This is because the implementation of e-learning is still there are things that need to be adjusted include the assessment of results that are not objective in learning with e-learning method. To minimize it, can use new learning method that is real time conference method. This method is a method like classical face-to-face method, but this method uses good technological media so that it can be done at once in some classes / space competence development.

Abstract

The waste sector contributes GHG to the atmosphere, especially from landfills, the existing waste contributes 3-4% of global GHG emissions. This study aims to calculate the potential of methane gas emissions generated from waste and identify innovative strategies to mitigate the impact on global warming caused by methane gas emissions. This research method was built using the literature study approach. Data collection in this study was carried out using secondary data from the publication of technical agencies such as population data, volume of waste and technical data on waste management in the city of Magelang. Meanwhile, the processing techniques and data analysis in this study with descriptive analysis to describe the projections of methane gas emissions theoreticallyThe results show that with the population of Magelang City in 2017 as many as 130,857 people produced waste generation of 61,613.8 tons / year. Based on the amount of waste generation, using the mass balance calculation from the decomposition of municipal waste aerobically and anaerobically according to Solvato's formula produces the potential for methane gas emissions of 3.943, 28 tons / year CH4. The amount isprojected to continue to rise for the next 10 (ten) years in proportion to the population. Waste management innovation as a strategy to mitigate the effects of global warming in the Magelang city can be pursued through organic villages, waste banks, TPS 3R and TPST, bioconversion of organic waste with maggot from black soldier fly, utilization of waste in landfill as Biogas, conversion of potential of waste landfill biomass into electrical energy.

Abstract

The topography of Takisung Subdistrict is land, coast, mountains, hills, valleys, and streams, and has a densely populated population of 31,020 people with 9,979 family heads. The picture is a challenge for the SOPD of Takisung Subdistrict to provide the best service. As the order of the Tanah Laut Regent issued in Regent Regulation No. 60 of 2016, that subdistrict was formed in order to improve coordination of governance, public services and community empowerment. The vast subdistrict and village area and the spread of the population have caused people to be constrained in getting excellent service from the subdistrict office and village office. The elderly and disabled people have not been fully served by population services, so some do not have Identity Cards, whereas KTP is a basic requirement for obtaining social protection services. The limited number of officers possessed by the subdistrict both in terms of quantity and quality. There are 22 civil servants in the Taksiung subdistrict, while the community of Takisung subdistrict is 31,020 people. Lots of information and complaints from the community that cannot be absorbed maximally because so far the subdistrict government has only been waiting for reports from the community and the village in the office. Services carried out by the subdistrict to the community are currently only waiting at the subdistrict office, as well as guidance to the village government is only waiting at the subdistrict office.

Abstract

The city of Magelang is one of the implementers of a child-friendly service quality program. Children have the right to obtain satisfactory health services, one of which is the service of childfriendly health centers. Children who come to the Puskesmas are expected to get comfort during the examination process. Research conducted at the Puskesma of Magelang City showed that the perceived quality of child-friendly Puskesmas services provided by health workers was good, but the assessment to the satisfaction of the quality of children's services was still lacking especially in terms of infrastructure such as the absence of food and beverage facilities for children. mother and child while breastfeeding such as the ASI corner room, a playground in the waiting room and playground equipment for children during health checks. This facility is very useful for making children not anxious or afraid when examined so as to eliminate the trauma of children during health checks. In the absence of trauma, it is hoped that children will be easily invited to seek treatment at the Puskesmas when they are sick, so that they can be treated quickly. Management organization policy is needed to fulfill infrastructure facilities for children. The better quality ofservice provided will further increase customer satisfaction.
