Abstract

This action research aims to improve the ability of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were 11 madrasah teachers under the guidance of researchers, namely at MIS Al-Wathoniyah Cantilan. The research was conducted in two cycles where each cycle went through the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and document study. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively descriptive with the type of percentage. The results showed that teacher activity from 70% in the first cycle increased to 88.89% in the second cycle and the quality of the lesson plans from an average of 77.60 in the first cycle increased to 86.00 in the second cycle. There has been an increase in the quality of PTK by 8.4 points from cycle I to cycle II. Thus it can be concluded that the mentored teachers' abilities in preparing CAR can be improved through workshops.

Abstract

Learning mathematics on the subject of the Least Fellowship (KPK) is very important to be taught in elementary schools for reasons related to reality. Based on observations, this material is considered difficult because the method used by the teacher is still conventional and does not use learning media, from the results of an interview study conducted on 18 students only one student can answer it, therefore a new method is needed to overcome this problem. Researchers used dakon media on the grounds that in the learning process students were invited to be active in learning activities by being given a stimulus in the form of media. In accordance with the respondent's learning theory where learning is produced from experience with an environment in which there is a relationship between stimulus and response. The objectives of this study were: (1) to find out how to increase understanding of the KPK material, (2) to find out the students' interest in learning using Dakon media. This study used the PTK method which adopted the Kemmis & Taggart model which consisted of two cycles. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, filling out questionnaires and tests, analyzed by reflection in each cycle. The results showed a significant increase in both student understanding and student interest. Acquisition of student learning outcomes with an average in cycle I reached 70 with a percentage of 44% completeness, cycle II with an average of 92 and a percentage of completeness of 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of strengthening the mastery of learning theory and teaching learning principles for teachers at MI Salafiyatul Huda I and MIS Annidhomiyah Cirebon Regency. This article is the result of School Action Research. PTS is carried out based on the following stages: "(1) planning actions, (2) carrying out actions, (3) carrying out observations, (4) reflecting. The results of research and discussion of the activities of the pre-professional development program for teachers and educational supervision on the mastery of learning theory and teaching learning principles for teachers can be concluded that in cycle I the average score of the good category reaches an average of 40%, the category is quite average 36%, category less reaches an average of 24%. In the second cycle the level of the teachers' ability in understanding the mastery of learning theory and teaching learning principles after the action showed an average score, namely: very good category reached an average of 62%; good category reached an average of 16%; sufficient category reached an average of 16%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve teachers' abilities in curriculum development through workshops. This research is a collaborative supervisory action research conducted to improve and improve the quality of teachers in curriculum development. The model used in this research is the research model expressed by Kemmis and Taggart which is a development of Kurt Lewin's model. This model can include several cycles and in each cycle includes stages, namely: planning; acting and observing or implementing and observing; reflecting or reflecting, and revising plans or planning revisions. The results showed that from the pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II there were differences in the mean results of teacher achievement in curriculum development. The average pre-action score was 4.8 with a standard deviation of 0.77, in the first cycle the average score was 5.45 with a standard deviation of 0.51, and in the second cycle the average score was 7.85 with a standard deviation of 0, 37. The results of the t test, the probability value or sig (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, means that there is a significant difference in the ability of teachers in curriculum development between cycle I and cycle II.

Abstract

Based on observations and observations carried out at MIS Raudlotut Tholibin Warugede, a problem was identified, namely the low student learning outcomes caused by the low professional ability of teachers who are often faced with various problems that can hinder their realization, including teacher conservative attitudes that are more directed at teacher efforts. maintaining the usual way from time to time in carrying out tasks, or wanting to maintain the old (conservative) way, considering that the way that is seen as new generally requires various changes in work patterns. To change the teacher's conservative attitude, school action research was carried out through the Academic Supervision of Cooperative Professional Development Model. This school action research was conducted in 2 cycles. The results of this study are evidenced by the results of the implementation of school action research conducted at MIS Raudlotut Tholibin Warugede Cirebon Regency. Prior to the research, the teacher's attitude showed a very low attitude, namely: 52.4% with an average fulfillment of the planning and implementation of learning obtaining an average value of 42.50% while the average level of achievement was 51.5%. Whereas in Cycle I reached 71.90% with an average fulfillment of the planning and implementation of learning obtaining an average value of 63.50% while the average level of achievement was 70.50%. In Cycle II, the attitude scale obtained a value of 78.30% with an average fulfillment of the planning and implementation of learning obtaining an average value of 79.0% while the average level of achievement was 84.0%.

Abstract

The purpose of school action research is to determine the role of the Madrasah Principal in conducting academic supervision of MTs Al-Hilal Tegalgubug teachers in Cirebon Regency. PTS is carried out based on the following stages: "(1) planning actions, (2) carrying out actions, (3) carrying out observations, (4) reflecting. The results showed that the management of Madrasah principals from the results of monitoring and evaluation in each cycle had increased, namely: in the first cycle showed a sufficient category (48%), in the second cycle showed a very good category (84%). The performance of the head of Madrasah in conducting academic supervision in each cycle has increased, namely: in the first cycle, the category was sufficient (64%); in cycle II showed a very good category (84%). The value of teacher education administration in carrying out teaching and learning tasks as a result of academic supervision in each cycle, which is an increase in cycle I and cycle II, namely: at the beginning before the class action averaged 53.3, in cycle I after the classroom action research reached an average 61.8, and in the second cycle experienced a significant increase reaching an average of 83.4.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers to ask questions. The method used in this research is a one-cycle action research in the form of Pre-Experimental Design. In this experimental design, there is no control variable (control class) and it is not chosen randomly. It is said to be pre-experimental design because this design is not a real experiment, because there are still external variables that influence the formation of the dependent variable. So, the experimental results which are the dependent variable are not only influenced by the independent variables. The results showed the teacher's questioning skills before IHT were implemented with a minimum value of 21, a maximum of 28, a mean of 24.79 with a standard deviation of 2.15. Teacher questioning skills after implementing IHT minimum 33, maximum 41, mean 37.5 with a standard deviation of 2.50. The sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05 so that Ho is rejected, which means that the application of IHT on teacher questioning skills can improve teacher questioning skills.

Abstract

Based on preliminary research, a statement was obtained, that in the research locus the teachers in carrying out their duties were still less disciplined, such as in the case of educational administration, namely making lesson plans and teaching assignments that were still late. This study aims to improve teacher discipline in learning through educational supervision. This supervisory action research is carried out based on the following stages: "(1) planning actions, (2) carrying out actions, (3) carrying out observations, (4) reflecting. The results of research and discussion of disciplinary guidance for teachers in assisted madrasas in carrying out teaching and learning tasks can be concluded that the results of the assessment of the discipline of MI Miftahul Muta'alimin Balad teachers in carrying out teaching and learning tasks are: initial results reached an average of: 52.55, the results of cycle I increase, namely reaching an average of: 69.44, and the results of the second cycle increased to reach an average of: 85.44. Based on the explanation above, it shows that continuous collaborative educational supervision can improve teacher discipline in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

One of the competencies of school / madrasah principals is entrepreneurial competence. Entrepreneurial competence makes an important contribution in improving the existence of an institution because it contains elements of innovation and creativity in governance. Based on the Performance Assessment of Madrasah Principals (PKKM) in 2019, it was found that the competence of madrasah principals in the target areas was not optimal. Of the 7 madrasah principals, only three were in the good category, while the other four were in the sufficient category. This research is a school action research (PTS). PTS is carried out based on the following stages: "(1) planning actions, (2) carrying out actions, (3) carrying out observations, (4) reflecting." Based on the findings of the actions and discussion above, it was concluded that IHT was able to improve the entrepreneurial competence of school principals in all aspects and indicators

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) is motivated by the fact that there are still many students who have not yet completed the learning process. From the observations that have been obtained in this study, the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) is still low, namely 48%. This study used a John Elliot Model PTK design. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri 1 Lurah as many as 25 students, they came from middle to lower socioeconomic groups. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year for two days (7 - 8 February 2021). The data collection technique was carried out by pre-learning tests using articulation model-based learning videos and after learning after using articulation model-based learning videos. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods and graphics. Based on the results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes and almost as a whole the class III A students were complete in learning.
