Abstract

One of the problems associated with the distribution of psychotropic drugs is that there is a lot of abuse and smuggling because of the lack of supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to make a supporting application, namely the application of monitoring the distribution of psychotropic drugs by transmitting data via the internet. By utilizing NFC technology on smartphones, Delphi programming, PHP, and also the MySQL database, an application is made to function as a system. Making this application is done using the Delphi 7 application as a user application and the Notepad ++ application to build a security web that is connected to the database on localhost phpmyadmin for data delivery monitoring the distribution of psychotropic drugs. From the test results of this application, the results of the application performance test run well as expected, and encrypted URLs can only be logged if there is a validation process with a database server, supported by an NFC tag system that has a reading distance of 3 cm proves that the application security system is good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Rx Level value on each floor in the building and determine the omni ceiling antenna coverage. Calculation of coverage using the Free Space Loss (FSL) method and measurement with a walk test. Calculation of coverage with the DCS1800 and U2100 networks uses the FSL method to determine the coverage distance per omni ceiling antenna. The result is the farthest distance is 24 meters and the closest distance is 4 meters and the average distance per omni ceiling antenna is 8 meters. As for the results of the walk test on the DCS1800 network, very good results were obtained for the Rx Level value on all floors in the building and for the U2100 network, the results were not good for the Rx Level value on all floors in the building, so it was necessary to evaluate at several points. antenna to improve the quality of the indoor network becomes feasible. In the results of the walk test on the DCS1800 network and the U2100 network, there are several areas in the building that experience bad Rx Level values ??due to poor transmission power so it is necessary to add 1 antenna sector.

Abstract

This research was carried out by monitoring space using the background subtraction method with WhatsApp notifications, with features that make a system that can work and can help security and safety. The testing of this research is the effect of light intensity, the diversity of objects with different distances on motion detection and fire detection, WhatsApp notification delay testing and Quality of Service streaming networks on the website. From the results of the system testing carried out, the test results show that the light intensity used in the motion detection program must be more than 0 lux and objects that are too small are not defined as motion, fire detection can work at lux 8.33 and 25, delay in sending notifications is the same - equally good, when using a mobile network or FTTH, for delay in QOS (Quality of Service) testing it is in the very bad category, namely 0.99 Second, the resulting throughput is 1048.53 Bytes/second on average and Packet loss is categorized as good in ITU -T with a value of 0%.

Abstract

In order to implement the technology development of a BTS (Base Transceiver Station) device from a project a vendor and operator. Take advantage of the services provided by the Android smartphone, namely Google maps along with voice, namely speech to text, can further help the performance of a survey team at the sub party contractor (subcon) / third part. The results of application testing and analysis show that speech to text testing for noise is: average for distances of 10cm and 35cm with a noise level of 63 dB as much as 79% success, on average for distances of 10cm and 35cm with a noise level of 70 dB as much as 75% success, average for the distance 10cm and 35cm with a noise level of 75 dB for 72% success. Testing time when opening Maps from the text to maps results, it is found that the speed of male voice is faster, namely 1 minute 51 seconds and 1 minutes 68 seconds than women. Finally, testing the comparison of the distance between the application and the calculation through the Euclidean Distance formula, the average distance obtained in the application is 3.65345287 km and the calculation result with the Euclidean Distance formula is 3,67 km.

Abstract

Animal clinics have inpatient services in the form of a quarantine room if inpatient animals need intensive examination, but the development of animals is in the form of ambulatory medical records that are not communicative and are still manual so that these ambulatory medical records are only stored at the PKH-UB Animal Clinic. The purpose of this research is to design an information system application to help clinics and patients based on android so that later the ambulatory medical record can be communicative. And also create a monitoring system for hospitalized animals so that patients can see through smartphones. The results of the tests carried out, based on distributed questionnaires, the results of the implementation of the application for ease of use stated that 75.375% were valid and the application was feasible and good to use, and the display on the IP Camera for inpatient monitoring facilities with WLAN infrastructure topology obtained an average delay of 0, 18 seconds for movement of the application display on android.

Abstract

Now a days, the condition of the river has been contaminated by householdwaste especially in the urban areas, the waste comes from people who are not responsible for the trash,so it potentially causes floods. Therefore, this research aims to design a system to monitor water level height and water speed as well as river condition recorder based on android. The use of ultrasonic sensor as an indicator to find out high levels of surface water, the optocoupler sensor as an indicator to know the speed of the water flow and IP cameras as a tool of monitoring the condition of the river are actual and direct. Research on the design of the ultrasonic sensor and optocoupler sensor resulted in average percentage error of measurement of 0.54% and 9.35%. IP camera that was designed as a visualization tool monitoring the condition of the river was able to produce on average the smallest delay 0ms. The notification system was implemented on the device users generating the biggest delay on average 22,9s and an average delay of the smallest 9,6s. QoS analysis on android gained the biggest delay of 1.64ms, the largest throughput of 81.01 Kb/s and packet loss of 0%. While QoS analysis on the website obtained the biggest delay of 58ms, the largest throughput of 19.3 KB/s and packet loss of 0%.

Abstract

Wireless is a wireless network technology that can be used for voice and data communications. The need for a wireless network system makes the need for technology grow very rapidly starting from communication and data transmission media, one of the technological developments in data transmission media. One of them is in the field of music. Most of the musical instruments such as microphones, bass guitars, acoustic guitars, and electric guitars already use wireless. This can facilitate the movement of these musical players while playing their musical instruments on stage. Therefore, a wireless device for guitar effects is designed that is directly connected to a guitar instrument. This system itself aims to facilitate the movement of guitar players on stage and can also activate guitar effects without the need to step on the guitar pedals at their feet.

Abstract

Fiber optic is chosen to be the backbone channel for telecommunication purposes, in this case the connection between nodes b. Therefore, to determine the performance of a fiber optic network, a fiber optic communication network performance application is required. The performance discussed in this study is total attenuation, Optical Signal to Noise Ratio (OSNR) and Bit Error Rate (BER). The method used to obtain the attenuation value along the length of the cable and the total attenuation is by measuring the fiber optic network with an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR). After taking measurements, the data is processed to produce output in the form of network performance, namely the total attenuation value, OSNR and BER. The results of the accuracy of the two comparisons are indicated by the percentage error rate. Based on the overall data tested, a value of 5.53% was obtained for comparison between the theoretical results and the value of the measurement results and obtained a value of 5.10% for the comparison between the measurement value and the application calculation value. Then the relationship between total attenuation with OSNR and the relationship between OSNR and BER is an inverse relationship.

Abstract

In channel transfer (handover) from one Base Station to another Base Station. The purpose of this final project is to analyze the effect of neighboring cells on handover decisions on WCDMA networks based on fuzzy, in this handover process, handover decisions use several parameters related to handovers and supported by fuzzy logic. Relatively high user mobility demands a guarantee until the use of the service ends, the impact of user mobility results in the output being analyzed for this handover decision to help give consideration to the optimal handover decision. The method used is Tsukamoto fuzzy logic, for decision making, while the measurement method In the field, the drive test method is carried out by measuring the signal level around the base station area, and comparing the results of the two methods. Comparison of handover decisions between the results of fuzzy logic and measurements, for example for the results of no proper in fuzzy logic, yields a rate value of 0% for soft handovers and 100% for hard handovers, and for proper results in fuzzy logic, yields a rate value for measurement. 95.22% for soft / soft handover and 4.72% for hard handover

Abstract

Storage of wheat flour requires good temperature and humidity to avoid mold growth that can damage the nutrients in wheat flour. The temperatures and humidity required for proper storage are above temperatures and humidity below 60% RH. The method used in flour storage is FIFO (First In First Out) using a Load cell sensor as a marker for flour input. The incoming flour will input the time, location and amount of flour, so that it can be easily determined which flour will come out first. To facilitate monitoring of temperature, humidity and stock amount in flour storage in this study, sending monitoring data wirelessly using an internet network that can be accessed anywhere. The test results of this study show that the DHT22 sensor can measure temperature and humidity well, which has a RE (Relative Error) value of 0.5% temperature and 3.9% humidity compared to the HTC-1 measuring instrument. The load cell test compared to digital scales has an accurate value using a linear formula. In the QoS test, sending sensor data to the web server has a good value according to the ITU-T standard, namely delay <150ms
