Abstract

ABSTRACTInnovations of the learning module are needed to cover loopholes and weaknesses of the conventional learning. The goal of this research is to create a learning module of the nation‟s defence education based on local wisdoms through a citizen project learning as an effort to increase nation‟s defence awareness and civic competence. This is a mixed method research, using both qualitative and quantitative method with “the dominant-less dominant design” pattern. The analysis shows that citizen project learning module gives a positive impact towards the knowledge, attitude and student skill‟s improvement in internalizing nation‟s defence awareness values and civic competence. Abstract

ABSTRACTIn a democratic country, like the United Kingdom, has a political party that supports and rejects foreign policy. Competition of political parties in the United Kingdom forced the public to express their aspirations regarding the BREXIT policy. The pro-party against such conservative and conservative referendums like the workers' party makes two camps in Great Britain. Pro's against the referendum is called VOTE LEAVE and the camp is called VOTE REMAIN. The presence of both camps and interest groups has forced the Great Britain to be forced to exercise their right to vote again. The public is demanded in a condition of choosing that Great Britain out or remain a member of the European Union. In accordance with the final result of the referendum, the VOTE LEAVE stronghold won the most votes, the United Kingdom de jure out of the European Union. Along with the incident, David Cameron resigned and was replaced by Theresa May. Abstract

ABSTRACTCETA has a great influence in the economic progress of European countries, especially in the free trade flow between countries in the world. The removal of large-scale barriers between the EU and Canada has become an important point in this agreement. On the other hand, the CETA is considered a challenge in the politics of European countries because in reality not all European societies give full support to CETA because it is perceived to only provide the economic decline of European countries and is considered to be only going into the same hole, given the Union Europe, which has also had economic cooperation with other countries and not produce results. Abstract

ABSTRACTAs an island nation that connects two oceans, Indonesia has several important choke points scattered in several points including the Malacca Strait, Sunda Strait, Lombok Strait and Makassar Strait. Lombok Strait is one of the international trade routes and the southern entrance for the shipping of ships from various countries. In addition, this strait has more privileges for storing the wealth of marine biota and tourism economic resources are quite manageable. The strategic significance of the Lombok Strait encourages the government to make appropriate policies regarding regulation and utilization. Given the Lombok Strait has a strategic meaning also for major countries such as Australia, China and the United States. Indonesia should be able to protect its economic, political and security interests within its sovereign territory. This paper will examine the challenges and opportunities faced by the Indonesian government on the Lombok Strait as an international shipping lane and how the current security system of the Lombok Strait. Abstract

ABSTRACTMexico is a major supplier in drug trafficking in the United States. United States be used as market for Mexican cartels in the illegal drug trade. Drug trafficking that occurred in the border region between the two countries increasingly make the concerns of both countries as an increase in murder, violence, kidnapping. Crimes committed by Mexican drug cartels aiming to compete with other cartels and want to master the southwest border region. In addressing the problem of illegal drug trafficking in the border region, the two countries decided to create a cooperation agreement in the Merida Initiative. Abstract

ABSTRACTSyria's chemical weapons attack in the city of Khan Sheikoun on April 4, 2017 became the center of international attention. Unlike other countries that only limited to condemn and condemn, the United States responded to the government action of the regime of Bassar al Assad by attacking the Syrian military base using 59 missiles tomhawk.Penulis using the level of international system analysis with specific to Morton Kaplan's universal system exploration as a tool to analyze the US action.
