Abstract

Public High School 1 Nubatukan Lembata is one of the institutions engaged in education in Lembata Regency. The process of delivering information to Public High School 1 Nubatukan such as value information, lesson schedules, student data, teacher data, student guardian or parent data, extracurricular data, announcements, subject data and data have not been computerized, meaning that information delivery is still carried out orally or pasted on a bulletin board and this can result in delays in delivering information and work processes that are less effective and efficient can hinder the performance of these educational institutions. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, literature study, observation and questionnaires, making this application using Adobe Dreamweaver and MysQl database. The results of this study concluded that a web-based school information system was created and applied the application to assist schools in delivering effective school information

Abstract

With the Presidential Regulation number 95 of 2019 concerning the Electronic-SPBE-based Government System, every local government is obliged to implement SPBE services. In order to implement the Kupang City Samrt City road map and Kupang City SPBE master plan, it is necessary to map and evaluate the current condition of information system application services in each sub-district in Kupang City. To ensure the maturity level of services or application of information systems in the sub-district government in Kupang City, it is necessary to evaluate SPBE services using indicators based on the Regulation of the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 5 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of the SPBE service domain, including government administration services and public services in the sub-district government environment in Kupang City. The approach is based on Permenpan No. 5 of 2018 Indicators, aspects and on the SPBE service domain. The value of the SPBE service domain in the sub-district scope in the Kupang City Government is 0.132. With the maturity level, it has not reached a value of 1. The maturity level is at level 0 which is not included in the maturity criteria. Because the maturity level of SPEBE services is between 1 to 5. The maturity level has not yet reached level 1. The level 1 criteria is that SPBE services are provided in the form of one-way information. Likewise, the level of maturity in the aspects of government administration and public services does not reach level 1.

Abstract

The PDS (Pegadaian Digital Service) application is an innovation and new breakthrough by PT. Pegadaian (Persero). The Betun Unit Pawnshop Office is currently in the process of socializing the PDS Application to all pawnshop office customers. The features in the PDS Application apart from offering a gold savings feature, Pegadaian Digital also offers online pawning features, installment/billing information, maturity information, and several other interesting features. This feature offers several advantages to users. As a new application for customers, of course it will take time for the acceptance process in terms of features and usability. Even the employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) has the right to assess and evaluate the content offered on the application. Making this application aims to make it easier for customers and prospective customers to interact indirectly with Pegadaian, namely by knowing the up-to-date gold price, checking bills, making payments, and others. With the Digital Pegadaian application, customers no longer need to come to the outlet to make payments, they only need to go through the application and then pay according to the bank that has been determined by Pegadaian or through ATM, SMS Banking, and M-Banking. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the PDS (Pegadaian Digital Service) application in terms of usability using the Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) method and create a table of recommended solutions from a list of usability problems. The WEBUSE method is used as a tool to measure the usability level of the PDS (Pegadaian Digital Service) application based on the perception of the end user (in this case the management of PT. Pegadaian and its customers). Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to all employees and customers who come to make transactions or in the process of the PDS Application socialization agenda. The results of this study are expected to be input for the Management of PT. Pegadaian, especially the Betun Unit Pawnshop Office in an effort to implement the Digital Service Pawnshop Application.

Abstract

The rapid development of universities in Indonesia has made competition between universities even greater so that the Quality Assurance Agency of each university greatly affects the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. The College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang was established in 2000 and the formation process was based on the Notary Deed of the Uyelewun Indonesia Foundation. The College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang campus has two majors, namely, undergraduate Informatics Engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and service of the quality assurance agency at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important. The Standard Document in SPMI (Standard Dikti) is a document containing various criteria, measures, benchmarks, or specifications of each higher education implementation activity of a university to realize its vision and mission, so as to create a quality culture in the university. In designing Information Services the Guarantee Agency This quality uses the programming language PHP, MySQL and Adobe Dreamweaver Application. The result of this research is the establishment of the Quality Assurance Agency Information Service. Based on the results of test analysis using the slovinter method, there is an average value of 87% with the criteria of Strongly Agree (SS). Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with the criteria of Less Good. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development.

Abstract

Nagekeo Regency is one of the regencies in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. District Nagekeo consists of seven sub-districts that have various cultures. Nagekeo Regency is a fairly developed area. Along with the times, it turns out that so far there are still many people, especially in Indonesia who do not know where and how, the cultural diversity in Nagekeo district, even the Nagekeo people who live outside Nagekeo district, mostly do not know how the culture in Nagekeo district is. . Likewise, students and students who want to study or are given assignments by teachers and lecturers to get to know Nagekeo culture in depth, often they are very difficult to find sites related to Nagekeo culture in full, as well as one of the supporting books on history and culture. Nagekeo. One example of a site that discusses the Negekeo district but is incomplete, namely https://nagekeokab.go.id 90 percent which does not contain broadly about Nagekeo culture, so that people who visit the web cannot find complete information. Utilizing technology that is developing rapidly, the Web-Based Information Service on the introduction of Culture of Nagekeo Regency has become one of the alternative solutions to this problem. The application of Web-Based Information Services for Introduction to Culture of Nagekeo Regency can improve the quality of public information that is fast, easy, transparent, definite, and affordable, especially on cultural information in Nagekeo Regency. Besides that, to increase the knowledge of the general public about the cultural diversity found in Nagekeo Regency.

Abstract

The Tetandara Village Office, South Ende District, Ende Regency, has an information system in the form of a manual and not yet automated so that it is slow in the process of adding, changing and deleting data and other resident data collections. The purpose of making the Population Administration Information System at the Tetandara Village Office is to help provide alternative solutions to problems in the Tetandara Village. The method in this research by utilizing certain techniques, namely observation, interviews and literature study. The result of this research is a set of Population Administration Information System software in Tetandara Village. The conclusion of this study is that the design of this information system provides a lot of convenience in the population administration process.

Abstract

It is needed an audit system control that does not only provide an evaluation of the Analysis Information System Management of Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang Using the Cobit 5 Framework, but also can provide input for the improvement of IT management in the future. This research is qualitative using interview and observation methods to assess the processes of several domains contained in the Cobit 5-based Capability Level standard. Researchers used the Cobit 5 framework with a focus on the MEA domain (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) as a reference. The focus is on the domain based on the problems that exist in the Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang to monitor, evaluate and assess the suitability of the domain with the hospital strategy in assessing the needs of the hospital and whether the current system still meets the objectives that have been designed and controls needed to meet regulatory requirements or not. This research is expected to provide good results so that it can be used as material or a reference in the development of Analysis Information System Management in the Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang Using the Cobit 5 Framework.
