Abstract

This paper describes the results of theoretical readings on visionary leadership that can be the foundation of leadership in the Ibtidaiyah Madrasah environment. Based on the study material, the analytical approach uses library to research on various literature sources relevant to the study of this writing. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that visionary leadership is theoretically an ideal leadership pattern that can be applied in The Ibtidaiyah Madrasah environment. This is intended to answer the various complexities of education and learning management problems in the madrasah environment, especially Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. On the other hand, this leadership concept can also provide new insights for the heads of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah so that they can appear as leaders who are more flexible according to the demands of change. Visionary leadership in The Madrasah Ibtidaiyah environment will encourage the orientation of madrasa institutions to the future through the idea of a clear vision. Can make madrasa principals turn their vision into real action through mobilizing all human resources owned and synergized. The application of this leadership can be effective if it is supported by communication patterns and motivation and transparency of all madrasa ecosystems supported by the ability of the madrasa principal to innovate productively. The most substantial thing for the application of this leadership pattern is the adoption of spiritual values that seem to be very much connected to the culture of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah which is based on the Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

Online learning is an inevitable choice for any educational institution during the outbreak of Covid-19 so that the teaching and learning process can continue where teachers and students can still fulfill their obligations. However, in reality, online learning that utilizes internet technology leaves many problems for lecturers and students and greatly affects learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the problems faced by lecturers and students during online learning in Arabic courses at the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, UMI Makassar. Methodologically, this research is a descriptive qualitative that seeks to describe the phenomena that occur in the field as they are by using research instruments in the form of; observation, structured interviews, and documentation with a population of 9 lecturers and 213 students of PBA UMI Makassar using Simple Random Sampling from the population. The research data was processed using the Miles and Huberman method in the form of data collecting, data reduction, data display, and verification then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the lecturers and students of PBA UMI Makassar experience various obstacles and learning barriers during online lectures. The problems and obstacles are divided into two, namely: (1) technical obstacles in the form of complex applications that are often used, inadequate availability of networks and electronic devices and the ability of students to prepare data quotas, and family economic factors. (2) non-technical obstacles or learning problems. itself which includes; difficulty understanding lecture material, unavailability of online teaching materials, non-variative teaching methods, barriers to communication and interaction between lecturers and students as well as issues of discipline, attendance, and class mastery. Although it is recognized that online learning also provides several advantages and advantages, especially in terms of time and cost efficiency for both lecturers and students. This study recommends several things, namely; improvement of the network system that is evenly distributed in all regions of Indonesia to facilitate internet access, provision of learning tools in the form of more actual learning facilities and materials, assistance, and provision of cheaper internet quotas for students.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1. Implementation of the tarbawi mentoring program at SMPIT Al-Fityan School Gowa. 2. Factors that hinder the tarbawi mentoring program at SMPIT Al-Fityan School Gowa. 3. The results of the tarbawi mentoring program in shaping the Islamic character of students at SMPIT Al-Fityan School Gowa. The tarbawi mentoring program at SMPIT Al-Fityan School Gowa is one of the methods used by schools to shape and foster student character in a more specific scope (small group The general purpose of tarbawi mentoring activities is as an effort to assist and direct students in learning more about Islamic teachings and applying these Islamic values in their daily lives. So that students are expected to have good Islamic knowledge and noble character ( morals ). This research is descriptive qualitative, which is a research that is intended to reveal an empirical fact in a scientific objective based on scientific logic, procedures and supported by a strong methodology and theory according to the scientific discipline being occupied. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the tarbawi mentoring program provides a positive role on student behavior both in relation to Allah SWT (hablun minallah) and their relationship with fellow human beings (hablun minannas).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of Islamic boarding schools as a forum for the community to include their children as hafidz Qur'an but there are several problems encountered, namely related to management in the management, this study aims, namely: 1) To find out how the management of the tahfidz program in improving student memorization at the Al-Ikhwan Topoyo Islamic Boarding School, 2) To determine the inhibiting and supporting factors of the tahfidz program in improving santri memorization at the Al-Ikhwan Topoyo Islamic Boarding School. In compiling this research, there are several theories that are used as the basis for researchers' policies in conducting research, it will be an instrument to see whether the theory is in accordance with the facts on the ground, therefore this type of research is qualitative research with the method used is the qualitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study, the management of the tahfidz program at Al-Ikhwan has been regulated as well as the activities in the cottage starting from dawn at 03.30 until evening at 21.30. The inhibiting factors of the tahfidzul Qur'an program in improving the memorization of students at the Al-Ikhwan Topoyo Islamic boarding school are a special place for memorizing the Qur'an, time management, the laziness of some students, and the food consumed. While the supporting factors are: an Islamic environment, avoiding cellphones/gadgets, and applying methods that can strengthen students' memorization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Application of Pendengaran Penglihatan Learning Alat Improve Student Learning Outcomes in PAI Subjects Class VII 6 at SMP Negeri 7 Makassar and to determine student learning outcomes using Pendengaran Penglihatan Learning Alat in PAI learning class VII 6 in SMP Negeri 7 Makassar. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, where each cycle consists of two meetings. The sample in this study was class VII 6 students at SMP Negeri 7 Makassar with a total of 28 students. The techniques used in collecting data in this study were observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The test consists of two types, namely pre-test and post-test, the pre-test is carried out at the beginning of the meeting before the students are given treatment or the learning process by applying Audio Visual learning media while the post-test is carried out at the end of each meeting in each cycle. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use the formula for calculating the percentage and average value (Mean) for both student activity sheet data analysis and student learning outcomes. The results of this study are the application of Audio Visual learning media in PAI subjects is able to increase the sense of responsibility individually and in groups and the application of this Audio Visual learning model can improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. Thus the increase in student learning outcomes can be proven by the value of students who have increased and are getting better. The average value in the pre-test is 69.28 with a percentage of 42%, the average post-test value in the first cycle is 76.96 with a percentage of 71.42% and the post-test average value in the second cycle is 91, 42 with a percentage of 92.85%. The data proves that student learning outcomes can increase and have met the class success indicator, namely 80% with the application of Audio Visual learning media.

Abstract

This research demonstrates the use of YouTube media in improving Arabic listening skills at MA AL-Ikhlas Labunti Raha School, Southeast Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of YouTube media in improving Arabic listening skills in MA AL-Ikhlas Labunti Raha, Southeast Sulawesi, dan to facilitate students' learning of Arabic through educational videos on YouTube because it can be accessed anytime anywhere. This Type Of Research is qualitative research that seeks to describe and explore data naturally and comprehensively, in addition to providing an in-depth explanation or evaluation and following developments based on the problems posed. The data collection techniques used are observation dan residence interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is to collect three types of data, which are qualitative data in the form of observational data, interviews, and documentation. The data will be analyzed qualitatively, which means that all the data will be explained in depth based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that the YouTube method in Arabic subjects can improve the listening skills of class 10 students at MA AL-Ikhlas Labunti Raha, Southeast Sulawesi. Qualitative evidence of documentation from observations, interviews, and documentation of class 10 MA students at Fidelity Labunti Raha, Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Institute for Development and Development of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (LP2AIK) in improving the ability to read the Qur'an for students of the Muhammadiyah Makassar Polytechnic. The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Reading and writing the Koran and Tahsin, the supervisor also talks about the work from beginning to end, this is very good for Muhammadiyah Polytechnic students, where 61.11% of the population is the first best answer. Participate in the guide to reading the Koran. And researchers The study found that 59.88% of students said that their ability to read the Qur'an improved after following the instructions reading the Qur'an.

Abstract

Abstract

Understanding education briefly means formal education whose learning methods are carried out within the scope of formal schools, formal schools are limited by teaching materials, atmosphere, and the level of education to be taken. Using this brief understanding, it means that education is limited, namely where education takes place when it is carried out, subject matter, goals to be achieved, and scope of activities. The following article discusses the use of the snowball throwing cooperative learning method to improve student achievement in the PAI class at SMP Negeri 2 Burau. The main problem that needs to be solved is whether the snowball throw method of cooperative learning for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Burau in East Luwu can improve their learning outcomes. The data processing methodology used is Classroom Action Research, with a focus on data analysis for Class VIII C consisting of 27 students, data processing procedures, and data analysis instruments. The two-month study begins on March 22 and ends on May 22, 2022. On average there are 3 meetings per cycle, but on average there is only one meeting per cycle, so there are 7 meetings in total. And the KKM level monitored in schools is 75. The results of cooperative learning to throw snowballs in class VIII C increased from pre-class to level II. The average pre-cycle learning completeness is 52.59, and the incomplete category is 24 students or 88.88%, and 3 students complete or 11.11 percent. Then on the page, I, the percentage of students who successfully complete the course is 70.37, and the percentage of students who do not successfully complete the course is 12 or 44, or 55. Then, in Part II, the percentage of workers is 88.88, with around 23 workers in the Trained category (or 85.18%) and about 4 workers in the Untrained category (or 14.81%). The conclusion is that the application of the snowball throw type of cooperative learning method can help Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Burau, East Luwu Regency improve the learning outcomes of the class.
