Abstract

Human immunodeficiency virus, it can be interpreted that this virus can only infect humans, in other words these cells are able to reproduce on their own in the human body so that it can cause the human immune system to decrease. Acquired is defined as being transmitted from person to person, then immune means damaging the human immune system, while deficiency means reduced or decreased, a syndrome defined as people with AIDS who suffer from opportunistic infections and other infections. Stigma is an attribute, behavior, opinion, and negative response given to someone. Discrimination is a form of prejudice, or behavior, which distinguishes a person because he or she comes from a different social identity (religion, ethnicity, race, gender, and social orientation), because of this difference the person is treated badly. The purpose of this study is to find out the stigma and discrimination given by the community to PLWHA in the district. The tip of the kab. Bulukumba. This research method uses a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach, six participants were selected according to the criteria and recorded during the interview process using a structured interview guide, then an interview transcript was made, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of this study obtained three themes, namely (1) Stigma of politeness (2) Stigma of structure (3) Discrimination. There are 3 themes found in this study. It is hoped that the community will be able to provide enthusiasm and support for both the patient and the patient's family.

Abstract

The duration of playing online games is the length of time someone plays online games. While the frequency is playing online games, that is the level of frequent use of online game games in a day, even per week. The purpose of the study is to find out the relationship between the duration and frequency of playing online games with emotional and mental problems in adolescents in junior high school 19 bulukumba. Research method this study is a type of descriptive correlation research with a crossectional approach. A sample of 49 respondents from all adolescent populations. While the frequency is playing online games, that is the level of frequent use of online game games in a day, even per week. Based on the results of this test, the value of ρ = 0.006 < α = 0.005. Thus, based on the final results, it can be concluded that "there is a duration relationship with the mental problems of respondents who get the moderate frequency of mental problems (4.1%). Based on the results of the chi-square statistical test analysis, the value of ρ = 0.543 > α = 0.005. Thus, based on the final results it can be concluded that "there is not a strong enough frequency relationship with emotional mental problems in adolescents in the state junior high school of 19 bulukumba". The conclusion and suggestion in this study are that there is a relationship between the duration of playing online games with emotional and mental problems, whereas there is no relationship between the frequency of playing online games with emotional or mental problems in adolescents in Junior High School 19 Bulukumba.

Abstract

Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) can be known if a person has feelings of anxiety, worry, loss, discomfort, and stress that arise when knowing others are doing something fun and we are not involved in it, this FOMO syndrome arises because of an addiction caused by a lack of control from the individual in accessing social media that causes a person to experience dependence. The purpose of this study is the known relationship of FOMO with social media addiction in high school-age teenagers end of grade XI at SMKN 1 Bulukumba in Bulukumba Regency in 2020. This research uses cross-sectional research methods. This study sample of 52 with sampling techniques was done with nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study uses a chi-square statistical test. The results of the analysis using chi-square statistical tests. with a level of trust (=0.05 )based on the results of this test obtained the value of p is 0.002 thus p < (0.002< 0.05), Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is a link between FoMO and social media addiction in high school-aged teenagers at the end of grade XI at SMKN 1 Bulukumba in Bulukumba Regency in 2020. Researchers suggest that the results of this study can be used as a reference for application in the scope, especially for teenagers in using social media and nursing services, especially mental individuals who experience addiction.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS- CoV 2 virus or corona virus. Until now, the number of nurses who were exposed to COVID-19 continued to increase. Nurses as the front line in handling COVID- 19 have a vulnerability to exposure. This study aims to describe the possible sources of Covid-19 infection in nurses at RSUD H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja during 2020. The research design was descriptive, the number of samples was 32, the sampling technique was total sampling. Data analysis is frequency distribution and percentage. The results showed that most of the 22 people (68.75%) the source of exposure to covid 19 in nurses were colleagues.

Abstract

The background of the study is that Health Education with reflective methods allows the participants to have a dialogue in their minds and create listeners as well as personal stories to support themselves. The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of health education reflective methods on the level of knowledge about the dangers of drugs in students in Madrasah Aliyah Guppi Batuara Gantarang District Bulukumba Regency. The method used is a quasi-experimental type pre-test-post-test non-randomized control group design. The sample in the study was X-class students consisting of 30 intervention group respondents and 30 control group respondents. The results of the Uji statistic using the Wilcoxon test, namely the intervention group using reflective methods obtained a value of p: 0.000 which means that there is a change between the level of knowledge before and after being given the reflective method and the control group before and after being given counseling there is no change in the level of knowledge with the value of P 0. 231 means that there is no change between the control groups before and after counseling. Conclusions and suggestions that health education with reflective methods are more effectively used in the level of knowledge of students about the dangers of drugs in Madrasah Aliyah Guppi Batuara Gantarang District Bulukumba Regency. It is hoped that reflective health education methods can be applied routinely to students or adolescents to avoid drug use.
