Abstract

Leadership becomes an important aspect in creating a church that is sturdy, growing and developing. Weak church leadership will make the church experience decline and even lead to destruction. This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the leadership applied in the Catholic Church of Ignatius Loyola and HKBP Setiabudi Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that leadership in the two churches is in a fairly good category. Good leadership becomes a strength in moving the church to grow in Christ. Good leadership as an indication the church can experience growth both in quality and quantity. Kepemimpinan menjadi aspek yang penting dalam mewujudkan gereja yang kokoh, bertumbuh dan berkembang. Kepemimpinan gereja yang lemah akan menjadikan gereja mengalami kemerosotan bahkan menunju kehancuran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di Gereja Katolik Ignatius Loyola dan HKBP Setiabudi Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan di dua gereja tersebut berada pada kategori yang cukup baik. Kepemimpinan yang baik, menjadi kekuatan dalam menggerakkan jemaat untuk bertumbuh dalam Kristus. Kepemimpinan yang baik sebagai indikasi gereja dapat mengalami pertumbuhan baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas.

Abstract

This study also aims to examine and analyze the tendency of the church's understanding of educating children, the tendency of the indicators that most strongly determines the formation of the congregation's understanding of educating children, testing and analyzing which backgrounds the respondent has that causes differences in congregational understanding about educating children. The population in this study was the church members who attended the Indonesian Trumpet Christian Church in the Bethlehem Grogol Permai Satellite Church. The number of congregations who attend the Church of the Indonesian Trumpet Christian Church Bethlehem Permai Grogol Satellite numbered 200 people. A sample of 158 people were taken at random. The results showed that the tendency of the congregation's understanding of educating children in the Trumpet Christian Church of Indonesia, the Grogol Permai Bethlehem Satellite Church was in the category of congregations understanding about educating children significantly at α less from 0.05. There is the strongest influence that shapes the congregation's understanding of educating children in the Trumpet Christian Church in Indonesia. The Grogol Permai Bethlehem Satellite, the Teaching indicator, X2, is at a significant level at α less from 0.05, which is 497.36 times the increase that occurs in the church's understanding of educating children from the original condition. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kecenderungan pemahaman jemaat mengenai mendidik anak, kecenderungan indikator yang paling kuat menentukan terbentuknya pemahaman jemaat mengenai mendidik anak, menguji dan menganalisis manakah latar belakang yang dimiliki responden yang menyebabkan adanya perbedaaan pemahaman jemaat mengenai mendidik anak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jemaat yang bergereja di Gereja Kristen Sangkakala Indonesia Jemaat Betlehem Satelit Grogol Permai. Adapun Jumlah jemaat yang bergereja di Gereja Kristen Sangkakala Indonesia Jemaat Betlehem Satelit grogol Permai berjumlah 200 orang. Sampel sebanyak 158 orang yang di ambil secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan pemahaman jemaat mengenai mendidik anak di Gereja Kristen Sangkakala Indonesia Jemaat Betlehem Satelit Grogol Permai berada pada kategori jemaat paham mengenai mendidik anak secara signifikan pada α lebih kecil dari 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh terkuat yang membentuk pemahaman jemaat tentang mendidik anak di Gereja Kristen Sangkakala Indonesia Jemaat Betlehem Satelit Grogol Permai yaitu indikator Mengajar, yaitu X2 berada pada taraf signifikan pada α lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 497.36 kali peningkatan yang terjadi di dalam pemahaman jemaat mengenai mendidik anak dari kondisi semula.

Abstract

The fact of the unbalanced treatment of women in various fields has been a struggle for women for centuries. This is the background of the emergence of the women's movement in the 20th century, including feminism, the emancipation of women and women's liberation, which provides a major change for women in modern society. This women's movement presents a new challenge for Christianity, specifically Feminism Theology, which is a theological movement that seeks to form theological vision and reflection through the perspective of oppressed / oppressed women, as a critique of global culture and siding with social justice for women's rights, both within churches and academic institutions and the wider community that tend to be patriarchal. The history of the development of this theology was pioneered by Letty Mandeville Russell; Mary Daly; Rosemary Radford Ruether; Virginia Ramey Mollenkott; and Elizabeth Schüssler Fiorenza. This theology belongs to three groups, namely: radical feminism theology, emancipation and renewal. The challenge raised by this theology is regarding the concept of the Bible, God, Salvation and the Church from exclusively feminist perspective. Based on biblical-theological reflection on the perspective of feminist theology, a new paradigm in the study of the hermeneutics of the Bible is found, namely the perspectives of feminism that may be overlooked, but still prioritize appropriate methods of interpretation so as to provide objective and biblical understanding. Fakta perlakuan terhadap kaum perempuan yang tidak seimbang dalam berbagai bidang telah menjadi pergumulan kaum perempuan selama berabad-abad. Hal tersebut melatar-belakangi munculnya gerakan kaum perempuan pada abad ke-20, di antaranya feminisme, emansipasi perempuan dan women’s liberation, yang memberikan perubahan besar bagi kaum perempuan dalam masyarakat modern. Gerakan perempuan ini memberikan tantangan baru bagi Kristenan, secara khusus Teologi Feminisme, yaitu suatu gerakan teologi yang berusaha membentuk visi dan refleksi teologis melalui sudut pandang perempuan yang tertekan/tertindas, sebagai kritik budaya global dan memihak keadilan sosial bagi hak azasi perempuan, baik di dalam gereja maupun institusi akademis dan masyarakat luas yang cenderung patriarkal. Sejarah perkembangan dari teologi ini dipelopori oleh Letty Mandeville Russell; Mary Daly; Rosemary Radford Ruether; Virginia Ramey Mollenkott; dan Elizabeth Schüssler Fiorenza. Teologi ini tergolong dalam tiga kelompok, yaitu: teologi feminime yang bersifat radikal, emansipasi dan pembaharuan. Adapun tantangan yang dimunculkan oleh teologi ini adalah berkenaan dengan konsep tentang Alkitab, Allah, Keselamatan dan Gereja dari persektif eksklusif feminis. Berdasarkan refleksi biblis-teologi terhadap perspektif teologi feminisme tersebut, maka ditemukan suatu paradigma baru dalam studi hermeneutik Alkitab, yaitu perspekstif feminisme yang mungkin terabaikan, namun tetap mengutamakan metode penafsiran yang tepat sehingga memberikan pemahaman yang objektif dan biblikal.

Abstract

The Book of Acts is an important book in building Christian theology. Biblical experts debate the background to the existence of the book of Acts. Where some biblical experts put this book in an unfavorable position and some maintain in a good position. This article discusses the background of the book of Acts from an evangelical perspective which includes the name of the book, author and year of writing, Sources Used by Luke, the purpose and contents of the book. The result of this writing is that this book was written by Luke around 63 CE and is believed to have the authority of God's word to teach Christians. Kitab Kisah Para Rasul merupakan kitab yang penting dalam membangun teologi Kristen. Para ahli biblika memperdebatkan latar belakang keberadaan kitab Kisah Para Rasul. Dimana sebagian para ahli biblika menempatkan kitab ini pada posisi yang kurang baik dan sebagian mempertahankan dengan posisi yang baik. Artikel ini membahas latar belakang kitab Kisah Para Rasul dari perspektif injili yang mencakup nama kitab, penulis dan tahun penulisan, Sumber-Sumber Yang Dipergunakan Lukas, tujuan dan isi kitab. Hasil penulisan adalah kitab ini ditulis oleh Lukas sekitar tahun 63 M dan dipercayai memiliki otoritas firman Tuhan untuk mengajar umat Kristen.

Abstract

Revelation 12: 1-17 is located at the center of the Book of Revelation in its structural structure. This means that this part is important. This chapter reveals the great contradiction between good and evil, between the Lord Jesus Christ and His hostile Satan and his evil agents. This article analyzes this important vision of the Apostle John, then interprets it from the perspective of historicalism. Satan's hostility towards the Lord Jesus Christ, which began in Heaven and continued on earth, the victory of the Lord Jesus Christ who defeated Satan, the persecution and heresy by Satan and his agents towards the Church that is faithful to God from time to time to the end of time, is described in the article this. Wahyu 12:1-17 terletak di bagian pusat Kitab Wahyu dalam struktur khiastiknya. Hal ini mengartikan bahwa bagian ini penting. Pasal ini mengungkapkan pertentangan besar antara yang baik dan jahat, antara Tuhan Yesus Kristus dan Jemaat-Nya yang dimusuhi Satan dan agen-agen kejahatannya. Artikel ini menganalisa penglihatan Rasul Yohanes yang penting ini, kemudian menafsirkannya dari perspektif historisisme. Permusuhan Satan terhadap Tuhan Yesus Kristus yang dimulaikan di Sorga dan dilanjutkan di bumi, kemenangan Tuhan Yesus Kristus yang mengalahkan Satan, persekusi dan penyesatan oleh Satan dan agen-agennya terhadap Jemaat yang setia kepada Tuhan dari masa ke masa sampai ke akhir zaman, diuraikan dalam artikel ini.
