Abstract

The elderly period in years constitute human formative last term. Where does someone experience physical function decrease and social by natures.One of method to settle hypertension with hypnotherapy. This research intent to know influence hypnotherapy to blood pressure change on elderly.Who is experience hypertension at sub-district Pojok Kediri to year 2015.On this research available 16 respondent that accomplish criterion. On all respondent is done pretest to determine phase blood pressure before intervention,here after been given intervention hypnotherapy as much four sessions, in three weeks, each session has given hypnotherapy up to 30 minutes. In the late week to be done post test on all respondent. On this research can that mean's average pretest on all respondent points out high blood pressure. On posttest mean's average on all respondent already being given by intervention points out decrease of high blood pressure become normal (80%). This observational method do by different two mean's statistic quiz paired T test with hypothesis quiz one tail and purpose phase 95 % ( α = 0,05 ). After do examination, gotten by result available distinctive significant afters blood pressure done hypnotherapy the elderly who experiences hypertension. So gets to be concluded that hypnotherapy having for down hypertension patient blood pressure elderly at sub-district to Pojok Kediri. Therefore hypnotherapy can be utilized as therapy of complementary to down hypertension patient blood pressure on elderly. Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) menimbulkan gejala penyakit yang berlangsung selama 14 hari. Penyakit ini biasanya tanpa gejala atau infeksi ringan sampai penyakit parah dan mematikan tergantung pada faktor penyebabnya (agent) faktor lingkungan dan faktor pejamu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian ispa pada balita. Desain penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel berjumlah 80 sampel. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai P Value = 0,014 < α (0,05) halini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kepadatan hunian rumah dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita pascagempa di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas penimbung Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun 2018.

Abstract

Penanganan kuratif penyakit diabetes mellitus terlebih dahulu dilakukan secara non farmakologis yaitu dengan diet dan olahraga untuk mencapai target glukosa darah yang diinginkan. Penanganan non farmakologis diabetes mellitus dapat menggunakan tanaman herbal. Penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada kondisi hiperglikemia dapat dilakukan dengan terapi herbal. Salah satu bentuk terapi herbal adalah dengan menggunakan terapi air rebusan daun jambu biji. Daun jambu biji ini mengandung tanin dankalsium dimana tanin menghambatenzim α-glikosidase sehingga melambatkan pelepasan glukosa dalam darah.

Abstract

Asupan makanan yang bernutrisi sangat penting bagi balita penderita pneumonia, karena tubuhnya harus bekerja lebih kerasdengan pertukaran oksigen dan karbon dioksida yang terbatas. Konsumsi makanan yang tepat bisa membantu menjaga tubuh tetap fit, berat badan tetap terjaga, serta mencegah komplikasi dari pneumonia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian MPASI dengan pneumonia balita. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampelpenelitian 101 balita. Hasil penelitian bahwa ada hubungan antara pemberian MPASI dengan pneumonia balita dengan nilai pvalue 0,000.

Abstract

Penyakit diare merupakan salah satu penyakit berbasis lingkungan, penyakit diare masih merupakan masalah kesehatan terbesar di Indonesia karena masih buruknya kondisi sanitasi dasar, lingkungan fisik maupun rendahnya perilaku masyarakat untuk hidup bersih dan sehat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran petugas kesehatan dengan kejadian diare pada balita. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, sampel dalam penelitian 90 responden dan uji statistik dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara peran petugaskesehatan dengan kejadian diare pada balita.
