In various literatures on the economy is divided into two sectors: the real sector which includes the service market and the market for goods, and the monetary sector which consists of the money market and the capital market (wealth). In some economic systems, the monetary (financial) flowing in a country will affect the rate of the economy. Monetary economy can be applied in a policy called monetary policy. In a conventional discussion, a monetary policy is implemented to achieve an increase in national income, to stabilize market prices, and to control the inflation rate. To achieve these macroeconomic goals, interest rates are used which is a weakness of the conventional monetary system. The subsequent use of interest rates has led to an economic crisis, even a global financial crisis, therefore there is monetary policy in the Islamic economy to reduce interest rates.It can be concluded that the influence of the financial system and monetary policy in the perspective of Islamic economics in the New Order era and Islam has its own monetary policy that is different from other economic systems. In the aspect of the goal of Islam, it does not only emphasize equilibrium between the demand and supply of money but also strives for equality with the principles of justice and brotherhood, so as to create a fair distribution of wealth and income as well. In connection with the needs of a new economic system, the Islamic monetary system offers a solution to overcome the financial crisis. [Di berbagai literature tentang ekonomi terbagi dalam dua sektor: sektor real yang mencakup pasar jasa dan pasar barang-barang, dan sektor moneter yang terdiri dari pasar uang dan pasar modal (kekayaan). Dalam sebagian sistem ekonomi, moneter (keuangan) yang mengalir di sebuah Negara akan mempengaruhi laju ekonomi. Ekonomi moneter bisa diaplikasikan dalam sebuah kebijakan yang disebut kebijakan moneter. Dalam suatu pembahasan konvensional, sebuah kebijakan moneter diJalankan untuk mencapai peningkatan pendapatan nasional, untuk menstabilkan harga pasar, dan mengontrol laju inflasi. Untuk memperoleh tujuan ekonomi makro tersebut, suku bunga digunakan di mana hal tersebut menjadi kelemahan dari sistem moneter konvensional. Penggunaan suku bunga selanjutnya sudah menyebabkan krisis ekonomi, bahkan krisis keuangan global maka dari itu adanya kebijakan moneter dalam ekonomi islam untuk mengurangi suku bunga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh sistem keuangan dan kebijakan moneter dalam perspektif ekonomi islam pada era orde baru dan islam memiliki kebijakan moneter tersendiri yang berbeda dengan sistem ekonomi lainnya. Pada aspek tujuan Islam tidak hanya menekankan equilibrium antara permintaan dan penawaran uang akan tetapi juga mengupayakan terjadinya pemerataan dengan prinsip keadilan dan persaudaraan, sehingga tercipta distribusi kekayaan dan pendapatan secara adil pula. Berkaitan dengan kebutuhan sistem ekonomi baru, sistem moneter islam menawarkan sebuah solusi untuk mengatasi krisis keuangan.]

Microsoft Office Translator This study aims to analyze the concept of moral education in the Book of Ayyuhal Walad by Imam Ghazali and Serat Wulangreh by Pakubuwono IV, analyze the similarities and differences in the concept of moral education in the Book of Ayyuhal Walad by Imam Ghazali and Serat Wulangreh by Paku Buwono IV, analyze the concept of moral education in the Book of Ayyuhal Walad by Imam Ghazali and Serat Wulangreh by Pakubuwono IV is still relevant to Islamic education today. This type of research is literature research. The approach used in this study is a descriptive historical approach. The primary data used in this study were Kitab Ayyuhal Walad written by Imam Ghazali and Serat Wulangreh written by Pakubuwono IV. Data collection techniques with documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis methods, content analysis and critical analysis. The Discussion Method uses, inductive method, deductive method and comparative method. The results of this study that: a) the source of moral education is the Qur'an, al Sunah, ijmak, qiyas, adat and anyone who gives good, b) The purpose of moral education is to practice knowledge, have a good personality and stay away from bad behavior, seek knowledge with the aim of seeking a formal diploma is not appropriate and inappropriate because it is part of the purpose of the world, c) Educational materials are dhahir and batin (heart) educational materials sourced from sharia which includes tawhid, Sufism, ubudiyah and dhauq, which dhauq cannot be achieved except by practice, d) Everyone who learns knowledge must have a teacher or murshid. Abstract

Piper betle L. var. Nigra (black betel) contains secondary metabolites and has biological activity as antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, etc. To increase the production of secondary metabolites, an alternative method is needed, namely cell suspension culture. This study aims to determine the effect of abiotic and biotic elicitor on callus biomass produced from cell suspension culture. Leaf explants were grown on Murasige and Skoog (MS) medium with the addition of growth regulator 2.4-D 0.5 mg/L and BAP 2.0 mg/L with abiotic elicitors CuSO4, ZnSO4, HgCl2 and CoCl2 with a concentration of 0.5; 1.0 and 2.5 mg/L. The biotic elicitor used was Aspergillus niger with a concentration of 0.025%; 0.050% and 0.1%. The cultures were incubated for 8 weeks. 0.5 g callus was subcultured on 25 mL cell suspension medium. The suspension culture was shaken at 110 rpm. In this suspension culture, the callus was incubated for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of age callus on suspension medium was harvested and weighed the fresh and dry weight. The results showed that the highest average dry weight was found in the treatment with abiotic elicitor CuSO4 0.5 mg/L at 0.088 g.

Abstract

In the business world, effective communication is essential to achieve success in establishing relationships with clients, business partners, and co-workers. In today's ongoing digital age, technology has changed the way we communicate making it easier for individuals or groups to connect with each other remotely. One of the most popular chat apps today is WhatsApp, and in the business world, WhatsApp Business can provide many benefits. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of what features can be used on WhatsApp Business for business purposes. The data collection method used in this study is to use secondary data, namely through literature review obtained from journals or supporting articles. WhatsApp Business offers a variety of features, such as contact lists, sending messages with interesting content, using automated messages, offering special promotions, and providing customer support. These features are very useful in increasing sales, saving time and effort, and maintaining consistent communication with customers.

Abstract

The focus of this research is service quality on customer satisfaction at J&T Bandung Kulon, Bandung City. This research is motivated by the existence of a relationship between the two variables based on several previous studies. As for service quality, there are 5 (five) variables in it, namely: Reliability Variable, Direct Evidence Variable, Responsiveness Variable, Assurance Variable, and Empathy Variable. For service quality, there are 3 (three) variables in it, namely: Service Indicator, Enterprise Satisfaction, and Product or Service Satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at J&T Bandung Kulon, Bandung City. Respondents in this study amounted to 22 people and data were collected through interview techniques. The results of this study are that in terms of service quality, J&T Express Bandung Kulon still needs to make improvements in terms of the shuttle service. Then in terms of customer satisfaction it is still relatively low from the results of the interviews conducted

Abstract

The Bontolemngan community, Buki District, Selayar Islands Regency is a traditional village that still maintains their traditional ancestral culture. The marriage system that still exists in the era of globalization is adat attaralu. the purpose of this study is to find out the symbolic meanings contained in the attaralu custom which is carried out in Bontolemngan Village, Buki District, Selayar Islands Regency. This study uses qualitative methods through a case study approach with descriptive analysis including collecting presentation data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that there are three main processes in implementing the attaralu custom, namely a'pissalingi, ambaung patingroang, and attaralu, these three processes have deep philosophical meaning for the people of Bontolemapangan Village, Buki District, Selayar Islands Regency.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a new phenomenon that has an impact on the whole world, including Indonesia. The rapid transmission of the virus prompted the government to issue regulations on limiting physical activity. This restriction policy has an impact not only on the health sector but also occurs in various other sectors such as the economy, education and transportation. Restrictions by the government and public concern about the Covid-19 virus resulted in a decrease in daily routines. People switch to using technology to meet their daily needs, for example for work purposes. This research specifically wants to see and measure the influence of work from home activities on travel behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. This influence is measured using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) quantitative analysis to see the impact of exogenous variables on endogenous variables through variables work from home that are composed of certain constructs as a whole. The results of the study show changes and influences between work from home activities and travel behavior after it occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research discusses the Certification Scheduling application (SITASI) / processing website that can manage data and schedule certification activities which aim to assist ITCC assistants and laboratory heads in carrying out certification activities. Difficulties in data management are known to still run sequentially using different software, thus causing inefficiency in time utilization. In the design of this application, the author uses the RATIONAL UNIFIED PROCESS (RUP) method which ensures practically using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) or object-oriented. Based on the implementation of the method in the design of the SItasi application, it has been proven that the application can assist ITCC in managing data and scheduling certification to be integrated so that the creation of an integrated application door that is used for effective use of time is fulfilled.

Microsoft Office Translator This study aims to analyze the process of developing the yellow book curriculum of pesantren in improving the quality of education at Al-Ittihad Poncol Islamic Boarding School, Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School Petak Semarang Regency. To analyze the implications of developing the yellow book curriculum in improving the quality of education in the Al-Ittihad Poncol Islamic Boarding School in Semarang Regency and the Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School in Semarang Regency, to analyze the reasons why the yellow book curriculum needs to be applied in the Islamic boarding school environment in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with natural characteristics (Natural Setting) as a source of direct, descriptive data, process is more important than results. Primary data of caregivers, heads of Islamic boarding schools, chairmen and representatives of the curriculum, ustadz, and Santri sons / daughters of Al-Ittihad Poncol Islamic boarding school and Al-Huda Petak Islamic boarding school. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis methods, content analysis and critical analysis. The Discussion Method uses, inductive method, deductive method and comparative method. The results of this study are a) The history of al-Ittihad Islamic Boarding School and al-Huda Islamic Boarding School developed from Sufism Islamic boarding schools, studying the Qur'an and studying the yellow book using the classical system, b) The development process of Islamic boarding schools Pesantren al-Ittihad and Pesantren al-Huda through planning, organizing, implementing and controlling, in accordance with existing theories, c) Implications of Pesantren al-Ittihad and Pesantren al-Huda in their development on quality Education has two aspects, namely: Characteristics of quality Pesantren Education and curriculum development, d) The Yellow Book curriculum must still be applied in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia: a) The yellow book has been tested for hundreds of years. b) The Yellow Book is still authentic (preserved authenticity), c) Ease of access, d) memorization, accuracy and a lot of practice.
