<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan strategi pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengatasi black campaign sawit untuk meningkatkan ekspor crude palm oil (CPO) (2007-2012). Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai negara penghasil minyak sawit terbesar di dunia, Indonesia seringkali mendapat sorotan dan tuduhan negatif dari dunia. Beberapa negara menganggap bahwa masalah menanam kelapa sawit di tanah gambut dan hutan primer dan grassland penyebab emisi gas rumah kaca. Dari latar belakang tersebut, pertanyaan yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi strategi pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengatasi black campaign sawit untuk meningkatkan ekspor crude palm oil (CPO) (2007-2012)? Pertanyaan tersebut diteliti dengan menggunakan teori diplomasi ekonomi, teori green marketing strategy, green product, diplomasi publik dan kampanye public relations. Dalam diplomasi ekonomi tersebut, strategi yang digunakan pemerintah adalah Green marketing strategy yang didalamnya terdapat aspek pemasaran green product. Untuk mendukung berlangsungnya Green marketing strategy Indonesia melakukan diplomasi publik dan kampanye public relations yang diimplementasikan melalui program green campaign yang dimulai oleh pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 2007.Kata Kunci: Crude palm oil, Black Campaign, Green Campaign, diplomasi ekonomi, green marketing strategy, green product, diplomasi publik, kampanye public relationsDOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jgp.v4i01.1923]]>

<![CDATA[This research is drawn upon Anies Baswedan candidacy for Jakarta gubernatorial election which was supported by Gerinda and PKS even though he was a Jokowi proponent back in the 2014 presidential election. Despite the contradiction, Anies Baswedan was still appointed in the Jakarta gubernatorial candidacy. This research will be focusing on how the process of political recruitment behind Anies Baswedan- Sandiaga Uno’s appointment was conducted. Using political recruitment theory by Rush and Althoff, and elite theory by Nazaruddin Syamsuddin and Mosca, this research argues that their candidacy was done enclosed. Which mean, they did not get to deal with an internal selection of Gerinda, nor the wide selection (pemira) by PKS. Therefore, this research suggests that the Anies-Sandi gubernatorial candidacy was arranged by the elite trio: Jusuf Kalla, Prabowo Subianto and Shohibul Iman. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the role of the Crisis Management Initiative (CMI) in the resolution of conflict between the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) and the Indonesian government. Post-independence Indonesia in 1945, Aceh felt that they have been colonized by Indonesia to exploit the natural resources and that there is an economic inequality between Aceh and other areas in Indonesia. GAM is formed to fight against the Government of Indonesia (GoI) as the result of the disappointment that has been experienced by the people of Aceh. GAM seeks to liberate Aceh from Indonesia and to restore the rights of the deprived people of Aceh. This study discusses the role of CMI between the GAM-GoI using conflict resolution theory, which focuses on the process to transform a conflict into peace, and also the theory of non-governmental organization’s role, which focuses on the non-governmental organizations as the actors who are able to influence the conflict resolution. Overall, this research argues that the CMI's role in the conflict resolution between GAM-GoI is as mediators, facilitators and observers. The period of the study is limited from the 2005 to 2012. <![CDATA[Brexit is a historic phenomenon of Great Britain that wants its country out of the European Union through a referendum policy implemented on June 23, 2016. The results of the referendum Brexit resulted in the decision that the Great Britain must be out of the membership of European Union. The result is entirely left to the people of Great Britain. To analyze the Brexit policy, the use of domestic political level analysis is able to explain the role of domestic actors that influence foreign policy. One of the influential domestic actors in the Brexit policy is British public opinion. In producing Brexit policy, public opinion can‟t be separated from the influence that from within and abroad. It is analyzed using Two-level Games and the theory of decision-making abroad. Brexit dynamics that occurred in 2015-2016 is inseparable from the influence of the political parties of the United Kingdom through the group Vote Leave and Vote Remain. The effects are conveyed through campaign activities conducted directly and through social media. In addition, external factors also influence the public opinion of the United Kingdom about Brexit policy of Euroscepticism. The growing influence of Euroscepticism in the European region has had an impact on people's decisions at the time of the referendum. These influences can be seen from the final result of the referendum deciding to "Leave" or leave the EU membership. <![CDATA[This article seeks to explain the Indonesian foreign policy in the integration of ASEAN cooperation related to the handling of drugs and drug trafficking. Illegal trade in drugs/hazardous materials in the form of narcotics or abbreviated Narcotics, is a challenge for the Indonesian government because it can threaten national security. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis article explaining about the influence of national attributes in the foreign policy decision making process. Using proposition of Hudson, this article focuses on military and economic capabilities of the state. In this case, United States of America (USA) has been chosen as the best example because of two factors. First, USA known as an aggressive state. It can be seen in her involvement in some military show of force, such as deployment her THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) system in South Korea to countervails North Korea. Second, USA had a great economic capability that used to support the development of their military capability. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTGlobalization has had a significant impact on the development of world tourism. Technological developments in globalization have caused a shift in the industry paradigm from conventional industries to industry 4.0. From industry 4.0, the concept of tourism 4.0 emerged. Today, more and more countries are beginning to follow the concept of tourism 4.0 to develop their tourism industry to the international level. Indonesia is one of the countries implementing the 4.0 tourism concept as a strategy to develop its tourism industry through the Wonderful Indonesia nation branding. The tourism strategy 4.0 undertaken by Indonesia seeks to engage millennial to contribute to developing the Wonderful Indonesia branding nation. The aim is to increase the tourism market at both the domestic and international level. <![CDATA[Since the 1990s, IUU Fishing has been a threat to Indonesian maritim security.Natuna Sea, Arafura Sea, and Sulu Sulawesi Seais vulnerable location which IUU Fishing happen. Not only defense function, but also IUU Fishing has become threat to public welfare. IUU Fishing threatening fishery industry that become source of employment and food stock in fishery sector. Therefore, Indonesia applies maritim strategy in the form of ship sinking policy and improve function of surveillance as a control in the maritim region. This research will explain how the impact ofthe application of ship sinking policy to enhancing maritim security related to the threat of IUU Fishing in the NKRI territory in 2014-2017.The application of maritim strategy has an impact on improving Indonesian maritim security. Improvement in maritim security is measured based on maritim security indicators. The maritim security indicators are measured based on 4 dimensions of the concept of maritim security,namely sea power, marine safety, blue economy, and human resilience. <![CDATA[The arguments on terrorism has been debated since long time, and yet ther has been no collective agreement of how to define terrorism. As a major Moslem country, Indonesia also has this problem, diversity of definitions. Here, terrorism is crossing path with religious and nationalism discourses. This writing is aimed to mapping the various definition of terrorism in both academia and government. This paper consist of three parts. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTMexico is a major supplier in drug trafficking in the United States. United States be used as market for Mexican cartels in the illegal drug trade. Drug trafficking that occurred in the border region between the two countries increasingly make the concerns of both countries as an increase in murder, violence, kidnapping. Crimes committed by Mexican drug cartels aiming to compete with other cartels and want to master the southwest border region. In addressing the problem of illegal drug trafficking in the border region, the two countries decided to create a cooperation agreement in the Merida Initiative.
