<![CDATA[The aim of this research was to clescribe how the formation needs of servant inacceptance prospective civil servant like BKD Kota Makassar. This research was about adescriptive qualitative research. The data sourched by primer and sekunder data. Thedata was collected through observation and statement analysis. The observation was usedto analysis qualitative data through technique analysis and statement analysis was takenfrom the result of interviewing informan and endorsement data intensively. The finding ofthis research showed that the servant need was not enough. It based on from position andjob’s formation where the appropriate competence. <![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to determine the socio-economic conditions of Ujung Bulu Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods which are generally economic conditions viewed from economic aspects such as livelihoods, welfare and income levels. then from the social aspect seen from the level of education, health and perceptions of young people. The data source used 187 household respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and supported by structured interviews.The results showed that the level of income of the majority of people in Ujung Bulu Village was middle to lower, as well as the income of the agricultural sector community. The majority of Ujung Bulu Village residents work as farmers, while other sectors are mostly traders.The majority of households in Ujung Bulu Village already have a decent place to live according to some criteria and ownership status of their own building. Based on the educational background in general, Ujung Bulu Village people have a low education level with the last level of education being the elementary school level. <![CDATA[Abstract Dialogue does not always aim to resolve disputes, but rather aims to develop a shared understanding of a complex topic. Dialogue is a form of structured interpersonal communication, relying on full attention, involving all parties to argue and listen actively. Dialogue is different from debate because debate always offers two points of view with the aim of proving the validity or truth of one perspective against another. Therefore, dialogue does not only involve the mind but also the heart because in interactions it has ethical standards in communication and its relationship with the Islamic communication strategy that commands Allah Subehanahu Wata'ala in the Koran. To obtain representative data, a library research approach is used by searching, collecting, reading, and analyzing books, literature, and documents that are relevant to this research problem. The data collected is then analyzed using a scientific approach to Islamic Communication, so that a result is found that reveals that dialogue should be carried out by allowing people to understand the perspectives of others without ignoring a different perspective of oneself. In the form of interpersonal relationships that are bound by topics or themes that can be explored together by thinking objectively based on the principles of Islamic communication, namely qaulan sadidan (true, not lying); qaulan baligha (straightforward, effective); qaulan ma’rufa (kind and polite words); qaulan karima (respect, respect); Qaulan Layina (Gentle); And Qaulan Maysura (Easy to Understand). <![CDATA[This research was conducted to analyze the differences in interpersonal communication skills among college students of STIKOM Muhammadiyah Jayapura between those who access Twitter and Facebook. The type of this research is quantitative research with a positivistic approach. This study uses an explanatory survey method and is a comparative study.The author uses Joseph A. Devito’s thoughts about the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. The population in this research were all college students of class 2017, 2018, and 2019 who accessed the Twitter and Facebook as many as 455 people.Determination of the number of samples used according to Arikunto, as much as 20% of total population, which is as many as 91 people, with a random sampling techniques. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and observations. The results showed that there were differences in the level of interpersonal communication among students college of STIKOM Muhammadiyah Jayapura between those who accessed Twitter and Facebook which were analyzed through parametric analysis (t test). <![CDATA[AbstractAdvertising is one of the most important things in supporting the success of the goods or services offered to the public. Television advertisements are one of the advertisements that are often seen by the public because of the excess audio visual effects. In modern society, there are hardly any people who are not preoccupied with advertising activities. This can help us to realize and understand how important it is to have an institution or institution that integrates all the components and mechanics involved in advertising. Because, advertising is used by everyone, not only by the users of consumer goods, but in essence related to the mass information system in the political, economic, social, cultural and technological fields. Each other interacts using the information system referred to and spread all the problems associated with the system, including religious issues. From this description, what synopsis of Tokopedia "Resign" ads will be explored. This research shows that Tokopedia advertisement is considered not effective enough to convey a message even though this advertisement is quite entertaining for some people. But the message conveyed was blurred because so many meanings could be created from the short 30 second ad. But at least this advertisement can still fulfill the function as brand awareness. <![CDATA[AbstractThe history of the development of the hadith has recorded discussion of the inkar al-Sunnah.One of the causes of this movement is the occurrence of political differences among theMuslims which causes them to split into several groups or sects (firqah). The existence of thisarticle is to discuss inkar al-Sunnah in the contemporary period III in Southeast Asia, namelyIndonesia-Malaysia, but in this paper only discusses the inkar al-Sunnah in Indonesia andfocuses on Ircham Sutarto's thoughts about inkar al-Sunnah. Al-Qur'an and al-Sunnah aresources of Islamic teachings that must become guidelines for human life. But in practice thereare still people who deny al-Sunnah and only accept the Qur'an which is absolutely narratedmut mutually. This study aims to determine the character and teachings of inkar al-Sunnah inIndonesia, namely the thinking of Ircham Sutarto. This study uses a library studymethodology, which in conducting the research a researcher is confronted with variouswritten literatures which are the primary sources in this study and according to the object ofthe study. The core of this research reveals some teachings or understandings of one of theincarcerated figures of al-Sunnah in Indonesia, namely Ir. M. Ircham Sutarto, who totallyrejected al-Sunnah. One of the teachings of the inkar al-Sunnah Ircham Sutarto which iscontained in a dictate which he wrote himself by hand said that the hadith was limited to afairy tale or the story of the Prophet brought and told by people who lived 180 to 200 yearsafter the Prophet Muhammad died and the story was lets be a fake story (fictitious). In histeachings also said that before getting a revelation all humans have been lost and alsoincluded in the Prophet including Muhammad never lost, in accordance with the QS. AlBaqarah [2]: 198. According to him also that the Prophet had no right to rule over humans inreligious matters and carry it out, in accordance with the proposition of the QS. <![CDATA[AbstractThe history of Islam in the hemisphere has long been evidence of Islam's triumph in this hemisphere. One of them in Spain. Spain is a country that was once conquered by Islam to develop the religion of Islam in the country. When Islam entered Spain, this country experienced many rapid civilizations both from Islamic culture and education, because Spain was supported by a fertile country with high economic income. thus producing great thinkers. Spain experienced rapid development and Islamic culture and education which began with studying religious and literary sciences, then increased by studying the sciences of reason. The history of the triumph of Islam in Spain needs to be examined early in its emergence. Therefore, this study explores the history of the entry of Islam in Spain. This research is a qualitative research that describes all data found through a library approach. Literature approach is used to collect various literatures and previous documents related to the object of research. This research does not determine a location as a place of research because the study tends to be on text texts. At this stage, activities are carried out in the form of processing data obtained from documents, which will then be compiled into a study. The results of the analysis are outlined in the form of a descriptive research report. The results of the study show that the origins of the entry of Islam in Spain were inseparable from the success of Tariq ibn Ziyad's defeat of the king Roderick, so this victory became the main capital for Tariq ibn Ziyad and his forces to conquer important cities in Spain.Keywords: Islam, Spain, Cordova, Islamic History.]]>
