water quality parameters were regarded as independent countinous variables which were measured insitu by using depth sounder for WL and Horiba U10 water quality checker for WT, EC, pH and DO. However, for TSS, NO3, NO2, TP, PO4, TN, SIO2, NH3 and chlorophyll-a were analyzed in the laboratory.  To extract these multivariable data, I used Redudancy Analysis (RDA) of  statistical program of R. Result showed that there were clearly relationship among water quality parameters, factor of chemical physics at study site by biplot ordination graph (map) of RDA. and water temperature was  simultaneously affected significantly by water quality parameters, WL,  source (F= 0.09, Pr(>F) = 0.005). The RDA exhibited  the brief tendency that strongly possitive correlation  occurred among WL, EC, in turn the negatif correlation with WT, pH and DO by both RDA1 and RDA2 axis.  In addition WT were also strongly possitive correlation happened among them, and on the other hand negatif correlation to WL RDA1 and RDA2 axis. By constraining all independent variables, I found that WT were among the significant variables affecting mortality of fish and respectively showing by anova permutation test : WT: F = 0,03, Pr(>F) = 0.005; F : 0,09, Pr (>F)= 0,19.Chemical physics factors are chlorophyll-a gave an impulse to the development of chlorophyll-a in the water, chlorophyll-a in waters influenced by the total phosphate, and silikat (SIO2. Abstract

The aim of this research were to know the effect of bokashi that giving the best result to growth vegetative  Elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum).  This research wad design by using Completely Random Design (CRD) with single factor experiment that is doses bokahsi (B), with thelevel of each doses, b0= control (without bokashi), b1= 10 ton ha-1, b2= 20 ton ha-1, b3= 30 ton ha-1.  The result showed that the applications bokashi giving the influence to  of Elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum)  Bokashi 30 ton ha-1 give the highest production Elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum).

Abstract

Feeding is closely related to the growth rate of the fish. In order to utilize the natural feed ingredients to reduce operating costs and production, the utilization of kale leaves as a natural food is expected to increase the growth rate in tilapia (Oreochiomis niloticus). The research objective was to determine the significance of the effect of different feeding on the rate of growth of tilapia on the size of 3-5 cm during the maintenance period of 28 days and know the quality of the water that supports the growth rate of tilapia fish. The experimental design used in this study is Complete Random Design (CRD) single factor consisting of 3 treatments 3 repetitions. The treatments used are feeding kale, pellet, and pellet and kale. The results showed that the maintenance media (aquarium) tilapia fish with different feeding treatment no significant effect on the growth of the weight and length of tilapia fish. Water quality on the results of this study are still in the range of eligibility for the growth and development of tilapia fish is to a temperature of 26.5 to 28.5 oC; pH ranges from 6.0 to 7.2; DO 6.7 to 6.67 mg/l; and ammonia 2.96 to 3.77 mg/l.

Abstract

Diversity is a natural characteristic and is the basis of ecological stability, biodiversity expressed a measure that describes the variation of plant species from a community that is affected by the number of species and relative abundance of each species. The presence of trees at a site generally will have a positive impact for the balance of the ecosystem in a wider scale. In general, the role of vegetation in an ecosystem associated with the regulation of carbon dioxide and oxygen balance in the air, improved physical properties, chemical and biological soil, ground water system settings, and others. The behavior of each type of tree growth and regeneration of species adaptation to environmental changes are a result of degradation is very useful information for consideration in determining the form of further processing of forest. The purpose of this study was to determine the structure and composition of vegetation in the protected area forest Telaga Kameloh waterfall area in subdistrict Kurun district Gunung Mas. Note that the value of diversity type (H ') from all levels of vegetation; seedling, stake, poles and trees, the largest located in protected areas with high diversity  (H> 3 - 3,5). Richness of Species with the highest seedling of protected areas with a value of 7,49 in areas with the highest degradation of seedlings is 5.27. The highest value of evenness of species found on poles level in areas hedge with the value 0.97 and the area of degradation value with the highest poles evenness of 0.96. Dominance index (C) the highest found in tree in protected area 16,73, in the area of degradation value of the highest dominance on the tree with the value 23,37. Community similarity index or index of similarity (IS) has a value Of between 44,53% to 77.07%.The vegetation structure in degradasi area from curve J is inversed, it sign that the comumity was annoyed. In the protected area, vegetation structure not from  curve J inversed.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the price risk, production risk and the risk income of milkfish farming  in Sungai Undang village Seruyan Hilir Subdistrict Seruyan. The method is performed in a census sampling method to fish farmers with the number of respondents 29 fish farmers who all fish sampled in this study. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis performed to obtain a picture or descriptive farming milkfish and quantitative analysis to analyze the risks of farming to determine the density of the probability distribution and risk assessment can be done by measuring the deviations that occur, some the size of which can be deviation used to measure them are variants (variance), standard deviation (Standard deviation), the coefficient of variation (variation coefficient) and a lower limit value (L). The results of the risk analysis showed that fish farming price risk CV values> 0.5 (0.10> 0.5) and lower limit value for the risk of the price of Rp 8,162.18 / kg, seen from production risks CV values> 0.5 (0 , 13> 0.5) and lower limit value for the production of 1,224.90 kg, and the views from the income risks Cv values> 0.5 (0.34> 0.5) and lower limit value for the revenue of Rp 1,874,420.77 / kg and from all the risks studied fish farming fish businesses have the value of the price, production and income is still above the lower limit of risk faced, this indicates that the business is still profitable fish farmers and viable seen from risk analysis efforts.

Abstract

The reaserch was conducted in Bentok Darat village,Bati-Bati district,for sampling the farmers were taken by purpose namely that seck klon pb 260 as much as 16 farmers. Outpouring of labor in the family bigger role that 77,13 % out family that much 22,87 %.The index value in labour productivity of Rp 93.482,58 higher than the wage rate of Rp 40.000,.while for the value of land productivity of 5,8 ton/ha.

Abstract

Cuttings play an important role in pepper plant seedling because it is more effective, efficient, and practical, and the resulting seeds have the same properties as the parent tree. Use of ZPT to spur the formation of rooting in cuttings. The composition of planting media has the ability to provide nutrients needed by plants to support the needs of live cuttings. This research aims to (i) to know the effectiveness of Rootone F interaction and media combination (ii) to know the effectiveness of Rootone F (iii) to know effectiveness of media combination (iv) to get the best dosage interaction effect of Rootone F and media combination (v) getting the best  dosage Rootone F (vi) getting the best media combination on pepper plant propagation by cuttings. Using Factorial Random Block Design, the first factor is the dosage of Rootone F are f0 = 0 g.ℓ-1, f1 = 6 g.ℓ-1, f2 = 12 g.ℓ-1, f3 = 18 g.ℓ-1. The second factor is the combination of planting medium that is m0 = soil, m1 = soil + rice husk (2: 1), m2 = soil + chicken manure (2: 1), m3 = soil + rice husk + 2: 1: 1) with a combination of the two factors studied yielded 16 treatment combinations with three replicates as a group to obtain 48 experimental units. The experimental results showed that single factor of Rootone F had no effect while single factor of media combination and interaction between the two had an effect on shoot length and leaf number at 49 HST. The best treatment of media combination is m0 (soil) while the interaction of Rootone F and media combination is m0f2 (soil + dose 12 g.ℓ-1).
