Abstract

ABSTRACTSpace not only offer scientific benefits but also has the potential of industrial, commercial and social, it is an attraction that emerged since the beginning of the Space Age. Gradual involvement of the private sector is known as the second era. In this second era, the private sector began to offer launch services or the operation of their own space objects. This era also known as futures space is closely related to space tourism activities. Space tourism then can‟t not be separated from the service provider space accommodation. Among the service provider sector trip into space, commonly called commercial human-base spaceflight. The Legal Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space that containe involvement of the private sector should be under the auspices and responsibility of the country concerned, therefore, the necessary regulatory and legal shelter framework. An international model that exists today following the space tourism industry standard that is owned by the United States, called the United States or the Commercial Space Launch Act (CSLA). United States domestic law allows the minister of regulations governing the transport in all activities related to the aerospace industry. The domestic law, namely Law of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, or called (NAS Act). If related to this study, the authors examine the policy that focuses on the regulation of private commercial spaceflight that emerged in the era of President Barack Obama. Post-issuance of space policy by President Obama, resulting in a rapid growth in the spacecraft industry and flight crew (spaceflight). Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Literacy Initiative For Empowerment (LIFE) is a UNESCO framework set up to help increase literacy rates in 35 countries. The LIFE framework was born to achieve some of the goals set out in EFA (Education For All), Dakar in 2000. Dakar Goals 3 on meeting the learning needs of young and mature people, Dakar Goals 4 refers to an increase in adult literacy rates by up to 50% , and Dakar Goals 5 that fought for equal rights between men and women in education. Using concepts and theories about social welfare in the context of development of the state and human resources, this study focuses on proving the effectiveness of LIFE in enhancing human development of the Republic of Niger. Through explanative research method, this research yields data finding that LIFE framework is considered effective in improving human development index. Human development index is used to measure the quality of human resources ranging from knowledge through the level of literacy, life expectancy through population ratio, and quality of life standards that can be measured through GNI or income per capita.Keywords: LIFE, Republic of Niger, Literacy, Human DevelopmentDOI: https://doi.org/10.33005/jgp.v5i02.1891

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh globalisasi dalam perkembangan kelompok LGBT di Indonesia. Gerakan LGBT yang terjadi di Indonesia terjadi karena adanya dorongan dari dunia barat yang mana terbentuknya kelompok dan gerakan LGBT dalam jumlah yang semakin meningkat di beberapa negara bagian di Amerika dan Eropa. Penelitian ini menjelaskan perkembangan gerakan kelompok LGBT di Indonesia dari adanya faktor pendorong dan mempengaruhi. Dari sisi pendorong, adanya kelompok dan gerakan LGBT yang terbentuk secara global yang disebut sebagai global queering. Sedangkan dari sisi pendukungnya, adanya peran media dan pertukaran informasi yang dibahas melalui adanya konsep public sphere dalam lingkup suatu masyarakat. Media mampu berperan dalam penyebaran informasi dan pengaruh bagi perkembangan kelompok LGBT.Kata kunci : Global queering, Social Movement, Media, kelompok LGBTDOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jgp.v5i02.1892

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis article explaining about the influence of national attributes in the foreign policy decision making process. Using proposition of Hudson, this article focuses on military and economic capabilities of the state. In this case, United States of America (USA) has been chosen as the best example because of two factors. First, USA known as an aggressive state. It can be seen in her involvement in some military show of force, such as deployment her THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) system in South Korea to countervails North Korea. Second, USA had a great economic capability that used to support the development of their military capability. At last, the proposition that a great military and economic capabilities influence a more aggressive foreign policy is proven.Keywords: Military Capability, Economic Capability, Foreign Policy, Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, United States of America.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn 2014 the number of issues discussing immigrants in the EU is 24% and by 2015 by 38%. And Euroscepticism is due to immigrants in Sweden at 48% while in Denmark it is 55% and both are Nordic countries. This is the reason why this paper is made. This paper will discuss the impact of Schengen policy on Euroscepticism in the Nordic. The approach that will be used is Globalization, welfare state and national interest. Globalization will be implemented in the form of schengen policy that causes the immigrant crisis in the Nordic. Nordic became the main goal of immigrants because it is a welfare state that has social security. And social security is a national interest maintained by native Nordic communities from immigrant immigrants to emerge euroscepticism. Abstract

ABSTRACTHuman trafficking is one of the dark side of globalisation. The vast growing of world integration become a fertilizer for human trafficking world wide. At the end of the rope, US responses with the law enforcement againts modern-day slavery through establishment of Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (TVPA). Above all the reasons, law enforcement factor manifested in the law effectivity theory is the main tool analysis for this paper. Despite the law factor, US national interest also played a deterministic aspect to analyze TVPA effectivity world wide.
