Abstract

Students as educated humans formed in tertiary education must certainly be tested for their maturity in meeting the tri dharma of tertiary institutions. One of them is by carrying out community service or community service lecture (CSL). But in its application, of course, the community has an assessment or perception of the presence of CSL students. Through this study, the writer tries to do a study on how the community's perception of the STAI Ar-Ridho student community service lecture activities in the Kepenghuluan Sungai Manasib. The formulation of the problem in this study is how people's perceptions of the fifth generation of STAI Ar-Ridho student service learning activities in Kepenghuluan Sungai Manasib, Bangko Pusako District. The purpose of this study was to determine public perceptions of the fifth generation of STAI Ar-Ridho student service learning activities in the Kepenghuluan Sungai Manasib Bangko Pusako District. Through descriptive qualitative research methods that describe in depth about what is obtained from informants. The author uses the subject and research informants are the apparatus of knowledge and community knowledge of the Manasib River. From the results of this research, it was found that the perception of the Manasib River pengululuan community towards CSL students was very good and supported all kinds of activities carried out during that time both for the development and development of the Sungai Manasib zoning area. Of course the mindset and public understanding of the things conveyed by students are not all understood, but the community still supports positive activities by STAI Ar-Ridho CSL students.

Abstract

The phenomenon found in the research that the students achievement in TIK at SMAN 16 Padang were under the Minimum Achievement Criteria (KKM).The purposes of the research are to find out (1) the influence of inquiry method to TIK achievement, (2) the influence of using inquiry method in high motivation students to the students achievement at SMAN 16 Padang. This research was an experiment research, the research was designed in difference model, the research used inquiry method in TIK subject. The research design was treatment by block 2X2. The population and the sample of the research were two classes at class XI. The data collection instrument by using several instrumentation, there were the instrumentation for students achievements and the instrumentation for students' learning motivation by using test of validation, reliability, level of distinction and level of difficulty. The technique of analyzing the data was descriptive data, significance test and hypothesis test. The Findings of the research found that the students learning by using inquiry method got higher score in TIK than the students learning by using conventional method, the high motivation students in learning through inquiry method in TIK got higher score than the students learning by using conventional method. From the findings the researcher concluded that (1) There were differences between the result of students achievements by using inquiry method in TIK and students achievements by using conventional method. (2) There were differences between the result of high motivation students achievements learning through inquiry method and learning by using conventional method. (3) There were differences between the result of low motivation students achievements learning through inquiry method and learning by using conventional method. (4) There is no interaction of using inquiry method and students motivation to the students TIK achievement at SMAN 16 Padang. As a result, In this research Inquiry method and learning motivation could improve students TIK

Abstract

The digital world with all its novelty brings changes in every field. This was triggered by the advent of internet technology. Various sectors adapt to the emergence of the technology, one of the business. At the previous two decades, business world is still prevalent using traditional methods, now the business world uses digital media, including social media in it for promotion and business development. Tanifund is a financial funding platform that focuses on agriculture, animal husbandry, and fisheries. It is interesting to study Tanifund because there are big differences in the era of digital agriculture that "move" agricultural land in the digital world and the traditional era which considers agriculture is a heavy work that is only done in open land. This research method uses qualitative research, library research with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of the research show Fanifund has utilized social media for business promotion and development, it's just not been implemented to the maximum. Maximizing the use of social media can increase the number of people who use tanifund. It takes several treatments and a solid team to move social media into media promotion and business development.

Abstract

Da'wah is a call to go to the right path, namely the path that has been determined by Allah Almighty through the Book of Allah (the Qur'an) and the sunnah of His Prophet (hadith). In carrying out the principles of da'wah there are methods that must be considered by the da'i. this is very important considering that the correct and appropriate method in place can make the da'wah listeners interested in following what the da'i have said. pendekatan tafsir maudhu'i is an approach that can be used in the method of preaching. Because by using this approach, the message conveyed by the da'I can be fully conveyed.

Abstract

Gentleness has the virtues that adorn greetings and actions so that it can bring good and reward. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the virtues of gentleness towards fellow humans and animals based on Islamic teachings in the context of hadith studies. The writing of this article uses a library research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting data about meek communication sourced from the Koran, hadiths, commentaries, journals and relevant books. Data collected from various literatures are analyzed and analyzed so as to find a conclusion about the concept of meek communication in the context of hadith studies. Meek nature is very important to be applied in daily life both for humans and animals. Meekness is highly recommended in relationships even with people who do not do good to us. The application of a meek attitude in life will create unity and unity, prevent division and hostility and the establishment of harmonious relationships that lead to the creation of peace and social integration based on Islamic values.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the organizational communication process between lecturers and staff in shaping the organizational climate as an effort to increase student satisfaction at the Ar-Raniry State Islamic University in Banda Aceh. In conducting this research, researchers used a qualitative approach using interview techniques with several members of the organization namely lecturers, employees, and students. Researchers also made direct observations at five faculties at UIN Ar-Raniry. From the results of the research conducted showed that the organizational communication process that has been going on between lecturers, staff, and students is still not running effectively. This is due to miscommunication that occurs as well as unsatisfactory employee service performance. The tight schedule of several lecturers is also a problem in increasing student satisfaction. Organizational communication that occurs linearly, top down, even circularly has not yet been formed as a whole and effectively. This then forms a closed organizational climate. The closed climate of organizational communication has been a limiting factor for the communication of lecturers and staff in increasing the satisfaction of UIN Ar-Raniry students.

Abstract

Research on "Academic Supervision Based on Islamic's values in Model Elementary Schools of Banda Aceh (An Analysis of Theocentric Humanism)" was conducted in 2019. This research aims to describe, analyze or describe the practice of Islamic value-based supervision covering aspects of theocentric humanism carried out by school supervisors in three Model Primary Schools in Banda Aceh. School supervisors are important in the context of educational development with the supervision model that they run. This study seeks to see how the implementation of Islamic values is applied by supervisors to teachers. This research methodology is qualitative research by searching, analyzing, and making interpretation of data found through the results of documents, interviews and observations. The data that has been collected is checked for validity through the validity of the data in the form of trust. Data analysis technique is to reduce, present, and make conclusions from the results of research. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision based on Islamic values has been carried out according to the basic assumptions in this study, although it is not comprehensive. Where, the supervisors carry out the pattern of supervision guidance by promoting democratic values that are full of dialogue, and far from the impression of inspection. Gentle, polite and humorous attitudes can be categorized as humanist values and sincerity and responsibility as theocentric values especially in the context of this study. Even so, this study offers a new model in the implementation of academic supervision based on Islamic values in the future as a form of concern in the realm of education, namely the supervision approach by promoting the principles of humanism and theocentricity as well as the attitude of compassion, courtesy, deliberation, knowledgeable, devoted, fair , authoritative, sincere and aim Rabbani in carrying out every stage of academic supervision.

Abstract

The environment which humans grow and develop is inseparable from the communication process. Everyone has a different way of conveying message that can be understood. Caregivers in lieu of parent at the Orphanage have a big responsibility in educating foster children. Certainly have a good communication pattern in order to develop their talents and interests to be better than before. This study examines SOS's Children Village of Taruna Meulaboh, Aceh Barat District. This study aims to determine the pattern of communication between caregivers and foster children in the development of talents in SOS Children's Village of Taruna Meulaboh, Aceh Barat District. The research is using a qualitative approach. The method of data collecting is using Interview and documentation. The subject of this study were chairman of SOS Children's Village of Taruna Meulaboh and 2 (two) caregivers from different rooms, while the object of study was all data information relevant to communication pattern. The results show that communication pattern used by SOS Children's Village of Taruna Meulaboh is using interpersonal communication, public communication, and group communication. Three pattern deducted an effect on children insight and make it easier for children to hone their talent and interest.
