Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance marketing system for the smallholder oil palm market in North Labuhanbatu District using a structure, conduct and performance approach to: (1) Analyze the structure of the palm oil market in North Labuhanbatu District. (2) Analyzing the behavior of the people's palm oil market in North Labuhanbatu District. (3) Analyzing farmer's margin and farmer's share in order to know the performance of the people's palm oil market in North Labuhanbatu Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is the analysis of market structure as seen from market share, market concentration and barriers to market entry. Analysis of market behavior seen from marketing channels and marketing mix 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence). Analysis of market performance seen from the marketing margin, farmer's share and marketing efficiency.Based on the results of research conducted, the structure of the smallholder palm market in North Labuhanbatu District shows a market share at the farmer level of 0.76%, 16.66% for collector traders and 82.63% for wholesalers at the farmer level and market collectors are perfect competition , while large traders are tight oligopoly markets. Market concentration at the farm level with a CR4 value of 76.70%, collector traders with a CR4 value of 71.07%, and wholesalers (PKS) with a CR4 value of 100% at market concentration at the farmer level and market collectors are strictly oligopoly , while large traders are monopolistic markets. Meanwhile, the MES value at the farm level is 49.43%, for collectors is 24.80%, while for wholesalers it is 100% so that it can be said that the barriers to market entry are high. The behavior of the people's palm oil market in North Labuhanbatu Regency can be seen from its marketing channels, there is only one marketing channel. There are several marketing institutions, namely farmers, collectors and wholesalers (PKS). Then it can be seen from the 7P marketing mix, in the marketing of smallholder oil palm in North Labuhanbatu Regency in accordance with the agreements made by farmers, collectors and wholesalers.Analysis of market performance (Market Performance) of smallholder oil palm in North Labuhanbatu District shows that there are 3 marketing channels with different margins. The highest total margin is in marketing channel III, which is Rp. 5,720/Kg, the more marketing agencies involved, the higher the marketing margin and the lower the farmer's share. The most efficient marketing channel is marketing channel I (large farmer-trader)

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) compare farm income between polyculture and monoculture cropping patterns, (2) compare farming efficiency between polyculture and monoculture cropping patterns, (3) compare farm input use between polyculture and monoculture cropping patterns, and (4) comparison of farming feasibility between polyculture and monoculture cropping patterns. This research was conducted in Sinaman Pematang Village, Dolog Masagal District, Simalungun Regency using a purposive sampling method from August to September. Samples were taken as many as 30 respondents using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using an open questionnaire. The independent variables used are land area, labor, fertilizer, seeds, pesticides, and farming experience, while the dependent variable is income, efficiency, input use, and feasibility. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the income of polyculture farming was higher than monoculture with an average of IDR 7,865,527.77 IDR 1,286,416.66 per planting season. Monoculture farming is more efficient than polyculture with efficiency levels of 0 0,51 1 and 0 0,36 1. The use of inputs for polyculture farming is higher than monoculture except for land area, seeds and farming experience. Monoculture farming is more feasible than polyculture with a feasibility level of 1.49 1 and 1.41 1.

Abstract

To find out the amount of production costs, revenue, income from the business of cultivating mango fruit seeds to producer income and to analyze the level of financial feasibility of the business of breeding mango fruit plants to producer income. and to determine the feasibility of a mango seedling breeder business using the R/C and B/C data analysis method. The results of this study are that the average total cost of a mango seed breeder business is IDR 145,216,627/year. The average income earned by the mango fruit plant breeder business is IDR 197,628,571/year so that the income obtained from the mango fruit plant seed breeder business is IDR 52,411,944/year. The financial feasibility analysis shows that if you look at the R/C value, this business is feasible because the R/C value is 1, which is 1.36 and if you look at the Net B/C value, this business is not feasible to be cultivated because the Net B/C value 1, which is equal to 0.36, means it is smaller than 1. So, the business of cultivating mango plant seeds is not feasible to be cultivated or run but provides little profit for entrepreneurs

Abstract

Satisfaction is an assessment of a product by comparing the reality and expectations of food delivery services. Food delivery services are one of the strategic solutions nowadays and promise benefits for culinary business people. One form of business that uses various fruits as the main raw material for its business is fruit salad. Nayo Salad is a Small and Medium Enterprises. located on Jl. Rahmadsyah Gg. Emse No.3 Medan Area District, Medan City Regency. marketing of Nayo fruit salad is marketed offline and online in partnership with Food delivery services in Gofood, Grab Food and Shopee Food services. This study aims to determine Consumer Satisfaction with Purchasing Nayo Fruit Salad through Go-Food, Grab Food and Shopee Food Services. Determining the location of this research was carried out using a purposive method (intentionally). The data analysis method uses the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results obtained from this study are the percentage of satisfaction levels for nayo salad consumers who buy through Gofood, Grab Food, and Shopee Food services based on the indicators studied, namely service quality, product quality, delivery speed, and distribution options for Nayo fruit salad products

Abstract

This research is for indentified and evaluate element internal and ekstenal escalation produktivitas of farmer is field  with the group of farmer in melati village ll. in this research, data analysis technique is using swot analysis withquantitative approach. the results of study shows that internally influence factors are legal entities, has aducation activity to farmers, group of farmer, has activity to farmer in order that can switch knowledge with other farmers from others village, keepingbook transfers regarding savings and loans, with the release of group farmer members there will be a reduction in the area of land for lowland rice production and the organizational structure is not working properly is a factor influencing the increase in productivity of lowland rice farmers on the role of farmer groups. Externally, the factor of influencing farmer are able to be used by tractor facilites and harvesting equipment, subsidized input facilities available to farmer groups, there are savings and loans for members of farmer groups, farmers consider organizational farmer groups to be unimportant, prices set for agricultural assistance tools are the same as tools conventional, and subsidized input facilities are not in accordance with the needs of farmers. Under these conditions, in general, the strategy for increasing the productivity of lowland rice farmers for the role of farmer groups in Melati II Village is that farmer groups have enormous strengths and opportunities to increase the productivity of lowland rice farmers for the role of farmer groups.
