Odontoglossum ringspot virus (ORSV) is a orchid virus which infection most widely reported and has spread widely in the world, including in Indonesia. Viral infections can degrade the quality of the orchid plant so it is economically detrimental. To study a disease infection, identification is carried out first to determine the most appropriate method of control. These identification techniques include variations in infection symptoms, host range testing, testing of viral titers, observation of particle morphology, genome detection, and analysis of DNA and amino acid sequences. Efforts to control disease can be done through preventive and eradicative actions chemically, biologically, and based on artificial intelligence.

The development of the telecommunications industry in Indonesia is extremely rapid. It can be seen from the telecommunications operator vendors who served as telecommunications specialist co-ops rivaling each other in giving the best service to seize the attention of the Indonesian citizen, which requires telecommunications needs. Numerous realities have developed in various regions stating that the existence of Base Tower Transceiver Station (BTS) has resistance from the residents, which are caused by health issues (radiation), safety issues, to the problem of social value. Moreover, some people from residents supported the construction of Base Tower Transceiver (BTS) since the rental price of land for the tower construction is quite high. This study uses primary data from 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, which is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The next step is to test the validity, reliability, and examine the classical assumptions (including normality test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test). In the end, it can be concluded that the people of Rungkut sub-district in Surabaya, mostly enjoyed the benefits of the construction of the existence of the Telecommunications Tower Infrastructure around them.

The phenomenon of floods in Indonesia has become a routine thing that happens every year, almost all areas that are lowlands often flood when the rainy season arrives. Flooding is caused by high rainfall where the ability of the soil to absorb water decreases along with the rapid development of land that was once a rainwater catchment area, consequently surface runoff becomes high. Pasi Pinang Village can be categorized as a very flood prone village in Meureubo Subdistrict, due to the low condition of this village and directly borders the Meureubo river. Many adverse effects caused by floods and cause losses to the local community. The phenomenon of floods in Indonesia has become a routine thing that happens every year, almost all areas that are lowlands often flood when the rainy season arrives. Flooding is caused by high rainfall where the ability of the soil to absorb water decreases along with the rapid development of land that was once an area. In this case a study on flood discharge analysis needs to be done in order to reduce the incidence of flooding in the village of Pasi Pinang. The method used in this study is the Nakayasu HSS method, aim of this study is to determine the amount of flood discharge that occurred in the Krueng Meureubo River Basin in Pasi Pinang Village. Total hydrograph discharge calculated using the Nakayasu HSS method is the watershed area (A) = 1961.53 km, length of main river (L) = 157.02 km, time delay (tg) = 9.507 hours, duration of rain (Tr) = 7 , 13 hours, the time from the beginning of the flood to the peak of the flood hydrograph (tp) = 15.21 hours, the time of discharge 0.3 times the peak flood discharge (t0.3) = 19.01 hours and the peak flood discharge (Qp) = 23.109 m3 / sec then the total hydrograph discharge obtained by the Nakayasu method is equal to = 2040.26 m3/sec.

A problem found in transportation is road narrowing. Road narrowing refers to a condition in which its downstream is smaller than the upstream. This research took place on Ahmad Yani Street at the front of Royal Plaza, Surabaya. The location of this research had a sufficiently high traffic flow. Thus, the road should be able to operate optimally. In fact, there is still a density caused by road narrowing. This research was intended to determine how much the maximum flow, maximum density and free speed on the road before, during and after the narrowing. Besides, this research was carried out to find out the relation of the flow, the traffic density and speed, determine the value of the shock waves during the road narrowing. This research was done on Wednesday and Saturday morning, at 06:00-08:00 and in the afternoon at 16:00-18:00. The calculation performed was based on Greenshield method. The analysis revealed that the largest maximum flow was on the fragment of road before narrowing, which was 2376.30 pcu/hour. The maximum density found on the fragment of road during narrowing was 322.33 pcu/hour, and the highest free speed regarding to the road condition before the narrowing was 57.21 km/hour. The relation between flow, speed and density showed a significant result (R2> 0.5). Shock waves obtained were in the mornings and afternoons on Wednesday and Saturday,
