Abstract Advances in information technology allows its utilization in various fields, one of which is the field of music. The high cost of studying music in music course institutions is an obstacle for those who want to learn musical instruments and Chords. Therefore, by utilizing technological progress here the author tries to collect material about music from various sources, especially in the field of Chord recognition on guitar instruments, Keyboards and Recorders. The goal itself is that this tool can help users understand Chords, how they sound, and how to play the Chords on guitar, Keyboard and Recorder instruments to make it easy to learn music. Abstract

Abstract BTPN Syariah Bank is one of the divisions of PT.Bank BTPN which has savings and lending program of medium to low-end business especially for women. One of the organizations that do the program is TIM MMS (Mobil Marketing Syariah). To conduct business processes that run quickly and precisely required information system, especially in the process of filing of the customer, and transaction processing systems menggunakkan create web-based applications. The research method used in the study is the method of data collection and system development. To input the necessary data then performed analysis and system design using tools Flowchart and UML. The programming language used is PHP and the database uses MySQL. Results from this study is a program in the form of simulations app cash deposit and loan proposals to rejuvenate TIM MMS can easily manage customer filing, loan applications, as well as computerized transaction processing, it can be concluded that this application can be used as a means to facilitate the running of business processes that run inside PT.Bank savings Bank Syariah MMS Beber. Abstract

Abstract Registration of medication is the beginning of the entire medical recording process or this is the first service received by a patient upon arrival at a hospital, clinic, health center or otherwise. In the process of registration is the patient got a good impression or not good from a ministry of the agency. Therefore, in this registration system officers should be friendly, courteous, polite, orderly and responsible for the patient to feel cared for and served well. This application application is created using PHP and mysql as storage media. Web-based application registration application which is the end result of this project is expected to help Niatha Pratama Clinic in handling the patient and also beneficial for society, especially people of Cirebon city. Abstract

Abstract The development of Information Technology has spread to different areas of the current effort. With this, one person can communicate from one place to another. The selected method varied. One of them is a Web-based Information Technology. The Website has its advantages and strengths in terms of promotion and introduce various things to the community. Cooperatif employee Koperasi Manunggal Perkasa (KMP) Kabupaten Cirebon is under the auspices of the PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk Cirebon is a business entity engaged in the loan and save Middle-Small business. Along with increasing members in KMP, the data processed storedincrease too. KMP shall have Information Systems to facilitate the processing of data and information. In this research, the author will create a web-based Information System for the member’s deposits. The Website will be created using some software, that is HTML, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Adobe Photoshop, PHP and MySql for storage media database so that data can be securely stored and can be changed at any time. On the main website has information contents about Koperasi Manunggal Perkasa and on the system website has transaction entry data of the member’s deposits. Abstract

Abstract To create a high performance, it requires an optimal work enhancement and able to empower the potential Human Resources owned by employees in order to create organizational goals, so that will contribute positively to the development of the organization. In addition, the organization needs to pay attention to various factors that can affect employee motivation, in this case it is necessary for the role of organization in order to increase employee motivation and create a conducive working environment, to encourage the creation of professional attitudes and actions, in completing the work in accordance with the duties and responsibilities answer each. The research will be conducted is a type of Descriptive Research, this type of research is research that intends to make exposure in a systematic, factual, and accurate about the facts and properties of a particular population. This study used 92 respondents research. There are 3 (three) variables in this research, that is 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable. Where work motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) as independent variable, and employee performance (Y) as dependent variable. From the results of data processing has been successfully found the answer hypothesis, namely as follows: there is influence between work motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y), with the level of influence (R-square) of 28.9% which means work motivation gives the effect of 28 , 9% on employee performance. There is influence between work environment (X2) and employee performance (Y), with influence level 28,3% which mean that work environment give influence 28,3% to employee performance. There is influence between work motivation (X1), work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y), with influence level of 29,6% which mean that work motivation and work environment give influence simultaneously equal to 29,6% to employee performance. Abstract

Abstrak Website merupakan salah satu bentuk media masa yang dipublikasi melalui jaringan internet yang dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Untuk mengetahui kualitas sebuah website maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran, dengan melakukan pengukuran kualitas suatu website dapat diketahui persepsi pengguna terhadap website tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 dengan tiga dimensi utama yaitu Usability Quality, Information Quality dan Service Interaction Quality. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengguna yaitu ibu-ibu dharma wanita Polsri yang pernah mengunjungi website UMKM kain tenun songket kota Palembang, dimana jumlah website yang diteliti adalah 13 website UMKM kain tenun songket. Sampel dari penelitian ini 90 pengguna yang pernah mengunjungi website. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah Service Interaction Quality, Information Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Usability Quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna

Abstract

Abstract Dividend policy is only one of the many policies owned companies that have implemented and realized, because no dividend, it is feared the shareholders will switch to another company that has been clear division of dividends. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, ownership structure, free cash flow, dividend policy and the companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in the study are all companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2000-2009 period as many as 158 companies. The samples were selected based on purposive sampling of companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange issued a policy period of 2000-2009 the initiation of dividends a year after an IPO obtained by 47 companies. This study uses path analysis techniques.The results showed that: 1) Capital Structure insignificant negative effect of Free Cash Flow; 2) Ownership Structure significant negative impact on Free Cash Flow; 3) Capital Structure significant negative effect on dividend policy; 4) Ownership structure is not significant negative effect on Dividend Policy; 5) Free Cash Flow significant positive effect on dividend policy. Abstract

Abstract Delivery order is an activity and provision of services where consumers order products supplied by producers and usually use a medium of communication by telephone or internet and the products ordered will be delivered to the consumers without consumers need to come and meet directly with the seller / producer. Android is a Linux-based operating system designed for touch screen mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet computers. Android was originally developed by Android, Inc., with financial support from Google, which then bought it in 2005. The operating system was released officially in 2007, in conjunction with the establishment of the Open Handset Alliance, a consortium of companies hardware, software, and telecommunications that promotes open standards mobile devices. The first Android phone went on sale in October 2008. Android-based delivery application order that currently used by Taiwan Tea House CSB Mall doesn’t have external database yet, which cost many problems. Development of this Android-based delivery order application at Taiwan Tea House CSB Mall that will be the end result of this essay is expected to solve those problems. Abstract

Abstract Indonesia in 1999 underwent a change of government system that had the effect of changing the implementation of governance as a whole, both central government and local government. This is marked by the enactment of Law No. 22 of 1999 on regional autonomy explaining that the system of local government is no longer fully controlled by the Central Government. The implementation of regional expansion is the process of dividing an autonomous region whether provinces, districts, or cities into two or more new autonomous regions with the aim of improving services and accelerating development. Expansion of the region into a new trend in the territorial structure of Indonesia, not least the District of Cirebon. Cirebon regency is a district in West Java Province located in the east, and borders with Central Java. The economic resources of Cirebon Regency are based on agriculture and tourism sector.The calculation and scoring methods of each indicator are scored. Scoring for provincial formation using comparison provinces, establishing districts using comparison districts and establishing cities using comparison cities. Comparative districts are the districts of the province concerned. The calculation results of the formula by comparison and scoring methods turned out to be the same decision in accordance with the application made by the computer. Using computer applications makes it easier for researchers / planners to be easier. Based on the calculation of measurement, the division of a region into a new Regency / City in Cirebon district allows to be done based on the area and the number of population. The regional expansion, whether or not a region stands to a new government area, either in the form of regency or city, large and large numbers of people, although these two factors form the basis of the founding of a new government area Keywords : measurement,expansion, region , population, scoring

Abstract

Abstract Saving-loan and financing sharia cooperative BMT AL-FALAH is an financial institution that operating in saving-loan field. Although every transaction has been operated by computerized system, the system hasn’t been able to serve an representation of cooperative’s financial condition. It because there is still no financial report analysis, so that cooperatives doesn’t know about how its financial condition, is it good or not. Because of their ignorance, cooperatives will not able to determine policies in certain periode. Therefore every financial institution, especially cooperative need an analysis process to measure how well its financial performance, so that management will able to determine the policies easier in order to improve management performance. Web Basis Application Financial Reports Analysis to Measure Financial Performance with Ratio Analysis Method was made to make the treasurer easier to analyze financial reports with ratio analysis method, so that the treasurer will able to serve an sharper and more complete financial information that contain in Analysis report. Beside that, this application also was made to make the manager easier in making decision especially in financial aspect. This application was created using PHP Hypertext Preproccessor programming language, and MySQL software as data storage media. Based on the description above, we can conclude that this application is an application that process finished data (balance sheet and income summary). With creating this application, we expect that it would serve cooperative an financial condition representation and also give an sharper and more complete financial information that will make the manager easier in to determine the best policies that needed in order to improve management and financial performance.
