Abstract

Information System of Technical Supervision and Planning Reports is a web-based system that is used to manage the process of supervision and technical planning activities in the CV. Tata Saka Consultant. The process in this system is focused on the process of collecting and archiving reports on activities carried out by employees. CV. Tata Saka Consultant which is a civil works consulting company domiciled in the city of Purbalingga and has routine activities in providing planning and supervision services to the Public Works Department. Because the process of collecting and archiving activity reports that are still manual and has not been computerized so that errors often occur in the placement of archiving reports of activities carried out by employees, the main purpose of this system is to help the process of gathering and archiving activity reports become more structured. The method used in the development of the Information System for Supervision and Technical Planning Reports is the Prototyping development method which requires a lot of discussion and evaluation between developers and users so that the system developed can be fully in accordance with what is expected by the user. Development on this system uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript and uses the MySQL database with the Black-box testing method. After all testing is carried out, this system is stated to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of planning and technical supervision activities at CV. Tata Saka Consultant based on the assessment obtained from all users.

Abstract

Betta fish are known as fighting fish, are aggressive and like to attack several types of Betta fish. They have attractive body colors, beautiful fins, calm and dignified movements. However, there are still many people who are wrong in distinguishing the types of betta fish, especially for those who just bought them, so to help determine the type of betta fish, a Matlab application was built to determine the types of betta fish based on their shape. K-Nearest Neighbor can classify objects based on learning data that is closest to the object so that the results can be more accurate. Canny is known as the optimal edge detection, this algorithm provides a low error rate. Invariant Moment is a feature extraction method that produces 7 features used to recognize an object. The combination of K-Nearest Neighbor, Canny, and Invariant Moment resulted in a fairly high accuracy for determining the type of betta fish, namely an average of 68.5714%, for training data with a total of 70 betta fish data, and 70%, for test data with the number 20 Betta fish data.

Abstract

Achievement is the result of a measurable and scheduled learning process within a certain time. Therefore, this achievement becomes a benchmark for the success of a learning process, especially for students who are used as reflections for improvement to get better. However, since the Covid-19 outbreak, all students have carried out online teaching and learning activities from home, this is certainly a problem for every student. So that face-to-face learning is hampered, the online method is not effective, it has an impact on the decline in student achievement at SDN Cisarua 01. The results of field observations found that the students' semester exam results were on average unsatisfactory and inversely proportional to the results of the assignments done. the students at home satisfactorily. The Fuzzy Analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method is used in this second phase of research in order to reduce the ranking of the same value from phase one with the Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method, so as to increase the accuracy of the weighting of the method used. The criteria used in the study to improve student achievement are the criteria for parental support, facilities, environment and school. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method is able to provide a solution in reducing the ranking process which has the same value as the percentage obtained by 68% and the percentage of unequal ranking 32%. This research is able to help the school take a decision to overcome the decline in student achievement. So that it can have an impact on the school in determining ranking decisions to overcome the decline in student achievement.

Abstract

A company to achieve its goals, one of the factors is the performance of employees according to company standards, employees will provide performance with company standards with the company's reciprocity on employees for example in the payroll aspect. The purpose of this research is to help companies with appropriate payroll so that it has a good impact on productivity, garment companies that produce various types of clothing require employees with sewing skills which are one of the most important aspects of production. The problem is in the production process that is hampered, one of the factors for decreasing employee performance is the incompatibility of salary with the abilities of employees. The k-medoids clustering method can help companies cluster employees according to the employee's ability value as a benchmark for wages, from 50 samples of employees and an assessment of the various skills possessed by employees so that the calculation results in the first cluster of 24 employees with a salary received Rp 100,000 per day, the second cluster the number of 16 employees with a salary received Rp 90,000 per day, the third cluster of 10 employees with a salary received Rp 80,000 per day. So it can be concluded that the clustering method can help companies with the right targets for grouping employee salaries according to the employee's abilities so that company productivity is not disturbed by declining employee performance or employee complaints over the incompatibility of payroll with employee abilities

Abstract

Community Participant Program Services (In Indonesia: Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is an activity that must be carried out by final year students in Indonesia. Community Participant Program Services are intended so that students can apply the knowledge gained in lectures to people's lives. The Covid-19 pandemic made all available resources mobilized to be able to cope with the pandemic that occurred, Community Participant Program Services were directed by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture to be able to help the situation by making Community Participant Program Services in the form of Covid 19 volunteers. Indonesia is an archipelagic country consisting of 33 provinces and more than 17000 islands with diverse geographical contours and unattended telecommunication facilities in all locations requiring a volunteer monitoring system that is simple, effective, and easy to use. The system proposed in this research is based on telegram which has the advantage of ease and speed of development in adapting to changes in the rules that apply during the epidemic period. This research has contributed to monitoring the activities and health of the 2847 Covid-19 volunteers from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman who are scattered throughout Indonesia and facilitating decision.

Abstract

Digital technologies in the world continue to develop in various sectors. This happens not only in developed countries, but also in developing countries such as Indonesia. A trend that continues to develop in the world of information technology becomes a consideration when starting a start-up company. In order to anticipate changes and developments in this trend, it is not uncommon for problems to arise that can directly affect the quality of service for startups. Therefore, a startup needs to create a dynamic culture and infrastructure for the introduction of new technologies. The problems start when startups mature, with more teams, more complex systems, and more traffic to websites or apps. At this stage, startups usually start thinking about scalability issues. to avoid problems, a startup must develop the right architecture for a software product, and a microservices architecture can be a solution to problems. A microservices architecture is an architectural style that structures an application as a collection of small self-contained services modeled around a business domain. This chapter describes the design of microservices architecture for software product in Startup Using Web Service Implementation Methodology .

Abstract

Yapi Sunni Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic da'wah and education foundations located in Tegalgondo, Wonosari, Klaten. Yapi is active in the management of religious education with the vision of creating a generation of Muslims who are expected to be the successors of future generations who are tough and knowledgeable. The students' academic data management system to report generation, Yapi Islamic Boarding School uses a combination of manual data recording with paper media, archives, and Microsoft Office which in its application often problems arise when collecting data manually and the possibility of being damaged, lost or exposed to a virus attack is quite high. This study aims to design a web-based Islamic boarding school academic information system that can provide access for aliyah level student academic data managers and provide access for student parents to monitor their child's development. The system will be designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL as database management, and the CodeIgniter framework. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method. The result of this research is a web-based Yapi Sunni Islamic boarding school information system. Based on the results of blackbox testing, this system can run well and the results of UAT testing carried out by users, obtained an average percentage of 93%, it can be concluded that the system is in accordance with the needs and can be accepted by user.

Abstract

Online booking is one way to find and order easily using media connected using the internet network so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime easily so that it can increase time effectiveness. One of the applications is Telkom Room which functions to help Telkom employees to book meeting rooms online to make them easier to use and don't need to come to the office and contact them to use them. The Booking Room website also uses the agile development method because the software development process requires a relatively short period and does not require enormous resources. Therefore, changes can be handled more quickly according to client needs and provide feedback to the development team in the manufacturing process. The existence of this Booking Room website can help facilitate the user in the room booking process so that the user does not have to come directly to the office and so that it is fast and easy to carry out the meeting process that will be held.

Abstract

Development of E- School Management using LMS. This research aims to find out: E- Management media development design using Learning Management system (LMS) application, Research Method used in this research is research with development(Research and Development). The development model used in the study was adapted from Borg &Gall. It begins by looking for information from various sources about the problem, needs and solutions to be provided, then continue on planning what about the product that is it will be designed, after which it continues on the initial stage design of lms-based e-management development first made, after which validation is carried out by experts who Consisting of two media experts, once valid then the researcher proceeds at the limited scale test stage Of the research subject in development research. Data analysis used in this study is qualitative analysis with data collection methods using the results of interviews, observations and also discussion results. In this study the results obtained are the development of E-management applications using LMS is very feasible to use with presentation results as much as 78% and very feasible. used.

Abstract

In the implementation of a computer-based national assessment, a proctor is needed to control the assessment process so that it runs well. The selection of proctors is carried out by each educational unit, where the problem is that the selection is still done manually with unclear criteria assessment and lack of transparency in the assessment so that it is considered less than optimal. For this reason, a decision support system was created to assist each educational unit in selecting a proctor. The method used is the profile matching method, namely the profile matching method which is assessed with the assessment criteria. The research method used is a quantitative method, which is a method that uses calculations to get values ​​to determine the results of a study. Data collection techniques using interview methods, observation methods and literature study. Based on the calculation of the value in the selection of proctors with the profile matching method, it shows that the profile matching method has succeeded in obtaining the results of the assessment effectively and efficiently so that the selection of the proctor based on the highest assessment results can be carried out quickly and accurately.
