Abstract

ISO 9001:2000 is an indicator of health service in Quality Management System it accommodates basic quality system for providing quality health service  based Standar Operating Procedures. The research purposes knowing patient evaluating of health services accepted in Public Health Center Certificated and non Certificated  ISO 9001:2000. The results of research for promoting health service of public health center. Method used descriptive-analitic with case control design, case is Puskesmas ISO and control is Puskesmas non-ISO. Population are patient whom visit public health center entire Pekalongan City, determining of sample size by quota which number of cases are 40 samples and controls are 40 samples. Data collection by interviewing respondences. Interview did in Puskesmas ISO that Puskesmas Kusuma Bangsa and Puskesmas Jenggot, Puskesmas non-ISO includes Puskesmas Bendan and Puskesmas Kramatsari. Results of data analyzing refer patients appreciate for Puskesmas ISO are regard with Puskesmas non-ISO. Better evaluating of Puskesmas ISO for the number of human resources and drugs quality. Cross tabulation shows patients satisfaction majority in Puskesmas non-ISO, statistic tests result known there isn’t relation betwen ISO 9001:2000 Sertification and patient satisfaction ( p = 0,762). Abstract

Teeth health education for school age is very important because that period is critics’ age or teeth development and also for psychology development so need approach method to knowledge and attitude especially oral and teeth health. So that teeth health education is done in Boto Kembang Elementary School Nanggulan Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. This Research’s have aim is to know health education effect about oral and teeth health to the knowledge and attitude in oral and teeth health care. The research is pre experimental research by One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Respondent in this research are all the students in class 3 and 4 in Boto Kembang Elementary School about 8 – 12th years old, they are 30 students and taking the sample with total sampling technique. Research instrument is questioner. The statistical test is making use of SPSS with the level significant p<0, 05. Knowledge and attitude analysis in school age in Boto Kembang Elementary School show that before given education, the knowledge level is good, 9 respondents and after given health education, 27 respondents are good. Data analyses for attitude, before given health education, respondent with good attitude level are 26 respondents and after given healtheducation become 26 respondents. T-test result show -0, 969, means that health education about teeth not affect the knowledge for school age. The conclusion of this research is that oral and teeth health education effect the knowledge but do not effect to the attitude school age about oral and teeth health care.Keywords: Teeth health education, knowledge, Attitude.

Abstract

Family has culture to communicates with child by well could create good pre condition for its grow of children intelligence. Comunication was looked at as process to change person behaviour. Study performance was result that got in the form impressions that cause of individual itself as result from activity in study. The objective of the research was to know correlation between verbal communication of parent with study performance of student. The research type was quantitative with cross sectional approach and carried out by using research instrument in the form of questionnaire. Independent variable in the research was varbal communication of person while the dependent variable was study performance of student. Sample in this research was student of 2nd class and 3nd class as much as 100 students at SMK Dwija Praja Pekalongan. From result of statistics test by using chi square test and a = 0,005 got result that there is correlation between verbal communication of parent with study performance of student at SMK Dwija Pekalongan (p value = 0,000). From result of the research shows there is correlation between verbal communication of parent with study performance of student at SMK Dwija Praja Pekalongan.Keywords : verbal communication, study performance, correlation

Abstract

KB (family planning program) is one of the well-being service preventif most base and principal for woman. To optimalisasi family well-being benefit berencana, service must be provided for woman by unite and fulfil principal reproduction well-being service need and other, with responsively towards various woman reproduction life stage. enhanced and extension kb be one of [the] effort to increase painfulness number and mother death. This watchfulness aims to get well-being elucidation gift influence description about effective contraception towards mothers participation post partum in ber-kb. quantitative watchfulness with design quasy experiment that uses method case control that done in 80 mothers samples especially mother post partum primipara this use instrument sheet checklist. mother post partum that given has 40 and not given education has 40 people. mother that come along to participate in ber-kb after give education as big as 92,5% and doesn't come along to participate as big as 7,5% while group control that come along to participate in ber-kb after given elucidation as big as 27,5% and doesn't come along to participate as big as 72,5%. from analysis result is got there influence according to significant (have a meaning) between elucidation gift with mother participation ber-KB. The conclusion of this research is influence  mother participation ber-KB after health education.Keywords: Health education, KB, Participation

Abstract

he drinking water factory in Ungaran who have the health services was preserved for employees during the work. The health services consist of the health services activity, health officer competency, equipment and health facility and health insurance. The problem of this research is about health service factors that influence to employees satisfaction. The aim of research are to know about relation between health services, health officer competency, equipment and facility, health insurance with the employees satisfaction on the company. The design of research  with used cross section approach. The technique which had used on taking the sample is random sampling or random with used simple formulae to ensure proportion and degrees of accuration on the level of statistic which significance so that got sample amount 153 persons. The technique to taking data is used questionnaire and obsevation paper. The analysis data is used chi square test with looking the coefficient of contingency and the value of probility to know relation between health service and employees satisfaction level. The results of research shown that the service quality is good and 70.4% of employees satisfied. The capability of health officer is poor that 84,7% of employees are not satisfied, facility and equipment quality is good that 57,9 % satisfied and health insurance quality is good, 68% satisfied. Suggestion to improve the level of employees satisfaction to the health service in the company are the company could increase the current health service for employees more satisfied and making simple process to arrange the health insurance procedures.Keywords : health occupational and employees satisfaction level
