Abstract

Religion is one of the universal elements in human life, in which almost every human being lives. Religious life in urban communities has an impact on people’s behavior patterns. This is influenced by the human mindset that religion is a reference in interacting with society. So that in a society that has a diversity of religions (Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Catholicism and Confucianism) it will have a major influence on the patterns of social interaction that exist in society, especially in urban communities. The city of Makassar has a diversity of people, especially in terms of religion, namely Islam, Christianity, Buddhism and others. This diversity arises due to urbanization carried out by the community with the aim of making a living, studying and so on. In research using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Collecting data in this study using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Member Check technique. The results of the study show that in Makassar city society the impact of religious diversity on interaction patterns between people in Makassar city can be seen from their activities, for example cooperation, conflict, accommodation and competition activities. The impact of religious diversity in the city of Makassar can be divided into two, namely positive and negative impacts. The positive impact on the pattern of social interaction in society is to develop an attitude of tolerance and openness to anyone, while the negative impact is to trigger conflict between religions, as well as discrimination and exclusivism.

Abstract

Sensors in the electronic world are parts that are used to detect changes in the physical or chemical environment. The output from the sensor is converted into an electrical quantity that represents the change in the environment. Sensors are widely used in agriculture, especially to detect changes in the physical or chemical environment related to plant growth, for example: temperature sensors, light sensors, soil moisture sensors, and so on. In agricultural applications that have a large area, the problem of location and distance from the sensor to the control center is a problem in itself. To solve this problem, a sensor system is designed that does not use wired (wireless) connections. In the application of wireless communication systems there is an antenna part which is very important which can affect the rate of sending sensor data. To improve the performance of wireless sensors in sending data, it is necessary to integrate the appropriate antenna with the sensor transceiver system. So this research was conducted to integrate circular polarized antennas with sensors to increase the gain in the transmission. From this integration, measurements are then taken to obtain the value of the radiation pattern, gain and bandwidth. From the resulting measurements, it can be seen that there is an increase in the gain of the wireless sensor transmission using the 2.4 GHz frequency

Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is how the learning process, increasing learning outcomes knowledge and place value skills, and changes in student behavior by applying the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning model with the help of counting blocks as media. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle three meetings. The subjects of this study were class I students at SD Negeri Podosugih 01 Pekalongan City even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Abstract

This thesis normatively examines Correctional Institutions that exceed their capacity by optimizing coaching and a healthy lifestyle that does not neglect the Human Rights, Business, Health and Digital aspects by using the economic principles of Professor Richard Allan Posner, Inmates who are mentally and psychologically healthy will easy to benefit from entrepreneurship coaching and training so as to make Human Resources better. It seems that the government has not been able to maintain proper capacity prisons accompanied by maximum guidance even though it has built prison buildings. This can be seen from the tendency of former convicts to repeat wrongdoing and re-enter the correctional institution. Relevant agencies, in this case law enforcers, need to integrate technical support for Correctional Institutions so that the Prisoners become physically and mentally healthy and productive, for example the Police, the Prosecutor's Office as well as the Courts with their role in supporting so that the prison capacity is livable of course by not forcing to process or ensnare, prosecute someone in cases where the criminal facts are not strong. Densely inhabited Correctional Institutions as a formulation of the problem are ensuring that inmates are able to make them healthier and more productive, ensuring that the lifestyle of the inmates prioritizes physical and mental health, ensuring coaching and work training accompanied by a healthy environment can make the personality of the inmates better in the future when he returned to live in the midst of society. Today's Industry 4.0 era is the time to technically support Correctional Institutions so that Prisoners in their activities will be digitally monitored in addition to the availability of surveillance cameras in every corner and finger scans when passing through various rooms so that 24-hour activities can be seen which will produce a digital recap which can be used as material for assessment or credit points for Prisoners to obtain additional remissions, Prisoners also have the opportunity to work outside the Penitentiary to develop their entrepreneurial understanding, have indirectly taken part in supporting industry 4.0. Furthermore, Prisoners who are free can certainly develop their skills in the community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse employee’s motivation at XYZ sub-district office in South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative, that analysed the data based on reality, then connected to the theory that supports the discussion, then the author draws conclusions from the explanation. The social situation consists of place, actors, and activity in Kelurahan XYZ Office. All the employee were the actors as the main source of information in the research. Data collection techniques used primary data sources from interviews, observations, documentation studies, library research, and secondary data sources consisting of general company data, personnel data, organizational structures and charts. The data analysis technique used the theory of Miles consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and also using source triangulation techniques to develop the validity of the data obtained. The results shown, the employee motivation at Kelurahan XYZ was good and needed to be increased, the efforts made in providing motivation to employees have met standards and still needed strengthening, and several factors founded that became obstacles in providing motivation such as; the lack of human resources, and it was found that on the average employees are approaching retirement age. Overall, motivation can lead to employee productivity in the future. This can be done through increasing and strengthening employee motivation, and minimizing or eliminating the inhibiting factors in the implementation of providing employee motivation.

Abstract

Delivering da'wah in this post-modern era cannot be separated without leaving the teachings of Islamic law. Hamka is of the opinion that da'wah is a means to make Muslim individuals understand good things and bad things. Hamka offers the concept of da'wah that can be saidcomprehensive. Hamka's thinking is contextual in nature which can be a guide for preachers at that time, the present, and the future. Hamka places da'wah as a very important matter in Islam. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the relevance of Hamka's da'wah thoughts in the post-modern eramodern. In conducting this research, the authors used library research, namely research that utilizes or uses library resources to obtain research data. Da'wah in Hamka's thinking is a means of humans and Allah Swt in the form of invitations between humans to do good. Da'wah in Hamka's thinking cannot be separated from the concept of developing Islamic society both in the realm of objectives which both make mad'u or society empowered economically.ideology so that it can make society better than before, in the realm of principles of community development with da'wah which in its implementation there is no element of coercion based on the needs and potential of each, and in its implementation which is followed by all groups. To deal with problems in modern times that can resulting in moral and ethical deviations, Muslims are required to stick to the teachings of their religion which are based on itAl Quran and Sunnah. Basically, Islam does not conflict with modern life, as long as modernity does not conflict with the values ​​of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This thesis aims to identify, analyze and evaluate the Scout extra-curricular program at SDN Poris Pelawad 3, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City, Banten. The method used is a qualitative method. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with school principals, teachers, school committees, parents and students. Evaluation analysis uses the CIPP (Context Input Process and Product) evaluation model. The research in this thesis is motivated by the lack of efficiency in the mandatory Scout extracurricular activities, and the role of teachers in motivating activities in the implementation of activities that take place every week is felt to be less than optimal and efficient. It can be seen that very few students are interested in joining scout exercises. The results obtained from this research are because students do not yet have values or norms of noble character. The input varies because students come from economic, social, cultural and educational backgrounds and the facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate. The process has been good, because all scout activities or work programs have been implemented properly, as evidenced by the several group achievements achieved by SD Negeri PorisPelawad 3 Tangerang. The product of students at SD Negeri Poris Pelawad 3 Tangerang got achievements but that was in groups, if as an individual, SD students still lack achievement. The real results that are felt by students, teachers and parents are the development of good character values of students after participating in extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This study generally aims to analyze the influence of the principal's visionary leadership, work motivation and teacher pedagogic competence on the performance of Kindergarten teachers in Batu Ceper District, Tangerang City, while specifically, this study aims to determine and obtain empirical data regarding the influence of: 1) visionary leadership on teacher work motivation. 2) visionary leadership on teacher pedagogic competence. 3) teacher's work motivation on teacher pedagogic competence. 4) visionary leadership on teacher pedagogic competence. 5) Teacher work motivation on teacher pedagogical competence. 6) teacher's pedagogical competence on teacher performance. The approach used is quantitative using causal survey techniques with path analysis methods. The sample in this study is the same as the reachable population, namely 87 teachers. consists of 19 Kindergartens in the Batu Ceper sub-district, Tangerang City. The results of the analysis Based on the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of visionary leadership on the work motivation of Kindergartens in the Batu Ceper District, Tangerang City. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of visionary leadership on the work motivation of kindergarten teachers in Batu Ceper District, Tangerang City. 3) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on the pedagogic competence of kindergarten teachers in Batu Ceper District, Tangerang City. 4) there is a positive and significant influence of visionary leadership on the performance of kindergarten teachers in the Batu Ceper District, Tangerang City. 5) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Batu Ceper District, Tangerang City. 6) there is a positive and significant effect of pedagogical competency on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Batu Ceper District, Tangerang City.

Abstract

School quality improvement management is a quality improvement method that is based on the school itself, applying a set of techniques, based on the availability of quantitative and qualitative data, and empowering all components of the school to continuously improve the capacity and organizational ability of the school to meet the needs of students and the community. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and teacher interpersonal communication on the quality management of Kindergarten schools in the Tangerang District. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The variables in this study are Organizational Culture, Interpersonal Communication and Quality Management. The population in this study were 222 teachers in the Tangerang District from 37 Kindergartens. Sampling used a random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 143 teachers and 30 teachers as a trial. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Validity test using product moment correlation and reliability using alpha cronbach. The results of the study obtained the following conclusions: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture on the Quality Management of Kindergarten Schools in Tangerang District, Tangerang City, with an r count value of 0.559, β value = 0.580 and t value = 8.001 with a smaller significant value of 0.000 from 0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Interpersonal Communication on the Quality Management of Kindergarten Schools in Tangerang District, Tangerang City, with a t-value of 11.822 with a significant value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, the value of r = 0.706 and β = 0.706. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture on Interpersonal Communication of Kindergarten Teachers in Tangerang District, Tangerang City, with a t-value of 6.045 with a significant value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, the value of r and β = 0.454

Abstract

This study generally aims to examine the influence of democratic leadership and achievement motivation on the professional work of elementary school teachers in Ciledug District, Tangerang City. This study used qualitative methods using causal surveys with a path analysis approach. Dissemination of instruments in the form of questionnaires to collect data on the professional influence of teacher work and coordination of school principals on the quality of education services in SDN in Cipondoh District, Tangerang City. The results of this initial observation are in line with what was stated by Masanah that there is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on the professional competence of teachers in SD Negeri in Bonang District, Demak Regency by 86.20%. This positive influence means that if teachers have high achievement motivation in carrying out their duties, the teacher's professional competence will increase.
