In various literatures on the economy is divided into two sectors: the real sector which includes the service market and the market for goods, and the monetary sector which consists of the money market and the capital market (wealth). In some economic systems, the monetary (financial) flowing in a country will affect the rate of the economy. Monetary economy can be applied in a policy called monetary policy. In a conventional discussion, a monetary policy is implemented to achieve an increase in national income, to stabilize market prices, and to control the inflation rate. To achieve these macroeconomic goals, interest rates are used which is a weakness of the conventional monetary system. The subsequent use of interest rates has led to an economic crisis, even a global financial crisis, therefore there is monetary policy in the Islamic economy to reduce interest rates.It can be concluded that the influence of the financial system and monetary policy in the perspective of Islamic economics in the New Order era and Islam has its own monetary policy that is different from other economic systems. In the aspect of the goal of Islam, it does not only emphasize equilibrium between the demand and supply of money but also strives for equality with the principles of justice and brotherhood, so as to create a fair distribution of wealth and income as well. In connection with the needs of a new economic system, the Islamic monetary system offers a solution to overcome the financial crisis. [Di berbagai literature tentang ekonomi terbagi dalam dua sektor: sektor real yang mencakup pasar jasa dan pasar barang-barang, dan sektor moneter yang terdiri dari pasar uang dan pasar modal (kekayaan). Dalam sebagian sistem ekonomi, moneter (keuangan) yang mengalir di sebuah Negara akan mempengaruhi laju ekonomi. Ekonomi moneter bisa diaplikasikan dalam sebuah kebijakan yang disebut kebijakan moneter. Dalam suatu pembahasan konvensional, sebuah kebijakan moneter diJalankan untuk mencapai peningkatan pendapatan nasional, untuk menstabilkan harga pasar, dan mengontrol laju inflasi. Untuk memperoleh tujuan ekonomi makro tersebut, suku bunga digunakan di mana hal tersebut menjadi kelemahan dari sistem moneter konvensional. Penggunaan suku bunga selanjutnya sudah menyebabkan krisis ekonomi, bahkan krisis keuangan global maka dari itu adanya kebijakan moneter dalam ekonomi islam untuk mengurangi suku bunga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh sistem keuangan dan kebijakan moneter dalam perspektif ekonomi islam pada era orde baru dan islam memiliki kebijakan moneter tersendiri yang berbeda dengan sistem ekonomi lainnya. Pada aspek tujuan Islam tidak hanya menekankan equilibrium antara permintaan dan penawaran uang akan tetapi juga mengupayakan terjadinya pemerataan dengan prinsip keadilan dan persaudaraan, sehingga tercipta distribusi kekayaan dan pendapatan secara adil pula. Berkaitan dengan kebutuhan sistem ekonomi baru, sistem moneter islam menawarkan sebuah solusi untuk mengatasi krisis keuangan.]

Abstract

The right allocation of production inputs will provide benefits for farmers. Farmers cultivate potato with different allocation of production inputs. The wrong understanding of the assumption that the more production inputs allocated, the higher the productivity of the crops cultivated, is the cause of the higher production costs incurred by farmers, causing inefficiency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the use of production inputs and the allocative efficiency of seeds, fertilizers Phonska, fertilizers Za, pesticides, and labor on the productivity level of potatos farming. The research was conducted through interviews with 30 potato farmers as respondents who were selected through purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Cobb-Douglas production function model and allocative efficiency analysis. The results showed that land area and labor had a significant positive effect on potatos productivity, while seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides had no significant effect on potatos productivity. In potato farming in Ngaduman, seeds and labor production inputs are not allocatively efficient, while production inputs for fertilizers Phonska , fertiluzers Za and pesticide are allocatively inefficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the reciprocal teaching learning model on the critical thinking ability of students in class iv science content of Elementary School 32 Cakranegara. This research design is an experimental design used is Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design pattern. This study uses 4 stages of Reciprocal Teaching research, namely, summarizing, questioning, predicting, and clarifying. The research was conducted at Elementary School 32 Cakranegara, Sandubaya District, Cakranegara. Data collection tools use observation and tests. The results showed that the Reciprocal Teaching Method had a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test using the independent samples t-test formula assisted by the statistical application SPSS 16.0 for windows obtained data that tcount (6.496) > t-table (1.998). That is, Ho is rejected Ha accepted, namely the Reciprocal Teaching method affects students' critical thinking skills in science lesson content.

Abstract

Batik is one of the cultural heritages that has become the identity of the Indonesian nation. UNESCO (United Nation Educational, Scientific and Cultural) in 2009 determined that batik meets the criteria as a world heritage. Besides being rich in symbols and beauty, batik has a philosophical meaning in the life of the Indonesian people. In this study, the authors aim to examine the sources of ideas and symbolic meanings of the batik motif "The Great Mosque of Demak and Its Ornaments". Techniques for collecting data using observation and interviews. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of the research are expected to increase the interest of the community, especially Demak, about batik in Demak.

Abstract

The demand for housing needs in Indonesian society is still quite large and this is positively welcomed by housing developers to compete in providing the best housing for the community. From the data on available housing units above compared to the housing needs (backlog) by the community, there is still a very large gap. For example, the need for houses in West Java in 2021 is 2,638,153 units, while the available housing units in 2021 are only 11,115 units. In fulfilling the provision of residential houses, small and medium scale property developers need capital both for purchasing land and building units. This is where crowdfunding exists to help developers take advantage of opportunities to provide housing by supporting the availability of developer capital. From the investor side, Securities Crowdfunding is also a new alternative as a choice of investment instruments. The increase in the number of people who are aware of investment currently is also accompanied by an increasing number of investment instruments that are growing in society. Through the SCF scheme, investors and parties who need funding will be brought together through a digital-based platform or application. This is where property developers need capital and the desire of investors to look for investment instruments that are safe and with attractive investment profit sharing can be filled with the presence of SCF.Research method using STP and Marketing Mix (NICE and 4 P) strategies.Result This analysis can help the securities crowdfunding companies in property in Indonesia use their marketing strategy.

Abstract

Tanah Surga Merah is one of the novels by Arafat Nur, the winner of the Jakarta Arts Council (Dewan Kesenian Jakarta-DKJ) novel competition in 2016. Previously, Arafat Nur has won a DKJ novel competition in 2010 through Lampuki's controversial novel which has reaped many blasphemies and also praise. Tanah Surga Merah was chosen as the object of research because it raised the issue of power that occurred in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. This research aims to reveal the various forms of power relations contained in the novel Tanah Surga Merah by Arafat Nur. What kinds of power relations appear in the novel? To reveal the power relations that appear in the novel, it will be used a study of power relations belonging to Michel Foucault. Novel Tanah Surga Merah by Arafat Nur work presents the power relations that happened to the people of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam in 2014. These power relations work through media spread through religion, culture, country, institution, social body and individual body.

Abstract

Research on the growth of water jasmine stem cuttings in various planting media aims to study the response of water jasmine stem cuttings to different planting media and obtain the best planting medium for the growth of water jasmine stem cuttings. The experiment uses a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatment groups of planting media and 5 replications, resulting in 20 experimental units. The planting media used as treatments are paddy soil, paddy soil + chicken manure fertilizer, paddy soil + cow manure fertilizer, and paddy soil + burnt rice husk. Growth parameters observed include percentage of growth, plant height, and the number of leaves. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the growth of water jasmine stem cuttings showed significantly different responses when planted in various types of media. The best planting medium to accelerate the growth of water jasmine stem cuttings is paddy soil + cow manure fertilizer, with greater plant height and leaf count compared to the other three treatments.

Abstract

This study discusses collaborative governance in managing mud-affected villages in Sidoarjo Regency. The Sidoarjo mudflow has occurred since 2004 and until now there has been no final decision regarding the arrangement of the affected villages in the three sub-districts namely Porong, Jabon and Tanggulangin. Meanwhile, the community and villages affected by the mud must immediately receive follow-up so that they can carry out their functions properly. This research serves to analyze how the process of village arrangement, supporting factors and inhibiting factors as well as efforts to overcome them. Referring to the collaborative governance model according to Ansel and Gash with a descriptive qualitative research method. The author uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that collaborative governance has been carried out in the process of structuring villages affected by the Sidoarjo mudflow quite well covering the initial conditions related to inadequate human resources in terms of quantity and supporting financial resources, institutional design related to institutions that are already good, basic rules that already exist , and transparency that has been carried out, facilitative leadership by stakeholders, and collaborative processes related to face to face dialogue, building trust and understanding between collaboration participants, sharing understanding and mission as well as intermediate outcomes in the form of review papers and draft regional regulations. However, there are still inhibiting factors, namely the initial condition of inadequate human resources in quantity, the process of formulating village arrangements that took too long and the community's understanding that could not be uniformed resulted in obstacles in the process of structuring villages affected by the Sidoarjo mudflow.

Abstract

Oil and gas industry is an industry that has activities with a high level of risk both related to personal safety and process safety. Failure to maintain the safety aspect of the company can have a negative impact on financial, reputation and even a negative consequences from government. In maintaining company performance related to safety, each oil and gas company sets safety performance standards which are included in the company's performance targets. There are several factors that influence safety performance. Therefore this study aims to examine the factors that influence safety performance by mediating safety climate in the Indonesian oil and gas industry. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed to 420 oil and gas field workers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling using Smart PLS 4 with 13 hypotheses. The results showed that the factors that had a significant direct effect on safety performance were safety climate and safety culture, while those that had an indirect effect were safety climate, mental health and safety culture. companies can improve safety performance by strengthening the factors that are significantly influential: safety climate, safety culture, mental health and safety behavior.

Abstract

The importance of knowledge of the 3M health protocols on 3M behavior in breaking the chain of infectious disease transmission, especially Covid-19. Health protocols that should be followed by all layers of society during activities are known as the 3M (washing hands, wearing masks, and maintaining distance). This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of the 3M health protocols and 3M behavior among bank security guards in Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan. The research methodology used is analytical with a cross-sectional design. The study population consists of bank security guards in Sintang Regency who are actively on duty and willing to fill out a questionnaire from December 2021 to May 2022. Univariate data will be presented in tabular form (characteristics, frequencies, and percentages). Bivariate data will be displayed in tables and analyzed using cross-tabulation and the chi-square test. In the chi-square test, a significance value (p-value) of < 0.05 is obtained, indicating a relationship between the knowledge level of the 3M health protocols and 3M behavior related to COVID-19 among bank security guards in Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of quality services and prices on customer satisfaction in online workshops supercar.id south tangerang. The research method used in the research This is a quantitative method with an associative approach, collection method the data used is a questionnaire questionnaire, with sampling using the solvency method. The analytical method used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normalitytest, multicollinearity test,test heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression test, linear regression test multiple, correlation coefficient test, coefficient determination test, T test, and F test. Results research hypothesis testing partially variable service quality (X1) t value obtained > t table (17,383 > 0.2072) this is also strengthened with a significance value of 0.001 <0.005. This means that the quality of service has an effect positive on customer satisfaction. Price variable statistical test (X2) is obtained t count > t table (20.035 > 0.2072) this is also reinforced by the value significance 0.001 <0.05. This means that the price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained the calculated f value > f table or (372,688 > 3.10) this is also strengthened by a significance value 0.001 <0.05. So it can be said that the quality of service and price significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Coefficient determination obtained R square value of 0.895, meaning the quality of service and prices together have a contribution of 89.5% influence on customer satisfaction. While the remaining 10.5% is influenced by factors others that were not examined in this study.
