Abstract

Lecture scheduling systems that made manually need longer time and should be made time after time (trial and error) because there are many constrains should be considered like: number of classes, number of lecturers, number of courses and number of students. Delay in publishing class schedule could cause disruption in the lecture process. As an effort to continuous improvement, designing lecture schedule system based on application or website which easy to use by user was very needed. This research aims to design lecture scheduling information systems based on website and android in Industrial Engineering Department, Islamic State University Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This research also measures system success rate by using User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The fnding reveals based on UAT analysis to the information system of lecture scheduling designed, as an average, the success rate was 85.1% from 100% success expected.

Abstract

This case study conducted for information system planning by applying EAP methodology on PT. Cherokendo Benua Wisata. EAP is an approach to building a planned information system architecture. Case studies successfully identifed 12 business function and produces enterprise architecture. Architecture consists of data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The Enterprise architecture can be use by company for guideline to develop information system.

The growth of deep learning for crowd counting is immense in the recent years. This results in numerous deep learning model developed with huge multifariousness. This paper aims to capture a big picture of existing deep learning models for crowd counting. Hence, the development of novel models for future works can be accelerated.

Abstract

One way to present accurate and actual information to the executive is to use the Executive Information System. The Executive Information System is designed for executives who need information to monitor the situation and manage company management. Problems that may arise at this time are the lack of available information for executives because of geographical barriers, for example the distance between the head ofce and branches that are far apart or executives who often work out of the ofce so that they cannot monitor the company. This is because generally the Executive Information System that exists is only available and can be accessed from within the company environment so executives who are outside the company environment cannot access the Executive Information System to get the information needed. With the existence of an intranet-based Executive Information System, it is expected to cover the shortcomings of the Executive Information System which is not based on intranets. Information needed by executives is not only available in the corporate environment but is also available at a site that can be accessed by executives via the internet, so that executives can easily access information to monitor company performance and determine company management policies even though the executive in question is at outside the corporate environment, especially those related to marketing the company’s products. The system we built proved to be very effective in helping executives to control and monitor the company and make it easier to make decisions regarding company management.

Abstract

E-commerce is one of the trend technology to help a business. It can help business for the marketing, simplyfy and facilitate business steps, reach out the different and much more potential customers. Though there are so many beneft of e-commerce, are the Small Medium Enterprise, especially Micro Enterprise able to take that opportunities? To distribute and introduce E-commerce adn it’s advantage, workshop and mentoring conducted for 31 Micro enterprise was held in Tangerang. The participant learning about e-commerce and try to implement their business using that. Participant able to adapt to e-commerce and also compare get knowladge for different type of e-commerce on their understanding. In the usability testing, shows that the participant able to use the application and doing transaction. While the impact on the business itself still need to be explore more in future.

Abstract

Jakarta as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia as well as being the largest city in Indonesia. The high number of Jakarta residents as well as the increase in the number of vehicles has become a potential congestion in certain areas, such as shopping centers, because the high value of transactions in parking management services has resulted in long queues. There are several problems that often occur in the parking area, as for the problem is the number of vehicles that want to park exceeds the parking capacity, long queues at the door of payment on weekends, it is difcult to contact vehicle owners who vehicles have problem. One of them is through this research which aims to develop a Hybrid mobile-based online parking payment application. The application of the application is expected to be a solution for users in the parking transaction process through the virtual money system as a parking payment tool and provide applications that can notify vehicle owners who have problems. The methodology applied in this research is by analyzing prospective users and analyzing similar applications.
