Abstract

Industry in the current era, makes us understand that the level of business competition is becoming increasingly high. The number of people who use tile products, the quality is a priority and very important to win the competition. By understanding what consumers want and expect from the quality provided, it will get an added value for the owner. This study aims to determine: the effect of service quality and product quality on buying interest in the UD Suhadi tile industry in the Nganti Village area, Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency. This research paradigm uses positivistic (quantitative) with a descriptive approach. The test data is primary data. The research population carried out by this researcher was all consumers of the tile industry from January to May 2022, random sampling method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Based on the evaluation results of the measurement model that the variables X1, X2 and Y a total of 13 indicators are declared valid. 2. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the service quality and product quality variables have a significant influence on the latent variable of buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, income expectations, and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship by studying economic education students at the University of Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung. Where this research was conducted with the type of quantitative research and hypothesis testing method using saturated sampling technique. Educational variables are measured from understanding to generate innovative ideas, increasing students' understanding of the attitude of an entrepreneur, activities that inspire students to become entrepreneurs, increasing student skills to develop business plans. Then income expectations are measured based on high income, unlimited income, the effect of the amount of income received, the effect of increasing and decreasing the income received. Furthermore, self-efficacy is measured by three indicators, namely magnitude, strength, and generality. As well as interest in entrepreneurship as measured by feelings of pleasure towards entrepreneurship, the desire to work independently, the desire to take on challenges, the desire to create something new. The sample used in this study was 54 respondents with data retrieval via google form. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education, income expectations, and self-efficacy partially affect the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction with spicy krisfite with a study at the spicy krisfite outlet, Kalidawir sub-district, Tulungagung regency. Where this research was conducted with the type of quantitative research and ex post facto method using simple random sampling technique. The price variable is measured by price affordability, price suitability with service quality, price competitiveness, price suitability with benefits. Product quality variables are measured by ease of use, durability, clarity, function of product size diversity. Furthermore, the variable of consumer satisfaction is measured from the fulfillment of consumer expectations, the desire to use the product, recommend to other parties, service quality, location. Researchers used the Simple Random Sampling technique to determine the number of samples used, which was taken 30% of the total population. The sample used in this study were 112 respondents with data retrieval via google form. The results of the study indicate that the price and product quality have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of fast food restaurants is very much encountered especially in Indonesia in this increasingly sophisticated era. Therefore, competing in the fast food business is very tight and is required to follow the pattern of technological developments and times. Service quality is a major factor in the success of a company and can also affect customer satisfaction because of the interaction between consumers and companies that can work together. In addition to service quality, price perception also affects customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Dimsum Ratu Tulungagung. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the t-test research proved that (Service Quality X1) tcount > ttable (7.003 > 1.98472) and (Price X2) tcount > ttable (4.998 > 2.00856) it can be partially concluded that "there is an influence on service quality and price. on customer satisfaction at Dimsum Ratu Tulungagung". The F test shows that the value of Fcount (305.815) > Ftable (3.94). This shows that there is a positive influence of service quality and price variables on customer satisfaction at Dimsum Ratu Tulungagung. R2 is 0.860 or the effective contribution of the two independent variables, namely 86% of customer satisfaction and 14% is explained by other variables not examined.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research Method: Multiple regression model. The method of data collection carried out is the literature method. Results: The effect of GDP, inflation, and exchange rate, then obtained the value of f-count > f-table (16.24765> 3.01 ) with a significant value of 0.000025 < 0.05, the effect of GDP on FDI investment in Indonesia shows an insignificant value with a prob value of > of 0.05 (0.0647 > 0.05) and a t-count value < t-table ( 2,013 < 2,945), the effect of inflation on FDI investment in Indonesia shows a significant value with a prob value < of 0.05 (0.0005 < 0.05) and t-count value < t-table (3,517 > 2,945), the effect of the exchange rate value on FDI in Indonesia shows an insignificant value with a prob value > from 0.05 (0.0659 > 0.05) and and a t-count < t-table (2,016 < 2,945). Conclusion: Showing simultaneously independent variables affecting dependent variables is shown by the f-count value > F-table. Partially, the economic growth variable calculated using GDP in 2000-2019 is positive and has no significant effect on FDI investment in Indonesia; inflation as seen from inflation data for 2000-2019 has a positive and significant effect on FDI investment in Indonesia; the exchange rate seen from the middle rate from 2000-2019 is positive and has no significant effect on FDI investment in Indonesia.
