Abstract

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) are economic business entities formed by villages with a legal umbrella of PERDES and are supported operationally with village fund allocations (ADD). This study aims to determine the role and impact of BUMDes in community empowerment in Desa Panggungharjo, Sewon, Bantul. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Primary data taken directly from respondents were then analyzed using descriptive analytic techniques. Data collection techniques through interviews, documents and observations. The results showed that the BUMDes Panggung Lestari had a very large role in community empowerment in the Village of Panggungharjo, Sewon, Bantul. The role of BUMDes in community empowerment is seen from the 5 variables including institutional improvement, improvement of community economic efforts, improvement of community income, environmental improvement, and social contributions made to the community. The BUMDes Panggung Lestari has a good and significant role in community empowerment

Abstract

ABSTRACT : In welcoming the Wonderfull of Bengkulu 2020 the city of Bengkulu continued to fix the existing tourism area, especially the Long Beach Tourism Village which is a tourist identity in Bengkulu. In the development of the Long Beach Pantai Panjang Tourism area continues to improve but the problems in its development policies, such as cleanliness and inadequate facilities. Through the thesis the problem raised is how is the implementation of tourism development policy in the Long Beach area of Bengkulu city and what are the inhibiting factors.  Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study explain the results of the implementation of tourism development policies in the Pantai Panjang area of Bengkulu city in the Bengkulu City Tourism Office. Cooperation with related agencies is always communicated by the Bengkulu City Tourism Office in the management of Panjang Beach so that Bengkulu in Realizing the Bengkulu 2020 Wonderfull Program

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi ditangani secara positif oleh Universitas Andalas, yaitu dengan membentuk Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) untuk meningkatkan kualitas data, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan. Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan nilai tambah bagi Universitas Andalas dalam memberikan layanan administrasi akademik kepada mahasiswa. Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Akademik dapat mengurangi interaksi antara siswa dan staf administrasi akademik, sehingga layanan lebih efektif dan efisien. Ini sesuai dengan harapan siswa, tetapi tidak semuanya sesuai dengan harapan, karena siswa diharuskan mendaftar ulang secara manual di setiap program studi. Selain itu masih ada informasi yang tidak akurat yang disajikan oleh Sistem Informasi Akademik dan belum maksimalnya sosialisasi. Permasalahan ini menjadi pekerjaan rumah Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi Komputer (LPTIK) sebagai pengelola sistem informasi akademik Universitas Andalas.

Abstract

This research was done in Muara Payang village, District of South Bengkulu, predominantly inhabited by Serawai Tribe. A key informant composed of UPKD committee, POKJA members and 10 members of UPKD were the unit of analysis to reveal the phenomenon investigated using purposive random sampling. Information from the field was obtained through methods of in-depth interview, group discussion, and observation. Data were analysed descriptive and qualitatively. The objective of this research was to reveal the patterns of this rural economic self-sufficiency and sustainability of UPKD program of Muara Payang village in order to improve the self-sufficiency and Institutionalization of UPKD program of Muara Payang village in order to improve the self-sufficiency ability of the targeted group in rural areas and the possibility of empowering it in order to develop the self-sufficiency of the rural community. Field data has shown a fairly high level of institutionalization of the program, indicated by the democratic leadership of the UPKD chair and all administrators. Also, the ability of target group members to explore and utilize local resources, provide time, energy, funds and thoughts in the implementation and development of the UPKD program continuously. Also the process of Productive Economic Activities, the formation of Pokmas and Identification of Activities, Funds Revolving, and productive economic activities are in accordance with the implementation guidence.

Abstract

Layanan Disabled Friendly Diskominfo Co Working Space (DCS) di Diskominfo Yogyakarta diresmikan pada hari Jumat, 24 Agustus 2018, untuk memfasilitasi para star-up dan pencipta digital. Berdasarkan hal ini, para peneliti tertarik untuk mempelajari Implementasi Kebijakan Layanan Ruang Kerja Co yang Ramah Disabilitas sebagai Konsep Pengembangan Provinsi Smart Jogja di Yogyakarta Diskominfo. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi layanan Ruang Kerja Co bagi para penyandang cacat sebagai konsep untuk mengembangkan Provinsi Smart Jogja dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil implementasi kebijakan implementasi layanan Ruang Kerja untuk Ruang Kerja ramah penyandang disabilitas sebagai konsep pengembangan Jogja Smart Province dilihat dari beberapa indikator dengan pencapaian target 100% untuk kegiatan workshop sebanyak enam. kali setahun dan 75% penggunaan layanan, di buku tamu tahun 2019 sebanyak 476 pengunjung menggunakan ruang untuk acara komunitas ada 280 orang, ada 140 kegiatan workshop.

Abstract

Evaluation Policy implementation is a process to see how the process of implementing a policy has been implemented or to see whether the process of implementing a policy has been implemented in accordance with predetermined technical or implementation instructions. One of the programs from the government is the BOS program. The background of the BOS program was the increase in fuel prices which resulted in a decrease in people's purchasing power which had a negative impact on poor people's access to Nine Years of Basic Education. This study finds out about the evaluation of the implementation of the school operational assistance program in the state primary school education unit 2019-2020 in Lubuk Basung sub-district. This research uses implementation evaluation theory according to Grindle. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out ethically and emotionally. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the researcher draws the conclusion that the evaluation of the implementation of the school operational assistance program in the 2019-2020 public elementary school education unit in Lubuk Basung sub-district has been carried out well even

Abstract

Abstract: One of the important things to consider in establishing discipline is the problem of employee attendance. It is common knowledge that there are rumors circulating that civil servants are relaxed, only come and are absent in their daily work behavior. It is also inevitable that many civil servants whose absenteeism were entrusted to other civil servants. Civil servants are required to be disciplined in their work, but in reality many employees do not work well because they are late getting in and leaving early. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a finger print roll call to anticipate this. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the finger print absence program at the Bengkulu Provincial Regional Staffing Agency and what obstacles are faced in the application of the finger print absence program at the Bengkulu Provincial Government Regional Civil Service Agency in improving the discipline of the state civil apparatus.This type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, this research is an attempt to reveal the problem or situation or event as it is so that it is only as a fact revealer.From the results of this study, researchers have found that initially the Regional Civil Service Agency of Bengkulu Province government used manual absence, and now it has used finger print attendance based on the research results, it turns out that finger print absences still occur violations committed by employees, this is seen from the absence of delay morning, late afternoon attendance, and absenteeism quickly go home. The application of finger print attendance should be applied according to Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants, if employees who do not comply with the rules may be subject to applicable disciplinary penalties

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan World Class Government, konsep manajemen PNS harus berinovasi, termasuk dalam hal promosi pegawai. Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat menjadi salah satu pemerintah daerah yang banyak melaksanakan reformasi birokrasi dan inovasi manajemen kepegawaian, termasuk pelaksanaan promosi melalui seleksi terbuka. Permasalahan yang muncul, fenomena lelang jabatan atau seleksi terbuka terlaksana dengan system yang beraneka ragam di setiap pemerintah daerah. Mengkaji pola promosi pegawai di Jawa Barat dapat menjadi gambaran tentang dampak dan solusi yang muncul dalam manajemen inovasi promosi. Melalui telaah indikator dasar hukum, kebijakan dan internvensi, teknologi, kompetensi pelaksana, peserta, strategi prosedur, dan sumberdaya didapatkan benang merah dampak manajemen inovasi promosi pegawai. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan diskusi ditarik hasilnya menggambarkan bahwa pelaksanaan sudah baik, namun perlu adanya produk hukum daerah sebagai dasar implementasi kebijakan manajemen inovasi promosi, pengembangan teknologi informatika secara terintegrasi dan pengawasan berbasis elektronik serta politik anggaran.

Abstract

Abstract: DIY ranks first in drug trafficking among students, in general Jogja is in the top 8, the government has issued a P4GN policy according to INPRES No. 12 of 2011 but the implementation has not been maximimized therefore BNNP DIY as the National Narcotics Agency functions as the executor of the implementation of P4GN policy.  In implementing P4GN policy among students in Yogyakarta, BNNP DIY as a representative of BNN in the regions do not make policies and programs according to regional conditions. However, BNNP as an extension of BNN is given the authority to determine the priority targets of the program through the implementation of technical guidance by inviting institutions and agencies that are within the scope of DIY. Implementation of the P4GN policy among students has not gone well, because the factors that are considered the most urgent in an implementation have not been fulfilled properly, especially in the field of human resources and budget availability, suggestions for adding extension agents in the prevention section and adding to the existing budget at BNNP DIY

Abstract

Demands for health service providers in facing the free market era, including the improvement of hospital health services towards world-class hospital services. The problem of the effectiveness of customer complaints services can be seen from the number of people who use the media that has been provided to convey criticism and complaints about the services provided by hospital management. The importance of research aims to determine and analyze the achievement of the implementation of customer complaint handling services. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The study was conducted at Hospital of dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The informants consisted of management elements and customer determined using a purposive sampling technique. The focus of the study in this research includes the achievement of customer complaint services which include the achievement of objectives, integration of complaint handling and the adaptation of the complaint service unit to complaints submitted. Data analysis was performed using the descriptive interactive model analysis method. The results showed that the achievement of customer complaint services at the Hospital of dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga has not been effective. Empirically the function and role of the complaint service that is the main task has been carried out, but has not been fully implemented effectively. Follow-up on complaints submitted by the community has not completely met the expectations of the community, especially concerning the timeliness and accuracy of the actions taken to resolve the problem, as well as completeness
