Abstract

Abstarct:This study is aimed to explain the quality of Fiqh learning, describe mastery of prayer, describe of students prayer practice, determine the effect of the Fiqh learning quality on mastery of prayer, find out the effect of the fiqh learning quality on the practice of the prayer, explain the effect of the quality of Fiqh learning on the mastery and practice of prayer. This study uses a method of field survey research with analyst technique. Data collection used questionnaire to determine the quality of fiqh learning quality as variable X, mastery of prayer service as a variable Y1 and the practice of prayer as a variable Y2. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the average calculation of the quality of fiqh learning is 52% and it can be categorized as good. 2) The average value of the calculation of the results of the prayer mastery test in the students 'fiqh subject was 81. 3) The average value of the students' prayer practice was 19%. 4) The influence of the quality of fiqh learning on students' mastery and practice of prayer at a significant level of 5% obtained Fcount = 11.193, Ftable = 4.04 (Fh> Ftable). Thus it can be said that the magnitude of the influence of the quality variable of fiqh learning on the mastery and practice of prayer is 34.6%. So it can be concluded that the quality of fiqh learning towards prayer and practice of prayer for students is in the weak category, namely 34.6.Keywords: fiqh, quality of learning, prayer

Abstract

Education supervision in madrasah is carried out by the madrasah principal who acts as a supervisor. The madrasah principal must be able to carry out supervision activities to improve teacher performance. Supervision will be useful to identify deficiencies in the learning process carried out by teachers so far. Then look for solutions together to improve learning activities in class. This study reveals the supervision activities carried out by the principal of MA Sunan Prawoto on teacher's performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are: 1) Supervision is carried out through several stages, namely: planning, implementation, and follow up. Supervision is carried out by  madrasah principal and assisted by senior teachers. The things that are supervised include: administrative and academic supervision. Administrative supervision is carried out before the implementation of online class, while Academic supervision is carried out by means of supervisor joining virtual classes or online classes; 2) Obstacles in the implementation of supervision include: a) the tight schedule of the principal activities, b) the low IT skills of some educators, c) insufficient supporting facilities and infrastructure for online class; 3) The follow up taken in overcoming some teachers' mastery of teaching methods is by facilitated teachers to take online training through RUANG GURU application. Furthermore, madrasah also provide the facilities needed by these teachers in implementing online class in the form of the availability of adequate computers and gadgets.Keywords: Teacher; Madrasah Principal; Supervision

AbstractThis research aimed to describe the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of local content curriculum development at RA NU Banat Kudus. This research used qualitative approach and belongs to descriptive design. Data collection was done through observation, in depth interview, and documentation. The data was then analyzed by using triangulation technique. The research results showed that: 1) planning of local content curriculum development at RA NU Banat Kudus is done in the beginning of academic year and the material of local content is adjusted to the curriculum of Religion Ministry of Kudus. 2) Organizing of local content curriculum development classified by students’ age and taught classically in the classroom. 3) The implementation of development including the characteristic of local content curriculum (scope of teaching material, purpose, function, etc.) and implementation strategy. 4) Evaluation of local content curriculum development in learning process is done every day (daily achievement scale).Keywords: Curriculum Management, Curriculum Development, Local Content

Abstract

The routine work carried out by every individual even in the organization here is decision making. This paper presents the mini results regarding decision making in a madrasah. The practice of making decisions for each individual or organization is different. The purpose of this study is to look at decision making in educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and the data presentation is descriptive narrative. Data were collected by means of observation and interviews or personal communication at MTs Daarul Qur'an Daarussalam. The results showed that decision making at MTs Daarul Qur'an Daarussalam was carried out by deliberation. Deliberation is a method of decision making at MTs Daarul Qur'an Daarussalam as an effort to encourage the participation of madrasa citizens and take joint ownership decisions over the institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan konsep auditing system dalam penjaminan mutu pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Analisis data penelitian terkait dengan konsep auditing system dalam penjaminan mutu pendidikan Islam menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dengan langkah-langkah analisis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: audit atau pemeriksaan dalam arti luas bermakna evaluasi terhadap suatu organisasi, sistem, proses, atau produk. Audit dilaksanakan oleh pihak yang kompeten, objektif, dan tidak memihak yang disebut auditor. Tujuan diadakannya audit adalah untuk melakukan verifikasi bahwa subjek dari audit telah diselesaikan atau berjalan sesuai dengan standar, regulasi, dan praktik yang telah disetujui dan diterima. Dalam dunia pendidikan Islam, juga mengenal adanya istilah audit laporan keuangan yang biasanya dilakukan oleh akuntan publik untuk menilai seberapa wajar atau seberapa layak penyajian laporan keuangan ini dibuat oleh lembaga pendidikan tersebut, dengan mengacu pada prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku secara umum.

Abstract

Abstract:This research describes 2013 curriculum integration in Arabic subject in Madrasah Aliyah NU Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyah (TBS) Kudus. This research used qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. Research location is in MA NU Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyah (TBS) Kudus. Subject in this research was teachers, students, meanwhile the informant was headmaster, vice principal of students, teachers, and students’ parents. The method of collecting data was through observation, interview, and documentation. Research data analysis was using descriptive analysis. Its process was done since collecting data, so in field researcher had begun the analysis process till the end of research. This research concluded that: all Core Competence and Basic Competence of all subjects including Arabic should be aligned and integrated to vision of Madrasah Aliyah NU Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyah (TBS) Kudus, that is: tough in faith and taqwa, excellent in science and technology, advanced in achievement, and knowledgeable of Islam Ahlussunnah wal-Jama’ah.Keywords: 2013 curriculum integration, Arabic subject

Abstract

Abstract:This study is aimed to determine the implementation of learning tahfidz (memorizing) Al-Qur'an as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at the Pondok Tahfidz Yanaabii'ul Qur'an for Children Gebog Kudus. This research was a field research using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Research data were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The collected research data were then analyzed using induction method and deduction method. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that; first, the implementation of the management of Islamic religious education learning at the Pondok Tahfidz Yanaabii'ul Qur'an for Children includes three stages, they are planning, implementation, and learning evaluation. planning has been carried out in accordance with process standards. The implementation of learning has also been carried out in accordance with the standard process, although in implementation there are still some lacks. The learning evaluation or assessment carried out by the Tahfidz teacher is also in accordance with the process standard. Second, the supporting factors in the management of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning include; teachers as professional educators, the availability of learning media, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the high interest in student learning. While the inhibiting factor in the management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an is the different of students’ ability.Keywords: Learning Management; Tahfidz al-Qur’an; Pondok Pesantren
