Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

With the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia which continues to increase every year, it creates business opportunities, especially in the e-commerce. As a platform with the number one user in Indonesia, Tokopedia, focuses on its sustainability in terms of online repurchase intention. This study aims to describe and measure how much influence Ewom has, perceived value, in increasing online repurchase intention both partially and simultaneously among Tokopedia application users. This type of research is descriptive verification and explanatory survey with random sampling technique, with a total sample of 210 respondents using the Tokopedia application. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Smart PLS 3.0 tool. The results show that the description of each variable is in the high category. There is influence both simultaneously and partially. With a magnitude of influence of 63.9%. For the partial effect of the Ewom it has no effect on Online Repurchase Intention. While the variable Perceived Value partially has a significant influence on Online Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

At present the development of data systems has become a significant need for all organizations, including the government, in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance processes in providing quality data as a form of accountability and transparency to the public. The Directorate General of Treasury (Directorate General of Treasury) in order to improve quality and facilitate the process of managing public finances, is constantly improving the data technology that has been provided. The Institutional Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) developed by the Directorate General of Treasury is an integrated solution for managing state finances at the Work Unit level. So that the management of state finances is expected to be easier, faster, and more accurate. SAKTI is an application that integrates applications in Satker into one application, so users or users do not need to access many applications in managing state finances. Since 2015, SAKTI has undergone piloting sessions to ensure that SAKTI is suitable for use by all work units throughout Indonesia and applies to all ministries and agencies in Indonesia since 2021.

Abstract

The distribution of loans to the construction sector is sometimes hampered by the capital they have. To improve the capital structure, Kospin will receive a loan from Cooperative Bank X. An increase in Kospin's capital must be followed by an adequate management control system. Therefore, the procedures for loan disbursement and performance measurement must be adequate. This research was conducted at Kospin BN to measure management control based on distribution procedures and performance measurement. The purpose of this study was to obtain an adequate loan operational procedure design, obtain a formal loan performance planning and measurement system as a key success factor to ensure and monitor the achievement of the strategy. The research method used is a case study, using qualitative analysis based on Boundary Systems and Diagnostic Control Systems. The results of the study, based on the SWOT analysis, there are weaknesses in management and pricing strategies as well as competitors' threats that hinder the business loan focus strategy. Therefore, Kospin should determine the right pricing strategy to win the competition. In addition, Kospin has not yet implemented the Business Loan SOP in accordance with the Decree of the Deputy for Financing of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs No.06/Kep/Dep.2/II/2017. So it is necessary to adjust the linkages of procedures, personnel qualifications, division of tasks, business process flow, as well as documentation and records. Kospin also has not set performance targets, monitoring and measuring and evaluating performance formally. Kospin should set targets, monitor and measure performance and evaluate its performance.

Abstract

Utilization of village resources is an effort to develop the independence and welfare of rural communities by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, awareness, and utilizing resources through establishing policies, programs, activities and assistance that are in accordance with the essence of the problems and priority needs of the village community . The direction of community empowerment in general stems from two main objectives, namely releasing the shackles of poverty and underdevelopment and strengthening the position of the community in the power structure. Compared to the previous product, namely soap, detergent has the advantage of having better washing powder and not being affected by water hardness. In practice, many laundry services use detergents as washing agents because detergents have effective cleaning properties compared to ordinary soap.

Abstract

Civil Servants (CS) are still often associated with negative views such as corruption, collusion, nepotism, lack of discipline, lack of competence, lengthy bureaucracy, and inefficiency. Several factors are suspected of having an influence on the performance of civil servants, including education and training, discussing the study of the Development Analysis of Technical Human Resources for General Administration of CS Groups II and III. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 113 people who were determined using a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique based on educational level strata. The conclusion of this study is that the general administration competence of civil servants class II and III needs to be improved through educational and training interventions (training) as well as non-training interventions. This study identifies the competencies that need to be mastered by CS class II and III and provides suggestions for the Regional Government of Bandung Regency to improve the performance of civil servant general administration. Competency enhancement can be carried out through relevant technical training, such as effective communication, information management, problem solving, computer applications, and effective team building. In addition, non-training interventions such as monitoring the implementation of organizational strategic plans, fostering conducive working relationships, and encouraging a spirit of learning are also needed.

Abstract

Payakumbuh City is inhabited by 141,184 people, most of whom have a labor force participation rate of 71.73 percent, most of whom work in the trade sector, especially traditional retail. However, the increasingly rapid development of modern retail means that traditional retail is starting to be abandoned by consumers, so according to researchers there must be a competitive strategy. needed to help traditional retail survive. The methods in this research are 1). Identification stage evaluation of internal factors, evaluation of external factors, 2). Matching stage with Internal-External Matrix, SWOT, and 3). Conclusion stage with SQPM. The research results can explain that the internal and external conditions of traditional retail in Payakumbuh City are quite good because the total EFI value is 2.89 and EFE is 3.2. This is in quadrant II on the IE matrix with a general strategy of growth and development, on the SWOT matrix it gets 7 Alternative strategies were then ranked by the seven strategies using the QSPM matrix, so the highest score was in strategy 1, namely providing comfortable shopping services for motorists with free and safe parking with a score of 5.12 and strategy 2, providing neater product displays, price labeling with better lighting. enough with a score of 4.87.

Abstract

Today's intense competition among banks encourages each bank to pay attention to customer needs, wants, and demands, which can be used as a marketing strategy to increase customer satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of core service quality and peripheral service quality on customer satisfaction. The population in this research is all 1,082 Bank BNI Persero Cikijing customers. The sample in this research was 100 customers taken using the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21 software. The results of this research show that core service quality and peripheral service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, in this case, the quality of core services is the dominant factor in influencing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion and financial management on the performance of MSME in the city of Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach and the data used is primary data. Based on the results of the study, it is known that financial literacy has no positive effect, financial inclusion has an effect of 40.7% and financial management has an effect of 40.8% on the performance of MSME. Simultaneously, financial literacy, financial inclusion and financial management have an effect of 55.2% on the performance of MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the differences in the level of bank soundness before and after the implementation of PSAK 71 in commercial banks in Indonesia. The soundness level of 41 selected bank samples will be compared between the periods preceding and following the implementation of PSAK 71. The bank's soundness level will be evaluated using a Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) based on assessment factors, including Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings, and Capital. Descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and the Wilcoxon test will be employed to examine whether there are any significant differences in the level of bank soundness after the implementation of PSAK 71. The results indicate that the differences are not substantial, with a decrease in risk profile, a decrease in earnings, and an increase in capital. No significant difference is found in the GCG factor.

Abstract

This research is motivated by factors that influence stock prices through the variables Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage which have different results. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on stock prices of the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable in this research is stock price measured by annual closing price, while the independent variables are profitability as measured by Earning Per Share (EPS), liquidity as measured by the Current Ratio (CR), and leverage as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio. (DER). The research method used descriptive and verification methods. The data collection technique used documentation techniques with secondary data types originating from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of financial reports and company annual reports. The population in this research amounted to 12 companies for 10 years of observation from 2011-2020. Based on the determination of the sample using the saturated sampling method, the sample used is 12 companies and the observation data is 120 data. Hypothesis testing in this research was carried out using panel data regression. The results of the regression significance test show that the regression model means that it can be used to draw conclusions. The results of hypothesis analyst show that profitability has a positive effect on stock prices, while liquidity and leverage have no effect on stock prices.
